It's midnight. You want to sleep, and cry at the same time. You glare at the source of your misery, Jeno's kitten that you promised to take care of while he was on a trip with Jaemin.

At first you were ecstatic to hear that he wanted you to help him out, and didn't understand why he had warned you about the small angel.

The cat was a devil.

This is the fourth sock he's ripped up and placed on your head, all in one night. You can't even start counting how many times he's woken you up at night by jumping on you or sitting on your face or scratching on your door.

All you want right now, is to sleep. And your boyfriend. God, you miss Donghyuck.

Speaking of the devil, your front door swings open, and it's none other than Donghyuck himself, freshly woken up just like you, hair all messy and shirt extremely crumpled from something you can only assume as sweet blissful sleep. Something that seems so out of touch with you.

"Hi," He mumbles as you look up at him from your seat on the floor.

"Hey," You respond.

"Where is he?"

And as if on cue, the tiny kitten runs from under your bed, running straight for Donghyuck's feet, where he paws at his socks. With a sigh, you reach out for the kitten, pulling him off.

Donghyuck observes your expression, the frustration and anger as you stare at the kitten. He makes his way to you, squatting next to you.

His fingers brush slightly by your cheek, brushing off the cat fur stuck to it, before he leans in to kiss your cheek tenderly. "It's okay, go rest. I'll take care of him until the morning."

Your eyes light up just moments after, the smile curling at the edges of your lips causing Donghyuck to grin as well.

You lean into his touch, feeling relief wash over you like a warm blanket on a cold winter night. "Really?"

Your boyfriend smiles, tilting his head when you do. "Of course,"

What you find funny, just minutes after you've handed Donghyuck the duty, is that you can't seem to find the sleepiness you had before. Donghyuck has the kitten in his care, playing with him and making sure he doesn't ruin any more socks, but you can't stop yourself from walking out your room to sit next to the both of them.

"What are you doing?" Donghyuck asks. "Aren't you tired?"

You are. You're extremely tired. But you find your wants right where you are, taking care of a silly cat with Donghyuck.

"Wanted to be with you," Is your response, before you carefully take the kitten in your arms.

Finally, a smile is on your lips as you play with the kitten.

And somehow, you've changed since the last time Donghyuck saw you with the very cat. You no longer have frustration and hatred in your expressions, you're admiring the kitten so dearly, chuckling when he tumbles down your legs.

Suddenly, Donghyuck can't take his eyes off you, he's sleepy as well, but it seems like he could stare at you for hours and not get sleepy, because that's just how much he loves you.

He loves that you still care for the kitten after it had annoyed you for hours, he loves when you tell him about the funny stories you have with the cat from the afternoon, he loves that you can't help but forgive and love the kitten after everything.

And despite you being so very sleep deprived, and it being very visible in your expressions, you are the most beautiful to him right now. In your pajamas, with the worst lighting from whatever light source is coming from your room, but the beauty of you caring is so ethereal.

And when you get up to chase the kitten around your room with laughs, you seem like an angel.

Donghyuck's cheeks hurt, he's been smiling so much, and he doesn't even care if they're sore, you always make him smile.

That night, he lies with you in his arms, and with the kitten curled up right next to you. He's exhausted, he should be sleeping, but god, does he love this sight of you.

Helllo, i literally didnt do anything for these pass few days, i have been behind time for my university but i feel like i starting to give lesser fucks about school, and yes i know that i still need to secure for my future, but is it just mainly because i dont feel like where i would like to be right now? Maybe, as today is a saturday i realise like friends have moved on to finding their partners even tho we are just 22, and i feel like yeah abit inclined to find a partner too, but i also want to fall in love properly, and also chase my goals. Wao its quite difficult for me to even type in chase my goals cause its haunting that i will become workaholic again, but i mean i could but not to my own detrimental, like i shd do work and as my dad says set some goals to achieve daily so i can be good for the days as it goes. I think for now i just want to find friends to talk and have fun, and slowly see if it can develop into something more eventually, but for now i think i am just okay to be alone, even tho it is quite a lonely feeling.. slowly getting used to it, i think jenny u need to get ur shit right and sleep at appropriate timing thats all, and ya live in the present today is already 25 sept 2022, and i think ur revit and lessons are all behind time and u are still slacking at home doing nothing. LOL

honestly i know all these too, and i know how money hungry i am too, dont worry jenny u are just trying ur best to meet other ppl and live in the present with who u can too, jiayous jiayous !!!!!!!! u can always find friends to hang out with if u are bored, and always come back to tumblur to rant about certain stuffs, but i think in the meantime i should focus on my studies and grind hard on my studies, and the thingy about thomas is i think best is just practice this where u rmb why u even broke up with him because he was unloyal , no ambitions and worse is like short sia, LOL just think next time the kids u gonna have with him is gonna be horrible. Mark agrees and puts his phone down carelessly, which made you feel startled, but you just laughed and waited for Mark to finish washing his face and applying some moisturizer. After all of that, you realized that Mark was in the bathroom all along. "Oh my god you were in the bathroom."

"Yeah haha just incase!" Mark said, and now he's giggling loud while he pats his face for the last time, you laugh along with him. "All done baby." He says and swings the bathroom door free.

Mark jumps to his side of the bed, not caring about the sleepy Haechan.

"Yah, Mark! That was my leg!"

"Go back to sleep! Sorry!"

"Who is that? Is that y/n? Hello and goodnight! Mark tell her to sleep it's so late in Seoul."

"Yeah Haechan's right baby, we should sleep now. Goodnight sleep tight." Mark said while mouthing a kiss at the front camera, you do the same and end the call.

it all settled when he agreed on the terms of both of you buying his meals over the week which was more than fine for you both

both of you quickly freshened up before it got too late to meet the rest

you can hear Jiho laughing in the background while you were trying to cover up the hickeys on Dongwook’s and your necks

(dammit now his laughter is stuck in my head)

anw so fast forward, yall met up with the rest to eat lunch to ring in the new year and also celebrate the release of Dongwook’s new album

“damn yall look really hungover. did yall drink more than usual last night?” Seunghyun asked

“you know them, they’re lightweights. one drink and they’re gone,” Jiho replied even before you could say anything

“sucks to be you” they teased you, in which you replied by sticking your tongue out

“so what did you guys do last night? got your new years kiss?”

even though it was asked generally, you and Dongwook choked on your food while Jiho was laughing his head off beside you

“OH IT WAS SOMETHING ALRIGHT!” Jiho managed to say in between of his laughs

you stepped on his foot before he could continue on

after that day, everything was normal

well minus the constant teasing from Jiho

apart from that, you and Dongwook tried to pretend that the incident never happened - so no bringing up about new years eve, no drinking at gatherings if the other is present and still hanging out with each other but sober

gotta say, yall did a pretty darn good job at it

it’s almost as if it really didnt happened

it has been some time since that day

Dongwook was in Danang with Seongyong to film a video with Dingo so you spent alot of your time alone like how you would as always

it was pretty late and you were working on some songs that were due to be released soon

when you stood up to grab a drink, you noticed your phone screen lit up

it was a video call notification from Dongwook

you quickly got comfy on the sofa then answered his call

“yah i called you so many times, why didn’t you pick up my calllllllllll,”

“a hello wouldve been nice but ok,”

“why didnt you pick up my callllllllllllll,”

wow Dongwook must’ve let loose while he was in Danang

so over the next half hour, you tried to entertain his antics, along with some appearances of Seongyong in the background during the video call

“you better get some sleep before your flight later,” you told him, knowing how bad his hangover is gna be when he wakes up later

“nooooooo i wna keep you company! youre all alone there,” he whined

“nah its fine, im gna meet Jiho in abit to check on some tracks,”

you suddenly see Dongwook puffed out his cheeks then pouted on screen and felt your heart moved a little binch me too

“you’re alwayssssssss with Jiho. do you not like me?”

“yeah i dont,” you stuck your tongue out at him

he went on whining for ages

it went on for a little too long to the point Seongyong had to tell you to do something to shut him up

“OKAY OKAY i was kidding! of course i like you!” you finally gave in

“kekekekeke i like you too!!! i like you so much... that’s why i couldn’t approach you. i was too shy because i like you!!! even now ha...... you’re so cute and such a nice person. i reallllllllllllllllly like you,” he slurred

Dongwook prolly said more but you couldn’t process it in

he prolly didn’t mean it right? he was drunk so he’s prolly spouting nonsense right?

most importantly, you don’t feel that way.... right?

you didn’t mention about it to anyone, well you had no intentions of telling anyone anyway

maybe you were just overthinking about it

it was later into the night, you were still at Jiho’s studio, working on the few tracks

your eyes were threatening to close anytime soon, from the multiple sleepless nights

“hey you should go home. youre gna pass out anytime soon,” Jiho told you

“no no it’s okay. im fine. i really wna finish the songs then ill get some sleep,” you attempted to say in between of your yawns

in that moment, the doorbell rang so he quickly went to attend to it

“look who is here!” he announced as he stepped into the studio again

you turned and you were suddenly wide awake - it was Dongwook

this time, you saw him in a different light, almost as if he was the only one there and that he was shining

like it’s just Dongwook but also, it’s Dongwook

you felt your heart moved again

“i came straight from the airport and this is how you greet me? rude,” he teased

you never realised you ended up staring at him for a little too long

“SORRY i was just... really tired. i think im gna head back to sleep,” you quickly gathered your stuff

“but Dongwook just got here,”

“i know but i dont think i can last any longer with no sleep. ill see you later,”

with that, you left the building and was rushing home

your heart was still beating quickly and you felt the blood rushed to your cheeks but it wasn’t because you rushed out

do you feel that way for Dongwook? crap, maybe you do

cant sleep bc im.. anxious

we decided 2 celebrate rens bday today and.. it was the first time after awhile where i hung out w ppl (the first time after all the drama w w*de)

all in all it wasnt that bad? i had fun and ate (thankfully my fast times aligned w when we were hanging out so i didnt have to explain 2 anyone why i just , wasnt eating for most of the day)

mentioned to alex that i thought he was mad at me/hated me for like half of spring break,, he had to work on stuff but i was like “o ill tell u after u finish :)” n he was like “URE TRYING TO DISTRACT ME” n i was like “yea but its working :)))” n u know what? i was right! he forgot abt it and didnt ask again the rest of the night!!!

which im glad abt bc.. i dont rlly wna rehash things but also? i did kind of want to get it off my chest so hhhhh

anw i think nick esp was trying to b extra nice to me (hes usually one of the best at like.. picking up on how im feeling n all that) but i felt bad bc , im shit at conversation n im so awkward n just :^((((

hanging out w ppl was , ok? it was a lil hard when ppl mentioned things i wasnt even aware of (ie: oh this thing u guys r all talking abt seeing the other night? oop guess i wasn’t there!) but i did it to myself by going Full ghost mode on everyone so i cant rlly fault them for tht

BUSS BOYYYYYY :(((

GUYS HELLO SO PUTANGINA!!!!! bakit ba kasi napaka movie-like ng buhay ko ano!!!!! SO ETO NAAAAAA.

yESTERDAY,,,,,,,, i rode a bus from cubao to lipa. the usual stuff. a usual day. a very mundane setup. shortly after finding a window seat at the back row before the last one, a guy asked me, “excuse me, may nakaupo na ba?” so i shook my head ganyan then he sat beside me. as a sagi gay, syempre i checked him out ano. ang bango niya. he was wearing dark shorts, a cap, and earphones din. very me ganyan. he was using a cheap, 2010-ish samsung phone pa but i knew reserba lang yun cos i caught a glimpse of his iphone inside his letsgotocamping style na bag (not sure if my memories play well but i think yun yung nakita ko, anw...). so edi ayan. galaw na si bus. ako naman sige go lang. may cute akong katabi and told myself na ang bait talaga ni lord.

PERO EWAN KO BA NARINIG ATA AKO NI LORD at mas binaitan pa. 1 hour after the departure, i knew that the ride wouldnt be a normal one. our legs and shoulders were brushing!!!!!!!!!! we were unnecessarily too close to one another. uhuhuhuh. so ayan edi ako naman g lang. i mean i did have a ~nsfw~ bus encounter na rin naman before pero that only happened once and thought 2 myself na itd never happen again. BUT boy this boy was different. he wasnt aiming for IT. he was aiming for ME chzzzz. HAHA. i must admit i got a hard on. sobrang lamig din naman kasi ano and us constantly waiting whod make the first move IS such a foreplay. so ayan fast forward when we both crossed our arms over our chests. this time, may nangyari nang kulbitan HAHAHAH. sobrang nakakashookt. i was like what the FUCK is happening lordttTT. bakit ba sobrang movie-like ng buhay ko!!!!!! I THOUGHT sa mga pelikula lang naman ‘tong mga ganito ihhhh. BUT BOY hindi talaga. after a couple of minutes na landian ganyan through fingers touching, we both decided to hold hands na. ang rupok naming dalawa pero g lang. i looked at him. he looked at me. he smiled. i smiled. and i slept on his shoulders on the way to lipa HAHAHHA. when i woke up after a 2h sleep, nakahawak pa rin sya sa kamay ko. i looked at him again and he smiled. PUTANGINA taga lipa sya eh bakit ba ngayon ko lang sya nakita. As we were nearing SM, i could feel the higpit of his touch. kinikilig akong ewan. Sobrang bango nya talaga fuckkkk haha alas, lumiko na yung bus sa terminal. he wasnt letting go of my hand e nagbabaan na yung mga pasahero hhuuhuh. so i did let go na. i picked up my bag. he did too. then he stood up. i did too. pagkababa namin ng bus, he walked slowly palayo from me. i DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO. putangina. wala naman kaming manual ano! but he looked at me, smiled for the very last time ganyan tas he took a right turn and walked away from me.

I KNOW I KNOW. dapat sinundan ko. pero putangina the moment was very fleeting. as i was walking papuntang sakayan ng multicab, I FELT frustrated. angered even idk. nakakapanghinayang ??? HAHA. sana isko sya huhu. AND SANA we meet again ano. huuhuhuhhuhh hays. i kNOW. mejo mababaw (???) for others pero putangina. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES ba na things like these could happen?? napaka movie-like :(( dkk.
