Emma: ever since Balan had been sealed away, Emma temporarily took his place as the masteno of the theater. Sure it's difficult but Emma is at least keeping it together. Balan had left her a manual on how to run the theater and manage the Wonderworld, and she does have Leo and Lance to help her out.
Her very soul is linked to Balan, the maestro of the theater.
Leo: Whilst Emma is trying her best to run the theater without the help of Balan, Leos there to help her in any way he can. Sure they are only human, but with the magic the two have been gifted with, they can both run the theater and help our 8 other heroes with finding their hearts and saving the Wonderworld.
His soul is linked to Lance, the king of the Negati.
Both: the reason why the two of them are here is because, when they were only babies they were left on the doorstep of the theater. Since they were orphans, they were taken in and raised in both the theater and the Wonderworld by Balan and Lance.
The wonderworld is basically their home, and they'll do anything to protect it.

The Perfect Finale Ch5
Meanwhile, Back at the Bruno Mansion...
Kaylo walked down the steps of her home, each stair creaking with age as she slowly descended from her room. She would never admit it, but she was also scared about Prim's escape. She couldn't help but wonder who in their right mind would be that insane to help Prim of all people? And more importantly, why?
Her thoughts however were interrupted when she reached the bottom of the stairs, and saw most of the older members of her family staring at her. "Um...Mom? What's going on?" Kaylo asked, feeling a little scared at the situation. "Why don't you take a seat dear?" Krista said, waving her hand to a much larger chair that sat across from them. Still a little worried, Kaylo took her seat.
"Now Kaylo dear...you know that your birthday is coming up in a few days right?" Thea asked, a gentle smile on her face. Kaylo gave an uneasy nod "Um...Yes?" She said. "You do know that our family has a...interesting history connecting with Wonderworld right?" Thea asked again "Yeah...I do. Great Great Great, a few more greats Grandma Mirabella visited Wonderworld, and wrote a book detailing a lot of stuff from Wonderworld." Kaylo replied.
"Well. You should also know that on your Birthday, the next generation of our Family, which is you, is gonna inheret more of Mirabella's knowledge, which means that you are gonna know more about Wonderworld than what you originally saw from the first visit." Thea said. This piqued Kaylo's interest. More about Wonderworld? What's more to know? "However, you must know that this is the family secret. No one else can know about this. Not even your other friends." Thea said.
Kaylo was shocked. The others couldn't know about it? What could the secret possibly be?
Meanwhile, Back at the Montgomery Household...
"Before I ended up finding the theater that day, I had been a little suspicious about Prim's escape, I was off to see the maestros, but I stopped when I saw someone who sounded like they were talking to Madame Prim...when she was masquerading as Ka Lā." Aria said.
"But after the conversation was over and he noticed me and started following me." She said. The kids tensed up as Aria was explaining what happened. "I won't forget that his eyes...they had Wonderworld symbols in them, but I needed to lose him, so I went to the Balan Theater, but after I had gotten there and had lost him, I could hear him outside...he could actually SEE the theater. Even though it didn't seem like he needed it!" She said.
The kids gasped in horror "So this "person"... that you had never seen before, had ended up chasing you down to the theater that he could somehow see, WITHOUT needing to repair his heart?" Trisha Jane asked. "Yes. I was lucky that Balan and Lance intervined, but I'm still scared as to how he was able to see the theater. Only those that NEED the theater can see it." Aria said, worry in her eyes.
"Maybe they have been to Wonderworld before?" Rebecca suggested. "Or maybe they got kicked out of Wonderworld for not finishing the trials?" Leo added. "I don't know. But I do know one thing, he's not good news..." Aria said. "Well, let's just hope that we don't run into him while Prim is free." Mei said. "Yeah...and speaking of her. Be careful. Whoever her little 'friend' is, They might have it out for you now as well." Aria said.
"We will. See you around Aria." Emma said as the kids left the house. "See you kids around." Aria said, peeking out the door to see if anyone suspicious was around...just to be sure. The kids made sure to also be sure that Prim or whoever her accomplice was weren't around. They quickly made their way back to their homes just before the sun set...
But not without the same red smoke gain black eyes and glare at the group...

Here are the summaries for the fifth and final seasons.
Lucy's Mean Sister: Lucy's estranged sister decides to pay her a visit. This would be fine except…she and Lucy do not get along at all.
F Is For Frustrating: Leo is aggravated when his report card reveals that he received all F's. Especially since he knew he was doing work…
Detention!?: After receiving detention for something he didn't do, Haoyu decides to escape from the one teacher that never liked him.

Busy Like A Bee: To save the bee population, Yuri decides to spend her entire spring break planting lots of flowers. But she overworks herself in the process.
Goodnight, NiGHTS: NiGHTS has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Can Balan and Lance help them?
Bathtime!: Due to the fact that the Tims got dirty, Balan gives them the one thing that they don't like: a bath!
Lights, Camera, Action: A famous movie star visits Highland Isle for her upcoming movie. But Emma and Leo soon discover that she's actually the lost heiress to the throne.
Fairytales: The group find themselves trapped in a storybook. The only way out? They must play the role that is given to them.
Catch Me If You Can!: The Tims inadvertently eat something that causes them to zoom everywhere.
If These Negati Could Talk…: Somehow, the Negati gain the ability to talk and they say the silliest stuff that's ever heard!
Allergy Season: When it's that time of year, Balan's and Lance's sneezes end up causing hilarious results.
Mama Cat: A stray cat ends up in the Balan Theater. But the next morning, it's seen with a bunch of kittens.
Reala's Bad Day: Reala's attempts of trying to improve his day turn meek as the results are rather hilarious.
Secrets Of The Ideya: NiGHTS uncovers the truth about the Ideya. As they unlock more hidden secrets, Wizeman grows suspicious of NiGHTS's actions.
The Soda Incident: Leo's decision to share soda quickly becomes his biggest regret when he ends up having a sugar rush.
A Trip To Paris: Emma and her parents take a trip to Paris. But as soon as they arrive there, their dream vacation starts to turn into a nightmare.
Haoyu's Family: Haoyu learns that his family wants to meet his friends. But Haoyu has no idea on how to break it down to his family that two of his friends are magical beings.
Chibi Maestros: Balan and Lance have accidentally become chibis! How did this happen? And can the others fix this?
Different Stages, Different Roles: Balan decides to use a spell that would swap not only the Inhabitants' roles, but also the Inhabitants' Chapter. The results are not what Balan expects them to be.
Quoth The Nightmaren, "Nevermore!": Reala wakes up to find that he now can rhyme just like Balan and Lance. And it doesn't help that NiGHTS finds this amusing.
Funhouse: Attilio learns of a funhouse opening up in Christmas Rose Park. But Attilio suspects that something is up when people come out, immediately traumatized.
Oh no!: Lance's spellbook ends up being stolen. Can Balan and the others help him find out who took it before fear is unleashed everywhere?

PSA: Media Source
I should clarify that I don't expect anyone to have played, recognized, or liked Balan's original media source. I myself don't like it because the game is bad.
The game did extremely bad, the game was poorly designed, it was hard to play, and you were given no instructions on how to play it. Even after watching playthroughs OF the game, it took reading the wiki to know what the hell I played.
Wiki Game Synopsis:
Balan Wonderworld mostly takes place in the Balan Theater, a magical realm overseen by a mysterious being called Balan. The Balan Theater appears when one's heart loses its balance and connects to Wonderworld, a realm merging reality and fantasy created from memories and hearts. The protagonists are two troubled children called Leo and Emma. Leo isolates himself from social contact due to an argument with a friend years before, while Emma suffers from anxiety about what others might be saying behind her back. Both are drawn into the Balan Theater and travel through twelve worlds born from the hearts of troubled adults and children alike. Leo and Emma are opposed by Lance, a counterpart to Balan who commands the Negati, monsters born from the darkness of Wonderworld's visitors.
After completing all twelve worlds and freeing the inhabitants of their burdens, Balan opens a portal for the chosen character to fight Lance. Upon his defeat, Lance is briefly shown in his true less menacing form before the Negati drags him into their realm. Balan then bids farewell to all of Wonderworld's visitors, though Leo and Emma's farewell is touching enough that he sheds a tear and shows them his real form; a human-like being similar to Lance in appearance. Leo and Emma are returned to the real world and face their problems; Leo connects with a dancing group he had previously shunned, while Emma learns of a birthday party thrown for her that her servants were keeping secret. The ending credits show stills of Wonderworld's visitors reuniting in the real world watched over by Balan.

Sarah West In-Game Dialogue
*In the opening of her story* I don't want to be queen... What if I end up as a tyrant just like my mother, or be worse than she was?
*In her ending* Father? What happened? *Her father explains about how Sarah's extreme stress caused her body to shut down and fall into a comatose state* Does that mean... everything was just a dream? *Her father asks what she means. Sarah shakes her head as she asks* Did anything happen while I was asleep? *Her father explains to Sarah with a smile that the guards had found a mine that had a surplus of amethysts, and the kingdom is no longer poor. Sarah smiles at this but then goes back to a neutral expression* Father... I think the reason I fell asleep for so long was because I was afraid. Afraid that I would become just like Mother if I became queen. *Her father pats her head as he says with confidence that Sarah is better than her mother ever was. Sarah smiles as she shakily gets out of her bed. She hugs her father, and he returns the embrace. She looks past him and sees Balan. She quietly gasps as she realizes the events of Balan Wonderworld weren't just a coma-induced dream after all. He waves at her and tells her to be honest about the favor she wanted to be granted. She nods as she lets go of her father* Father... Can I ask you something?
*In her secret ending* Alright... I'm all packed. *Her father walks into her room and asks if she really wants to do this* Yes. It'll just be for one year. Besides, it could really help us in the future in case the amethyst mines run dry. Plus, you know I've always wanted to study Dutch. *Her father says he knows but still gives her a hug. She returns the embrace as she picks up her suitcase. Before she leaves, one of the maids arrives with a white envelope with a familiar purple colored wax seal on it. She hands it to Sarah as the maid takes the suitcase from Sarah and walks out of the room. Her father asks who the letter is from. Sarah takes a closer look at the wax seal and realizes it's the Balan Theater seal. Her father says that Sarah should get going as he does not want her to miss her plane flight to the Netherlands. Sarah nods as she puts the envelope in the pocket of her overalls (in this ending she is in her second unlockable outfit) and leaves the room. The next scene consists of Sarah being inside a horse-drawn carriage as she takes out the envelope. It was a letter that was written by both Balan and Lance, wishing her good luck with her one year stay in the Netherlands and promised to personally visit her once Sarah becomes a great queen. A tear falls from Sarah's left eye as she smiles* Balan... Lance... Thank you... For changing me...
*In the bad ending* Father... I don't want to leave you...
*If the player chooses to play as her* I'll do my best!
*If she sees Leo/Emma wear her default outfit* You look so lovely!
*Upon having her outfit changed* I like these clothes!
*If Negati appear in front of her* Oh dear... Please be friendly!
*To the Tims* I wish I could take some of you home!
*Upon wearing her representative costume* I definitely feel more joyful!
*Upon being defeated* (She just sobs loudly)
*Collecting items* Could we use this?
*If the player goes near her illusion* Hello!
*If the player is near her illusion and Negati appear* Be careful!
*If the player gets lost* Do you need a hand? *Points in said direction*
*If the player puts on her Representative Costume* I love that outfit!
*After being saved* Am I still dreaming? (Balan explains to Sarah that she is currently in a coma in the real world but does assure her that she is physically fine.) So... I'm having an out of body experience? I... suppose that makes sense. (She turns to the player and curtseys to them.) Thank you for saving me. That woman you saw... That was my mother. She recently passed away. I... did not have a good childhood when she was alive. She was a tyrant that ended up making our kingdom poor because she wanted all the gold for herself. That was probably what that "Nega-Boss" was... a reflection of the mother I tried to move on from but couldn't. I then started to think that if I became queen, I would become just as greedy as she was. Maybe even worse! I think my father tried to tell me I wasn't, but that might have been when I fell unconscious.
*If the player gives a positive response* You don't believe I'm like my mother either? (Sarah smiles as tears begin to fall) Thank you... Maybe there is some hope for us after all. (She wipes her tears and gives the player a small hug)
*If the player gives a negative response* (She does not say anything as she takes her tiara off and holds it. She then puts it back on as she sits on the ground.)
*If the player gives a neutral response* Not all royals are as tyrannical as my mother was.

Why she came to Wonderworld: Before she came to Wonderworld, Mei had trouble expressing her true self and was constantly shy and only talked when necessary. Once she saved Wonderworld and was allowed to go home, she was allowed to keep her memories, so she can visit whenever she feels like it. Her personality after the events of Wonderworld is that she is preppy and always willing to help anyone out.

Do You Have Any Balan x NiGHTS Headcanons?
No, I don't, because I don't ship them.
Although I understand it's a popular ship, I don't exactly follow it. I more or less see them as distant cousins or faux siblings. Like, NiGHTS knows Balan, and Balan knows NiGHTS. Not related, but close friends. Nearly family.
But NiGHTS has to keep the theater a secret. Blurting out things about Wonderworld to unknowing people might cause unwanted rumors or problems with guests.

Help, my brain has dump these ideas on me and I have to post this. Most of them are Balan Wonderworld help-
They are out of order.
Chris Thorndyke meeting Balan and find balance in his heart, his refusal of Sonic leaving.

She's kind and gentle. She believes that all life is precious
She's kind to everyone, well, almost everyone, she has a rivalry with the maestro of death.
Since she believes that all life is precious, she's a pacifist and will rarely kill someone unless they are a threat to the ones that she cares about.
She has the ability to summon and control plants to her will.
Just like her fellow maestros, she can fly, but unlike her fellow maestros, she flies with a pair of giant butterfly wings.

Jean is a self-proclaimed "mad scientist", she's obsessed with anything related to science usually yelling out "This is in the name of science" whenever she's about to do something incredibly stupid and/or dangerous.
Her reason for being in the Wonderworld is that she usually ends up putting herself and/or others in danger with her crazy science experiments (maybe because her parents leave her unsupervised when she's doing that)
One time during a science fair in elementary school, she tried to recreate a Frankincense monster (with the help of her uncle) which prompted a new rule for the elementary school science fair 'No raising the dead/using a corpse in any way, shape, or form'. That's how insane she can be
Her soul is linked to the maestro of electricity (considering that Jean is absolutely insane, I have a feeling that this isn't going to end well)
