যেন একফালি মেঘভাসা শরৎ আকাশ লতায়পাতায় জড়িয়ে বাঁধা পরে আছে ধুলামাটির পৃথিবীতে। কত কষ্টে মনে পরে সেই মুকুলঝরা বেহায়া বসন্তের বেলা । পলাশডালের আড়ালে শুকসারির গান , আর তোমার নূপুর নিক্বণের পিছু পিছু এসে পরা শিমুল তুলোর দেশের ভারি অসভ্য এক দস্যি দখিন হাওয়া , সে যেন কত কালের কথা । মাথা চুলকে আরো কিছু মনে পরার আগেই শুকনো রাধাচূড়ার লালটুকু বুকে আগলে ধরে ছাদের পাশ কেটে সূর্যখানা পাটে যায় । সাঁঝবেলার বেলফুলের মত দুটি ছোট্ট তারা হাত ধরাধরি করে আকাশের লালনীল আলো আঁধারির ভেতরে কানামাছি খেলে আর তক্ষুনি তোমার কথাটা মনে পরে যায় ...."বসন্তের সূর্য তো , অনেক রং টং পাল্টে তবেই ডুববে ..এমনি এমনি নয়"। জানলার বাইরে শুক্লপক্ষের চাঁদ পানপাতায় মুখ ঢেকে হেসেছিল ঠোঁট চেপে । বাইরে ভরাট জোছনা যেন আকালের দেশের অকাল কোজাগরী ,

দোল পূর্নিমাটা যে ঠিক কবে , আমার খেয়াল পরেনা...।।

Bangladesh has announced it will no longer accept large numbers of Rohingya refugees from Myanmar across its border due to security concerns. The Rohingya, who have been persecuted for decades in Buddhist-dominated Myanmar, are living in cramped bamboo and plastic camps in Cox's Bazar, on the border with Bangladesh. Bangladesh's Road Transport and Bridges Minister, Obaidul Quader, stated that the Rohingya are already a burden on the country and that international aid has dropped significantly. Bangladesh's director of refugee relief and repatriation, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, claimed that the Rohingya are suffering an undue burden and that the detention of Rohingya Muslims in Bangladesh has threatened security, law and order. Bangladesh is negotiating with China and India to ensure that the internal conflict in neighboring Myanmar does not affect Bangladesh.
