I'm not trying to be rude, but could you explain why the yagerist believe in eugenics? because imo yeagerist are against it marley was the one killing eldians.
Thank you for being respectful in the first place.
Explaining this situation is quite...complicated. Unfortunately you need to understand the concept of eugenics but that is a whole amount of reading in itself. I suggest you read a little on it (The Eugenics Movement: An Encyclopedia is a great start).
Anyways, the Yeagerists are included in the eugenics line of thought when they support the killing of everyone beyond the walls, they are commiting ethnic erasure when they help Eren carry out his plan (and Zeke's plan too! He's literally the face of eugenics on AOT). And this is not something I took out of my head, Isayama was inspired by world war and 20th-century Japan to write AOT. The 19th and 20th centuries were the birth and strength of eugenics.
The message in Attack on Titan is that nobody there is good or bad, they are just societies that live in a cycle of hatred and opression. Yeagerists and Marleyans are two sides of the same coin, feeding into this cycle of opressed-opressor.

What are y'alls thought on the new aot trailer!!?? I personally got chills all over my body, the VISUALS?? THE MUSIC?? Everyone looking so absolutely drained but also determined to fight, Mikasa and Armin still holding such hope and love in their hearts for Eren, their family, their friend, the boy who's been with them their entire lives, and whom they only wish would talk to them. Hange and Levi thinking back on everyone they've lost, everything about Hange actually, Reiner wondering if Eren wants them to stop him, little Eren with Ymir, THAT panel etc. I'm having trouble breathing.
