Azula’s birthday
Sokka: Happy Birthday. I hope you like it.
(Azula opens an ornate box containing a traditional Whale Tooth Scimitar)
Sokka: initially I thought maybe you’d like a comb, but then I remembered you have Royal Hair People so that was stupid. Then when I thought about it I realized you’d probably like something a little more…stab-y. Do you like it?
(Azula looks at the water tribe weapon, then at Sokka, then back to the weapon)
Sokka: You don’t like it. I can get you something else.
Azula: I love it. It’s perfect.
Thought of this randomly when I was watching “Zuko Alone” and Azula got her gift from Iroh and thought ‘Sokka would realize she’d like weapons more.’ Also I just like the idea of Sokka with his Meteorite Sword, a traditional Fire Nation weapon, and Azula having the Whale Tooth Scimitar, a traditional Water Tribe weapon.

I absolutely adore the fuck out of Sokkla, and have since pretty much the beginning. There are no words to accurately describe how much I love this ship. It is perfection, and it makes me so happy to see that it's becoming more popular. And Sokkla shippers are such a cool group of people, who legit have created some of the best works of fanfiction and art in the entire fandom. Like it is seriously top-tier. I hope to add to that myself and write more Sokka/Azula fics.

one part of me is seeing the comedic potential in a enemies to lovers couple trying to explain their child how they first met, but the other side of me is seeing the angsty side of it as the couple trying to tell the story know that the truth could hurt their child or talking about it could bring up old wounds and shame about how things started out between them...

She couldn't move. She froze totally. Her body couldn't respond. The waterbender in front of her did a few movements with his hands, and her right arm moved unwillingly.
"W-What the hell is happening?" she muttered, her body that was moving against her will.
"It's blood…bending." Zuko gasped. His arms moving in an unnatural well, as well.
"Bloodbending?" she mumbled
Az.. Azula.." Zuko mumbled.
She felt a red warm liquid splash her in the face.

What if Varrick is secretly Sokka and Azula's love child?
...hoo boy.
I...don't know how to answer this one since...Varrick might be one of my least favorite characters ever from Legend of Korra. I mean I could go into detail, but here's not the appropriate time or place.
All I can say is that Varrick probably got separated from Azula and Sokka since...well, they're responsible and he isn't. They're disciplined. He isn't. I guess the only way this could work in my head is if he ran away from home because he was so unlike Azula (she'd try to keep the love child since I can't imagine she'd just abandon him like Ursa did to her).
I'm sorry. I'm...not really the person to answer this one.

After a few years of bonding with her mother over fire bending Azula’s daughter discovers she’s a water bender much to both of their disappointment (ironically Azula is more upset at herself for being disappointed) worried that they will grow apart with this revelation both of them seek others for advice.
