Despite being banned, they all get together to play The Forest.
Soap and Ghost are in charge of finding the food.
Gaz and Roach find all the materials to build the base to keep the monsters out.
Price is just collecting everything because "it might come in handy later" he says while carrying 10 rotten foods.
They have a base on top of a cliff. All of them have told Price not to wander off too far but he doesn’t listen. They turned their backs and his nametag is a dot.
“Price! What the fuck-“
“VIRGINIA-“
Price started screaming and Roach was laughing while running towards him. Ghost was cackling but didn’t bother to move and Gaz and Soap immediately went ‘he dead’. Somehow Price made it out alive and Roach escorted him back to their base. His inventory was full of sticks. Just sticks.
“Price…”
“We always need sticks!”
“We have so many already! There’s a whole corner with nothing but stick storage!”
“And now we have more sticks.”
Roach groans loudly. They rarely had to babysit Price but in this game it was a full time job. Ghost would go out to check traps and Price would follow him and immediately wander off.
“Price- why do you have so much lizard skin?!”
“Is that a fucking shark head?! When did you-“
There is no telling what Price will show up with next.
Also-
“WORM THERE’S A WORM— GHOST THERE’S A FUCKING WORM-“
“His name’s Jimmy.”
“FUCK JIMMY!”

I'm playing a crazy horror game tomorrow in my next "If You are Scared Go to Church" stream at youtube.com/@gamergirlfriday. I wrote a song about it for my blog. Wanna hear it? Here it goes!We are going to hop in our Wayback Machine, and take a trip to a land that few game developers have ventured off to in a video game setting. We will be going to 1980’s Taiwan in Devotion. It is a first person psychological horror developed by Red Candle Games. It was banned by steam, and the game is no joke, honey. Devotion is set in the run down apartment of troubled screenwriter Du-Feng-Yu who hasn’t written anything decent since Jesus was still in a manger. Not only do you play as him, but also as the other members of his family. They include his wife who is a retired singer and a somewhat mediocre actress named Gong Li-fang, and their bedridden young daughter Mei-Shin who has missed a lot of school due to a mysterious illness. The family has fallen on hard financial times, which not only takes a toll on the family life, but on his marriage with his wife who gave up her life of fame and possible fortune to be married to a washed up writer with no cash coming in. Instead of doing what was recommended and taking his daughter to see a therapist for anxiety, Feng-Yu begins to follow the teachings of a cult leader who knows absolutely nothing about what she’s talking about. You probably guess that, though. The fun doesn’t stop there, because it seems like his practices have welcome in some unwanted visitation.  The player explores the same apartment, only each one is labeled a different year, and is a different state. You must interact with random objects and collect some as you wander from apartment to apartment, trying to get a better understanding of this madness that’s going on. The game developers drew their inspiration from first person games such as P.T. and What Remains of Edith Finch(which is a personal favorite of mine). They wanted to introduce players to their Taiwanese culture which is rarely seen in video games. Despite getting banned from steam a week after it went for sale for it’s reference to the Chinese Communist Party’s General Secretary as Winnie the Pooh, the developers have stated that it’s intent was about religious fanaticism. They also cited difficulty translating certain Taiwanese concepts to an international audience of different languages. Even though they had difficulty with the translation, the game has received positive reviews for it’s story line which is definitely a wild. I hope to see everybody there. Don't get beat up!

The world needs more Yue and Zuko friendship, I squeal just thinking abt the parallels. They deserve a life changing field trip together and if u have abt ideas I’m all ears 👀
Hiii anon this ask fermented in my inbox and in my brain for so long,, so take this??? Post canon yue lives/no war au arts?? Anyway aside from the Parallels and their political position & their duty before hoes grindset I think they could learn a lot from each other. With zuko learning the gift of patience & diplomacy from yue & Yue learning that allowing yourself to feel anger and speaking up can actually be Good.
Tumblr media
anyway hypothetical life changing trip outcome: zuko takes an intro gender studies class and yue says fuck

(oh and also must not forget the crush on sokka)

a fucking groundbreaking thought...twinyards trivia night...
andrew has eidetic memory and aaron is a fucking nerd who seems like he would write "as a person with an unquenchable appetite for knowledge,," on his college application and wouldn't even need to lie about it.
so every tuesday evening they go downtown and find restaurants with trivia events and then they fucking dominate.
edit: i bet they're also friends with some of the old ladies who are regulars at certain restaurants they also frequently go to. the old ladies think they're very smart and handsome young men and ask for pictures of their boyfriend/girlfriend.

its so funny that all minute—the guy who once upon a time hoped to redeem zam—'s team has accomplished is getting him to consider giving up his remaining honor in order to match the level they're playing on ?
#m#lifesteal#i can't stop thinking about minute&co dismissing the argument about how they've encouraged players#to ban themselves and thus contradicted their own stated goal#the way 'peaceful ending' warped into 'it doesn't matter what we do so long as we can flip a switch at the end' but what the fuck happens#in a scenario where you unban everyone who you've pissed off ? are they happy? is that peace? and you won't even defend the choice!#what the fuck is happening here!#you laugh at zam for saying he's won but you won't have the argument that you know you'd lose ^_^#none of this is angry in tone i'm having fun. thisis my bread and butter. i'm happy lifesteal is weird and tense again#enjoying that it's looped this far around into the ACTIVE dismissal of rp-logic where zam&co are having to say 'okay then#we'll win This game too!'#them acting dismayed that mapicc wouldn't walk into that obsidian box. like oh my god#and it's so different from the weird tenseness of s4 it's something different entirely. new meta conflicts just for me !????#we'll see how it all ends.... they might make me mad again but we'll cross that bridge#it's so different from the Vitalasy Incident even though both involve people functioning in opposition to lifesteal's 'storytelling rules'#for vi it was because of his emotional investment. it manifested in nothing but endless 'character-level' debate in the lead up and#plenty of emotional roleplay from vitalasy in the aftermath#vi's primary effect on season 4 through the wormhole was to render lifesteal's gameplay obsolete#pb&j's primary effect is instead to focus intently on Winning that game while everything else falls by the wayside

List of banned games and their reason:
Monopoly: Soap and Ghost
Uno: Ghost and Price
Candyland: Gaz
Cards against Humanity (it’s a soft ban, they play it when price isn’t there so they don’t make him burst a blood vessel): S O A P
Soap and Ghost flirt with each other and try to bribe one another with sexual favors, making Monopoly uncomfortable to play.
Ghost and Price always sit next to each other despite the history of Ghost slapping down a Draw 4 and changing the color to something Price mentioned he didn’t have. Price returns the favor when the direction is switched. They’re not allowed to play Uno Flip.
Gaz is a MENACE with Candyland. He’s very random with what games he’s competitive with and this is one of them.
Soap is the worst at CAH. He always gets the most brutal cards that make Gaz and Price step away while Ghost is shook.

tubbo sets sunny up a computer that can only run 2000s flashgames and they play all the pretty dress up games, especially any that have her favorite magical girls in them. The sparkles, the outfit combinations, her special interests… heaven for the baby.

Hello I am back with more Viva Piñata doodles! Turns out if you think enough about fluffy piñatas you can force your way through art block (at least for a while)
Tumblr media
The typical Viva Piñata experience, I love you Pretztail but why are you like this I drew so many Pretztail as a "do over" of my first Viva Piñata drawing from 2018

that's when it all started
