idk about anyone else but I'M thinking about how selena, annabeth, and chris were each manipulated by luke because they were close to him and trusted him, and how beckendorf, percy, and clarisse each wanted nothing but the best for the person they loved, and tried their best to protect them through their trauma and pain, how even in the face of death, they only wanted each other, and only thought of each other.

I WAS LOOKING THROUGH THE TA DISCORD FOR SMTH AND I FOUND AN OLD ACTOR AU AND I AM HERE TO SHARE

PJO/HoO/ToA are the main shows and its sequels

That one scene on the Princess Andromeda before Beckendorf died, when they dump his bag out and it's a bunch of peaches? They had to reshoot that ~27 times

Percy and Ethan are actually best friends, they have SO much fun with their on screen rivalry

Same with Luke and Percy

Luke and Annabeth are sibs, she was adopted by May after she ran away

Jason hangs out on set while he waits for Thalia, he likes the free entertainment

Luke is a child actor

Silena and Lee are best friends

Lee still hangs out on set even after his character dies because he can

Chris breaks characters a lot because he cannot be serious

He is everyones best friend though

The blooper reel/BTS are mostly just the cast being absolute IDIOTS

Percy likes to make fun of (affectionately) of Grover while he gets into his makeup and costume

A lot of the couples are dating IRL(Beckengard, Chrisse, Percabeth)

They do those silly videos where they bring cats on set and that is the best day of Ethans live

There are two spin-off shows that take place during PJO

When Alabaster shows up, everyone is confused until someone just pulls out a screen capture from PJO S5 and points out that Al is standing behind Ethan

Percy and Alabaster are also best friends

The two of them and Ethan are the MOST chaotic trio on the set

Alabaster was also adopted by May :D but he goes between May and his bio mom where his half sister(cough lou cough) lives :))

The TA cast find it HILARIOUS when they see fans shipping Ethabaster

Extremely Unpopular Opinion

I've never seen any romantic chemistry nor potential between Clarisse and Silena,even knowing it's based on Patroclus and Achilles. When I first read the books,I didn't know much about Greek Mythology nor about gayness.

In my rereads of the books throughout the years,when learning more about literature in general,LGBT themes in fiction and about the world,the relationship between Silena and Clarisse doesn't come across to me as any more romantic/sexual than it did before(at least in canon). Patroclus/Achilles parallels aren't enough for me to see them as sapphic,the romantic vibes have to appear on their own,and the elements Rick picked of from the original can also be applied on any strong/passionate relationships,not only romantic ones. Clarisse got romantic advice from Silena and latched onto her as a friend,it seems enough for the events to happen the way the did.

Clarisse refused to help the war efforts because of a magic charriot and her own wounded ego;

Silena disguised herself as Clarisse to get the Ares cabin to(at least) fight the drakon and ended up dead in said fight;

Clarisse goes on a rage due to Silena's death and kills said monster.

The loss of a friend,especially the one who helped in a moment of hardship(Clarisse surely sucked at relationships,and Chris was dealing with the aftermath of the Titan Army and the Labirinth) is a very harsh hit on it's own. Besides,tropes are tools,and some romantic tropes can be used in friendship/family relationships and vice versa. To top it all,I love canon when it comes to both girls.

Of course,those are my 2¢. Each to their own,but I kinda feel lonely for not liking this romantic pairing. If I was going to ship Clarisse with a girl,it would be Annabeth - blame it on a fic,lol.
