Lucas Ryan's Reddit be like: "AITA? When I (now 17 M) was 11, I had a crush on my childhood best friend (now 16 F). A couple of months ago, I got shown around her school and I saw her in a computer room, doing her lessons. I thought she looked a bit sad. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and I'm attending this school. I have been trying to pick up our friendship again, but she seems different and more serious than she did over five years ago. So, to cheer her up, I started this blog. At first, we did harmless little pranks like illegally hacking the school's devices and locking people in rooms, but soon, it escalated to seriously injuring and assaulting people with the use of mob mentality, arson, fireworks, illegal attacks, terrorism and more. My childhood best friend got injured during one of these pranks. Then, as a big finale, we burnt down the school, and this almost killed my childhood best friend and her boyfriend (18 M). My childhood best friend also tried to kill herself, and these pranks were a major factor as to why. But, it was only because I had a crush on her, and she looked a bit sad. Oh, and afterwards, I hooked up with her best friend because I realised I didn't even have a crush on her anymore. So, please tell me... AITA?"

The way Becky—the normally fashionable and put together teenager—rushes to school at 6 in the morning with no makeup, her hair in a messy bun, and in Superman pyjamas just for Tori. The way she admits to be “putting on a smile” for her friends to seem “normal”. The way Tori finally realizes that perhaps Becky is as deranged as she is. That perhaps they aren’t so different after all, and that her best friend is willing to do anything for her.
