you're encouraging, brave in your kindness, and intentional about bringing healing to all those you love. your warmth is obvious, but commonly misunderstood. at first glance, people may take your positivity as naivety; it is the opposite. you have seen the cruelty of this world, and that's why you choose to be recklessly warm. you find comfort in nature and love random acts of kindness. you probably remember one specific stranger really well, even though you never saw them again. but they gave you a bit of warmth that you carry with you everywhere you go. i hope you know you are that stranger for others. the kindness you give out is helping others be kind in ways you may never see. i see you, and i'm proud of you. i hope you're proud of yourself too.

If there was one thing in life Bess wished she had given more attention to, it was how to take care of one's car by themselves. She had just been so used to being able to call up George, her cousin, and she'd help her out - or even one of the Hardy Boys would give her a hand if they were close to town. Give her a code, she can crack it. Give her an Instagram photo, she probably can find who and where that person was and what day they were there. Give her a broken car that refuses to turn over stuck in a parking lot ON a rainy night AND her phone was dead? Bess was close to tears.

Looking around at all the closed establishments, she saw only one with a dim light behind its glass doors. Rushing over, hands holding her bag over her head as a makeshift umbrella, she knocked on the front door - despite the large 'closed' sign hanging below the shop's name: 'ENCORE RECORDS'.

"Hello?" Bess called over the pitter-patter of rain.

Hi guys I might be overthinking this. We have planned a about us video together where me and her will represent the company and have the co-founders speak about our start up and its history.The issue now is the team now grows bigger. We have our challenges and difficult conversations along the way to iron things out. I have had conversation with her where I asked difficult questions whether she still believes in what we are doing, if not its best we part way and I will compensate her fairly and generously.She said she still wants to be with the company and today she said she does not want to appear in the team video.This is my assumption: She is embarrassed to be apart of the team and does not want to represent it anymore. I feel if it is this way it will affect the energy of the whole team since people can sense it orShe might just have insecurity issue about her looks and does not want to appear in it but she has agreed to do it beforeLove to hear your opinions, thanksAddtional info: she has made a lot of mistakes, very bad one indeed but obviously everyone makes mistakes therefore I let things go and she has acknowledged she was complacent and not put effort into the start up.
