i cannot stop thinking about this moment after bayley and sasha's match at NXT Takeover: Respect 2015.

After a night of excellent heel work and "Sasha's ratchet" chants, the crowd instead starts to chant "thank you Sasha," and Sasha falls to the ground crying.

Someone had to play the villain and lose the first ever women's ppv main event, and she did so beautifully.

Tag team divisions sometimes get short shrift, but they're essential to building stories with layers and depth in wrestling because they add more complexities to matches. Nikki and Rhea's past as tag team champions (and bitter foes after) makes Nikki studiously ignoring her newest ally more interesting. Alexa and Nikki's background as champions makes one wonder what Nikki is whispering to Alexa here as Asuka gets demolished. Is it a taunt or an invitation to chaos? Alexa's a bit of a latent wild card already. There's also pre-WWE history that comes into play, as Iyo and Asuka were once in a faction together (Asuka was tag team champion with Iyo's sister, even!)  And of course, the specter hanging over Survivor Series is that of the very first WWE women's champs, of whom one half now heads her own faction and has put the other behind her. 

(Forever? Don't bet on it).

You giggle while watching tv and swaying side to side, you feel calm after smoking a joint and taking an edible. You had bad anxiety and sometimes you would smoke weed or have an edible to calm your nerves, Sasha and Bayley walk in to hear your laughs upstairs smiling but end up bursting out laughing when they see your state laying on a pillow giggling uncontrollably and swaying as you feel relaxed, warm in your chest, and as if you were floating when you closed your eyes even just for a second, you smile and wave when you see your girlfriends in the doorway of the bedroom before sasha sits down with warm takeout Burger King while bayley went downstairs to get you a drink "Ok, where are we?" you giggle as you eat french fries "Our bedroom" you sway slower as you eat while sasha sits next to you "What are we eating?" you smile while eating more before wiping ketchup off your mouth. "Burger King you got on the way home" she nods as you eat and thank bayley who hands you a cold soda and water "What are we gonna drink?" you lay the unopened water bottle down as you drink soda with bayley beside you while sasha showered and changed "Water" she shakes her head as she sits beside and watches you while both of you eat "Because we drank?" you slowly feel the warmth flutter away and calm down slowly as you talk with bayley and eat "Soda!" she laughs before going to the bathroom to shower and change while sasha stays with you again "You feeling fine?" you nod as you eat your burger and wrap yourself in a blanket while watching sensory videos of fruits dancing not knowing that she was recording you as you danced and giggled quietly before bayley came back out and laughed sitting on the other side of you as you come down from the high and feel yourself slowly falling asleep while laying your head on sasha's chest while bayley's arms were wrapped around your waist.

Summary: Bayley and Sasha worry a lot about you.

Bayley and Sasha had always been a tight-knit unit. They were partners in the ring, allies outside of it, and, most importantly, they were your best friends and the loves of your life. Since they had come into your life, things had changed for the better, but it also meant that they had taken on the role of your self-appointed guardians.

Your wrestling career had its fair share of highs and lows, and Bayley and Sasha were always there to support you. They celebrated your victories with you, shared your disappointments, and offered a shoulder to lean on during tough times. It was their way of showing how much they cared.

However, there was one aspect of your career that made them worry more than anything else – your matches. Every time you stepped into the ring, whether it was on Raw, SmackDown, or a pay-per-view event, Bayley and Sasha couldn't help but feel a sense of unease.

They watched you from the backstage area, glued to the monitor, their expressions shifting between concern and excitement. It wasn't that they doubted your skills or your ability to handle yourself in the ring; it was just that they cared about you deeply and couldn't help but worry about your well-being.

Bayley would often bite her lip, her fingers tightly gripping Sasha's arm as they observed your every move. Sasha, on the other hand, would pace back and forth, muttering words of encouragement under her breath, as if she believed her words could somehow protect you.

Their worry intensified when your matches took a particularly dangerous turn. They couldn't bear to watch when you were involved in ladder matches, steel cage matches, or any other high-risk contests. They knew that these were the moments when your safety was most at risk.

Once the match was over, whether you emerged victorious or not, Bayley and Sasha would rush to find you backstage. Their faces would be a mix of relief and concern as they checked on you, making sure you were okay.

"You did great out there!" Bayley would say, her voice filled with genuine admiration.

Sasha would nod, adding, "But please, be careful next time. We can't handle the stress!"

You couldn't help but smile at their constant worry. It was a testament to the deep bond you shared. You knew that their concern came from a place of love, and you appreciated having friends who cared for you so deeply.

"Thanks, guys," you would reply, grateful for their support. "I promise I'll always do my best to come back in one piece."

Bayley and Sasha would exchange relieved glances, and as a trio, you would head to the locker room, ready to face the next challenge together, as friends who watched out for each other, no matter what.
