The best places to visit in Europe
The best cities in Europe
What is your dream place to visit?
Have you already been there?
I think that my favorite places on this planet are really similar but, at the same time, ate totally different.
London
UK's capital city. The history of this city is unbelievable. There were born the most famous rulers of the past, the best poets and musicians, scientists, and politicians. This city gathers the history of all humankind in one place.
There is a bunch of things you can do there.
Firstly, you can go for a walk to see some city sights, then go to the parks like Richmond Park or Hampstead Heath, and world-famous flea markets like Spitalfields or Maltby StreetMarket.
In the evening you can spend time in a British pub, like a real Londoner. Furthermore, if you are a bookworm, you have a brilliant opportunity to visit favorite bars of world-famous authors like Shakespeare or Charles Dickens.
My favorite way to see London is from a duck sight. Yes, you read it right! You can explore London by canoe. It's an unusual but super fun way to see London.

Barcelona
I fell in love with Barcelona and the country when I first saw it. The culture, people, history, food, music, and architecture. Everything there is amazing.
Obviously, the first thing that comes to your mind is Sagrda Familia by Gaudi. Not my favorite place in Barcelona, but inside, it's beautiful. My absolute favorite is La Rambla. It's a huge street where you can find everything that tourists may need to see: from local artists to live statues.
Among all the beaches in Barcelona, my choice is La Barcelonetta and Sant Sebastia Beach; they are clean and beautiful with a tone of attractions and beach bars.
The best place for food travelers is El Born. It has a great offer of restaurants, markets, and cafes where you can try anything you wish. In another Barcelona district - Gotico, you can visit a favorite bar of Antoni Gaudi and Pablo Picasso. The second artist launched his first and second exhibitions there.
My discovery in Barcelona is a stunning Parc Guell designed by Gaudi, which is one of the most peaceful places in the city, with lots of animals like cute parrots.

Costs
Of course, we all like to travel. However, our budget is not unlimited. I discovered a lot of travel tips and hacks from travel bloggers like Zuzana, Simon, and Milan. They are really cool guys that will teach you how to see the world and don't spend all of your money.
My choice for booking flights, trains, and buses; is the Kiwi app for travelers. I can plan an entire transportation for my trip there and check in within a few seconds. Also, it provides handy features for tourists, like luggage size and weight up to your airways, etc.
Have a nice trip!

El Chiringuito Group, Barcelona
Tumblr media
Before the Olympic Games in 1992, there wasn’t much of a beach in Barcelona. But the beach was something that helped the city win its Olympic bid, so they had to build one. Tons of sand were imported to add to the existing thin strip. And the gorgeous, ramshackle beach restaurants, the ones that had stood along the sea for years, were bulldozed down.
The coastal, north-eastern corner of the city, Barcelonetta, is still famous for its fish restaurants. It’s just that these days, you need to travel further into the narrow streets for the really good seafood. The old, family-run chiringuitos have been replaced by a new breed of beach bar: brasher and louder.
But still, the sun’s nearly always shining and the sea’s just a stone’s throw away. If you’re staying at a hotel in town (or, more likely these days, an Airbnb), it’s just a fifteen minute walk to the beach. Or you can catch the sand-coloured yellow Metro line to Barcelonetta.
There are plenty of bars to choose from. The further north you go, the funkier they get. Walk north along the Paseo del Mar until you get to where the Poblenau Park (Parc del Poblenau) just about hits the beach, and you’ll get to El Chiriguito Group Bogatell. It’s got everything you want from a beach bar: chilled out music, cream beach loungers, potted palms, decent cocktails.
The atmosphere is great. They do a mean Mojito. And of course, they have wifi.
