Even in Death, We do not Part.
I just want to say that I am sorry in advance for the this. I genuinely cried while writing this.
I've been in a bit of a rut lately and from personal experience, whenever I get anxious, I always play with the rings I wear and it got me thinking about sentimental Bakugou and I came up with this at 4 am. This is the first angsty post i have ever written, so please take it easy.
Warnings: mentions of reader's parents death. reader death. angst. sentimental bakugou.
Word count: 663
When you and Katsuki Bakugou first started dating, it was no surprise how intent he was on figuring out everything about you. Watching you closely and picking up on tendencies you never even noticed you had.
Like how you played with the two rings on the chain of your necklace. Slowly moving the bands in circles around your index finger with your thumb. Twisting the cool metal aimlessly until you were content, or distracted by something else.
The simple tick was a habit of yours. Bakugou found you doing this most often when you were nervous or thinking, and even when you were sad. He never once questioned it. Just watched at the way your face contorted with different expressions; yet the fidgeting of the rings stayed the same.
It was only when you told him about how your parents were killed in an accident that he understood fully. The rings were all you had left of them. In a way, it brought you comfort knowing that even though they weren’t around, those rings were a reminder that they were always close to you. Little did Bakugou know, those rings would bring him the same comfort some day.
>><<
Bakugou had every intention of starting a future with you. Starting a family. He may have been hot headed and short tempered; but with you, he was gentle. Loving. Sincere in everything he did. He wanted to ask you to marry him. He wanted it more than anything in the world. Spending every second of the rest of your lives with each other.
He wanted to ask you, but it had to be perfect. He worked out every detail in his head. The time of year, the setting, the words he’d say to you. He had everything perfectly calculated. Until the day came where he would never be able to execute his perfect plan. Until his future was ripped from his hands and he was never able to do anything about it.
He beat himself up everyday for not being able to do anything about it. For not being able to protect you. For not being around to save you. Truly, there was nothing that he could’ve done to save you. But that was a reality he would never be able to accept. And instead of planning your engagement, or wedding, here he is. Planning your funeral instead.
After the accident, they were able to recover the two rings still attached to the chain around your neck. Still perfectly intact, unaltered.
Instead of having you by his side, all he is left with is the perfect image of you twiddling those rings around your finger. Occasionally pressing them to your lips, smoothing the metal over the delicate skin.
Bakugou now finds himself doing the same. Searching for that same comfort once he lost you. It was nothing he could have ever prepared himself for. All the training in the world could never have prepared him for the pain he felt in his chest when the words that you were gone rang in his ears.
On the day of your funeral, he stood at your open casket, tears streaming down his face, reaching out to you one last time. Grabbing your hand and placing one of the rings on your pointer finger. Your mother’s wedding band, resting on the same finger you would twirl the rings around. In return, Bakugou did the same. Your dad’s wedding band. Now resting on the same finger. Hoping that it would bring him the same comfort those rings had brought you. A last parting reminder, a last parting promise. The last thing that could tie you two together for an eternity you’d never get to experience together.
A reminder to himself of the vow he would have said to you on the best day of his life; that even in death, the two of you will never part. He would love you forever, no matter what lifetime you were in.

Bakugou Katsuki x Pregnant!Dead!Reader
Innocent Loss.
Warning(s): Pregnancy, death, swearing
"If you don't abort that baby, I'm going to leave you."
Your heart shattered at his words. You were dearly hoping for a child, but he wasn't. The two of you were so in love with each other, but had such different minds.
"K-Katsuki..." Your eyes tears up. "Please don't leave me. I really want to have this baby. Please... please, let's raise a family together."
"No fucking way. Since you won't abort that stupid ass baby, I'm leaving." Bakugou grabbed a suitcase and packed his stuff. You cry in the corner, making heartbreaking sounds but Bakugou didn't seem to care. He just packed as you beg him to stay.
"Please!" You scream desperately, crawling to him and clinging his leg. He shook you off and glared. "Fuck no." He growled. You lied there on the floor crying. You couldn't move much because your body was hurting bad.
You cry, watching him leave the house. Now how were you going to manage this? Even though he left you, you still wanted the baby. You want to raise a beautiful life you birthed. So you kept the baby.
Your friends Urakaka, Midoriya, Todoroki, Momo, Tsuyu, and Kirishima helped you through everything. No matter what, they were all by your side. And they were pissed when they heard that Bakugou left you.
Finally, after 8 months, your water broke. Kirishima was sleeping over this night, and he heard your pained scream in the middle of the night. "Oh no! (Y/N)!" He screamed as he called 911 and picked you up. He was panicking because the help in the area was shit so he had to get you to the hospital.
He ran out the house carrying you, and suddenly an ambulance rushed to a road he was on. Paramedics rushed you onto the bed and to the hospital.
Kirishima held onto your hand as the paramedics helped you deliver the baby. His hand was rock hard because you were squeezing it so tightly. If he wasn't hard, you would break him.
Finally, you got to the hospital. You were in so much pain and Kirishima was forced to wait in the hallways. The rest of your friends came as fast as they could, and they prayed so hard that you were going to be okay.

"It's a healthy baby girl!" The doctors cheered, checking the pulse of the baby. They smile gleefully at you and then handed you your baby. Your friends were able to come in. You sniffle happily. "He's so beautiful..." Urakaka smiles, and Midoriya nods, agreeing.
Suddenly, someone bursts into the room. "(Y/N)!" Everyone looked. It was a blonde haired man with harsh eyes. Your eyes widened. "B-Bakugou?" You whisper weakly. No one noticed your pulse was slowly going down. He saw the baby and gulped. "So... You managed."
"Mhm..." You smile, noticing that you were about to die. "Hey guys," you look at your friends and they look back at you. "please have fun with your lives." Then you look at Bakugou.
"I love you, Bakugou. Please take care of this gorgeous little g..-"BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPP
Everyone's eyes widened.
"...(Y/N)? (Y/N)..." Momo gulped. "No..." Todorki clenches his fists. "DOCTORS HELP!" Bakugou screamed. "HELP HER! HELP HER!" The doctors came rushing in. They tried so hard to get you back alive, but in the end, it was impossible.
You couldn't make it.
"(Y/NNNNNNNNNNNNNN)!!!!!!" Bakugou's loud scream rang through the hospital.
The baby started to cry loudly, frightened.

~Timeskip to three years later~
"You can do it, love." Bakugou hugged his daughter. "I promise." Amira looked up at her father. "Okay, daddy. Oh, your tie is not right." She giggled, then fixed his tie. Bakugou grumbled a bit. Shitty ties.
"Thanks, love." He took her hand and walked across the road when the red light turned white. Suddenly, they came up to the daycare. Bakugou looked at Amira. "If anyone hurts you, tell me, and I'll deal... with them." He said. Yes, even if he was an adult, he'd kill another kid who'd touch his daughter. She was all he had left, and he couldn't afford to lose her.
"Okay daddy!" Amira grinned, then rushed inside the daycare. She was met with an employee. "Sir." A young man smiled at Bakugou, who just grumbled. "Hey, beatupwhoevertouchesherI'mgoingtoworknow." He swooped down, kisses his daughter on the forehead, then ran out to do his pro hero job.
He ran away, then closed his eyes as he ran. He enjoyed the breeze of running with the wind. He didn't know why, but he always felt your presence when he was running with the wind. It made him sad that he didn't see you anymore, but he knew you were watching.
He hated himself for leaving you. He hated himself for not being at the hospital on time. But to try and make up for it, he will raise this beautiful little girl you gave birth to. All you wanted was a family. You birthed to a beautiful daughter and that is Bakugou's favourite gift.
He will take care of everything you ever wanted to do. He ran onto a road, quite in a rush to get to his office.
"I love you, (Y/N). I promise that Amira will get all the help fro-" He heard someone scream, then turned his head. It was a truck coming towards him and he was too late to dodge. Damn it.
"OH MY GOD! SOMEONE CALL 911!"
"IT'S THE PRO HERO BAKUGOU!!"
"SHIT HURRY!"
"IS HE DEAD?!"
Bakugou tried to scramble up. His heart beated so hard. He didn't care that he got hit and got injured hard, all he cared about in that moment was to be alive.
Alive for his daughter. For you.
He had to raise Amira.
“D-Dammit... How the fuck...?!”
His vision went blurry and he collapsed.
.
.
.
"D-Daddy...? Where is daddy, uncle Deku?" Amira tilted her head at Midoriya, who looked at her with a sad smile.
"Daddy isn't here right now, Amira..." Truth is, Bakugou died of blood loss. And now Amira has no more family.
Her family was broken and she couldn't understand.
Oh god...
Please...
Please don't make things worse...
"I want to see daddy! It's been two days!" Amira tears up. Tsuyu walks in and rubs the little girl's head. "Dear... You'll see him soon... Okay?" She was heartbroken to see Amira cry more.
She had no idea what happened. She'll be even more heartbroken once she finds out the truth of both of her parents.
She doesn't have a family no more. No more you, and no more Bakugou.
