MLP lore lesson: this cross-eyed pegasus.
Originally another unnamed background/townie character, this pony became an early fan favorite after appearing in the background of the very first episode sporting a silly face; her nose scrunched up and her eyes crossed. In reference to the "derp" meme, which was popular at the time, fans named her "Derpy Hooves." Some opted to call her "Muffins" because this was her one spoken line in a later episode. Officially, she has been referred to as "Ditzy Doo," "Derpy", "Muffins" and "Bubbles" on different occasions.
While originally her crossed eyes were an animation error, the crew thought she looked funny, and left it in. When they found out the fans agreed, they went back and made her cross-eyed in all the coming episodes that hadn't been sent to Hasbro yet. Derpy became somewhat of an easter egg: keen-eyed viewers would find her cross-eyed face somewhere in most episodes in the first two seasons, encouraging fans to comb the background of each episode.
In the season 1 episode Feeling Pinkie Keen, Derpy is shown dropping a crate while unloading a truck. This led to the common fan interpretation that Derpy worked for the mail service, and was rather clumsy. Both of these traits would later be canonized, and she would become the standard character that's used when the plot calls for a delivery.
Appearing regularly in season 2, Derpy finally got her first major speaking role in the season 2 episode The Last Round-Up. The script called for a clumsy character (referred to in the script as "Ditzy Doo") and Derpy's design was chosen to fill the role, with her being referred to as "Derpy" in dialogue by Rainbow Dash.
After the episode aired, Hasbro supposedly received letters from parents who felt the character was offensive to people with disabilities. In later releases of the episode, Derpy is not named, her eyes are less crossed, and her voice is different.
From season 3 onwards, Derpy appeared less regularly, only appearing in about 1 in 3 episodes, still mostly in the background. While she continued to appear in episodes and even receive her own merchandise, she would never again be referred to as "Derpy" in official materials. She did get further speaking roles in episodes like Slice of Life, but she was never again referred to by name in the show. She remained beloved by the fanbase whenever she did appear.

The Transformers: One Movie
I've been somewhat out of the loop due to limited energy levels for anything remotely social, but last Friday my brother Kevin had me take a closer look at the trailer for the new animated Transformers: One movie. On Twitter all I had seen of it was an animated .GIF of its title sequence which I shrugged off thinking that it was yet another Bay-like live action film (the only Transformers live action film that has earned my love is Bumblebee.)
This was my initial hyperactive fangirly reaction to the longer version of the trailer shared on Transformers 2005 which I wrote in reply to my brother Kevin, which is basically comprised of me squealing excitedly in capslock:
I am over the moon that this movie is all about Cybertron, and that just like in Earthspark we're going to see a kinder take on Megatron! (And yay Optimus as Orion Pax and the eternal badassery that is Elita-1.)
As usual, I'm bored to tears of seeing Bumblebee as a protagonist at this point and was disgruntled that he was acting like our beloved Rodimus, but my brother's spot on in what he replied, that unfortunately Bumblebee's just a fixture at this point. (He also admitted to Bumblebee fatigue.)
I'm not into certain aspects of the movie's design but I wasn't into Transformers: Prime initially either and now I'm utterly addicted to Transformers and write long winded fanfictions about it thanks to TFP having been my gateway drug. I'm extremely excited to see this film, and as for my disappointment over not seeing Starscream in the initial cut of the trailer that I watched, well, today I ran across this version!
And not only do we get a very droolworthy shot of our beloved screechy flyboy wearing his crown in this trailer, there's also this very brief shot of Skywarp being awesome!
I still have no idea who this green dude is (I might be derping from lack of sleep since I spent most of last night writing the climax and part of the denoumont of my fic Rise Up,) but maybe he's just a rando? Anyway, I'm super stoked, and I can't wait to watch this movie in theatres and support Transformers animation!
(The best way to tell the uncaring rich that we want more interesting Transformers movies like this one which don't follow the same rote script of Cybertronians arriving on Earth is by watching the films legally to support their creators!)
Looking over the trailer again, I have to say I actually like the faces now! And the style! I'm absolutely thriled to see Cybertron finally portrayed as a vibrant, beautiful world, complete with mechanimals!

Liza's eye Lore...
...
Lets just say- my persona had a LORE dump...
Lets think of a way where they had normal eyes from the start. Liza's left eye became a star for making their own new friend group where everyone enjoys all kinds of contents.
The star has always been there.
Until... something... made it disappear...
Liza thought about shutting their own friends and thinking it's for the best, because the way their dad said "friends" would only drive you down and are a big distraction.
Then...
It mightve been the best part to just... shut them off.
Liza can never forget about what derp lee did to calm her down...
Unfortunately... they were both separated... right after Liza decided to shut them out.
A few days has passed... Liza's star has disappeared in their eye, finding no positivity nor emotion...
Liza has felt nothing but negativity, they felt themself cope by crying it out on the floor...
They- f-cked up pretty badly...
The meaning of loosing a star, means that you lost your self positivity and purpose.
Losing their friends were... the only purpose they had left...

But then so on- after a month, Liza has picked themself back up from the ground and started to change into a new person. They talked it out on the group and they've returned, but they were never that much active anymore.
Liza's eye has created the 'X' mark to symbolize that this was an important moral lesson to them, just by shutting out in your friends doesnt do anything but damage your own self being. It felt like putting an animal in a cage for too long...
The new star is attached to a string on to their head. The star is back again right after Liza's friends picked up their positivity back again.
And it felt free...
It felt so... nice...
In relief...
Freedom...

I've actually been meaning to draw this for ages, back when I wrote 'The Curse of the Black Hound'. But never did, because I only had Erik turn into a Barghest. I just remembered it for some reason, and so... I give you Erik and Gerda as Barghests.
The plot if this had a plot:
Erik is being an idiot yet again, and gets into a spot of trouble with some Trolls outside Trolberg. Gerda tries to rescue him, but gets caught up in the Troll-magic-blast, and, suddenly, they're both Barghests.
This causes problems, as Safety Patrol doesn't know what has happened to Erik or their Chief Officer - no bodies, but there are very clearly Barghests seen in the area, including one with some striking (and very hard to hide colouring). The Chief has been implementing some changes recently, encouraging the officers to think twice before engaging the magical creatures in the area, to try and investigate without violence, at least at first. Not everyone is happy with these very recent changes. With her out of the picture, will they continue to follow her lead in her absence, and take the time to find out what really happened? Or will they revert to old ways, and hunt down the animals that seem so obviously to be responsible?
Meanwhile, Gerda and Erik, are still not on the best of terms after the wall, and certainly not after Erik has gone and turned them into these creatures. Gerda, who would usually just take over in situations like this... just... can't seem to get control of this new body. There are too many legs, and any athletic attempt that would come easily to her in her human body ends in a tangle of limbs and derp. As if that's not bad enough, in this form she does not have the good camouflage genes and stands out far too easily, even without the clumsiness. Erik, though he takes to his new body fairly well, has about the exact same level of common sense as before - attacking things bigger than him, running out and barking at Safety Patrol to get their attention, etc. But they're going to have to learn to work together, as a team, if they're going to get out of this mess - Erik's going to have to listen to Gerda and do what she tells him, and Gerda's going to have to depend on Erik.

Right now I’m hoping to find a lot of info about how Doctor Whooves started, I tend to write too much info, but I wanted to ask if I can involve your projects of DWaA , Discorded Whooves and Lovestruck Derpy into the video?

Of course! I'm not trying to brag but I'm pretty sure I've brought the most Doctor Whooves content into the fandom so it would be odd to not mention DWnA and Discord Whooves haha. (As far as I'm aware I have the longest running DW radio play which I believe was the first one? And it has more episodes than any others out there. And Lovestruck Derpy + Discord Whooves were the most well known Doctor Whooves blogs and also some of the longest running, and DW alone has almost 1,000 posts)
And I'm not even gonna go into all my other Doctor Whooves AUs lol

There are other times he and other incarnations of his lives have cameo'd in the comics. He even has a couple of his own special comic covers that reference Doctor Who.
Doctor Whooves is seen with Roseluck a few times including when he is wearing 3D glasses like in Doctor Who
He was first given an official name "Time Turner" in the EnterPlay collectable card set 1

ALSO THE TALENTS ARE INTELLIGENT ADULTS WITH AUTONOMY!!! Elira has not been “derping around making a :D face” in Japan and she did not (probably) make that stream because “management put it in front of her and she was too silly to read it beforehand” can we. Treat them like adults. Like it or not, they did have SOME degree of choice in this— a slim one that was dangerous and any normal self-preserving human wouldn’t have been brave enough to take, which is fine, but they are not brainless cute anime girls in real life. Do you understand how much strategy and commitment being a VTuber is. These people are smart adults who have enough sense to read what’s going on. You are literally dumbing them down to airheaded pawns. They’re people???

I don't know what you think but in my head while Romeo has the reputation of being a womanizer, in my opinion it's Mercutio and Tybalt who are more successful with girls (and boys?)
Like...if we look at it in a stereotyped context of TV series or anime stuff, if we forget the slightly derp faces of the sims... (in my mind Veronaville teens are all models, ok???)
Romeo is like...cute?? The short cute boy but
Mercutio is the good-looking, slightly reckless good boy, tall, muscular, with dark skin, while Tybalt is the rich boy with problems (someone compared him to Nathan Prescott from Life is Strange and I swear I imagine him similar for mental stress) and the bad boy, tall and thin with icy eyes.
In my opinion their feud would also exist at school if for some reason the Montys managed to get into private school. Like there would be fangirls and fanboys with two different fanclubs arguing over whether Mercutio or Tybalt is cooler.

Consider ChooChoo here on level with Pluto and Rajah. And yes I'm going for the deliberate allusion to dragons with the use of "wyrm" as this longboy is closer to being a larger dog than a wee worm. He's a big fuzzy derp.
