Political matters

Ding-dong! The doorbell rings impatiently, and Ontario gets up to answer it. He opens the door and is met with a familiar face.

"Oh- I'll just... go and get Canada then..."

Canada steps over to the door and fixes the man there with an emotionless gaze.

"Jackson."

"Mason."

Ottawa peeks through the doorframe hopefully. "Annabel?"

Ottawa's not-quite mirror-image smirks, though not unkindly. "Amber."

Canada and his doppelganger continue to glare at each other. The polar bears at both of their feet shift, growling at each other.

"So, Jason, come to change my mind again?"

"You could say that, Macallister."

Matthew sighs, breaking the tense atmosphere. "Well, if that's the case you'll be staying awhile, considering how stubborn we both are."

The other man nods lightly. "I hope it's not too much trouble." he says, rather gruffly.

"No, of course not! Stay as long as you need, we both know there's not much that can be done until we both can mutually agree."

The other man nods again and steps inside, Ottawa's double trailing behind him.

"Alright guys. These two are Ottawa's and I's other colours, Annabel and Jake, and due to recent political events we need to have another argument so they'll be staying with us for a while. I hope that's okay Ontario?"

Ontario mumbles a "no problem" before going back to his food.

Can we have Matthew’s morning/night routine? 🇨🇦♥️

Headcanon: Canada’s morning routine is more like an afternoon routine unless he’s getting up to do some early morning photography.

Headcanon: He’s not a morning person so every day starts with him groggily going downstairs to make a cup of coffee before getting ready.

Headcanon: Canada is a lukewarm shower taker in the mornings to wake up. He’d take a cold one but one time he fell asleep in a cold shower and got sick.

Headcanon: After getting ready every morning Canada takes Kumajawalkin out for a stroll in the countryside, if he’s in his house in the city he just walks Kuma on a pet treadmill next to his treadmill.

Headcanon: Canada is an exercise in the evening type of guy. He often goes with America to the gym, or the hockey rink, or the pool, or the track, or… well they do a lot of activities together. Whatever America does to stay in shape he usually comes along and when America isn’t up for it he always goes on a little hike or rock climbing.

Headcanon: while Canada doesn’t really take a shower shower before bed he does like to rinse off the sweat from working out before brushing his teeth and washing his face.

Headcanon: France got him into bedtime yoga. Ever since Canada tends to do little stretches and a bit of meditation before bed. He even got Kumajastay a little mat so he can join him on the floor relaxing.

Headcanon: Canada hibernates like a bear. He’s not a night owl at all and usually goes to sleep at 10:30. Once he’s out he’s out. Kumajaeepy usually curls up on top of him before he’s completely out to get one last scratch.
