Currently thinking of an Angel AU where Sanji is one of Cupid's angels for the past 800 years. He makes people fall in love. And for angels of love to ascend, reincarnate or reborn they're given specific clients that he needs to fall in love.

But he has a problem. A mold problem. He only has one client left that he needs to fall in love. And it's the lone wandering swordsman with an odd memorable green hair. And no matter what Sanji does. No matter who he matches the swordsman with as every new lifetime pass, the man just never falls.

And so, as Sanji begrudgingly stands on the swordsman's grave alone, he swore that on the man's next life (11th) he will make him fall in love by hook or by crook.

Sanji's sin was Zoro fell in love him and sanji was starting to love him back #to save sanji. zoro was willing to rip & offer his heart up. but doing would remove his feelings but also he can never feel love #or fall in love ever again. zoro says its okay. he didn't want to fall in love with someone that isn't sanji #sanji still doesn't want to bc its the first time zoro felt love in centuries he'd known him. he didn't want to take it away from him.#sanji “dies” but since he was able to make zoro fall in love he passed his rebirth. cupid was moved by their love #so sanji was reborn in the current lifetime with his memories with zoro intact. they met each other after 2 years he “died”#they reunited. zoro met the strawhats during the 2 years.#the end #omg that was pretty long

I love the idea that Gabriel is one of the few beings in existence capable of understanding the scale of Sam's torture in the Cage. Sam's trauma might make him "out of reach" to ordinary people in some respects, but it also gives him an otherworldliness that puts him on more even footing with supernatural beings like Gabriel.

#but i also dont think gabriel could understand sam very well and wouldnt even want to if he hadnt suffered himself #not that u need to suffer to be empathetic just that gabriel is naturally scornful and self absorbed #he doesnt care about sam until he has a reason to #yes gabriel is one of the few angels to value humans but he doesnt see them as perfect equals #but the fact that sam 1. took a nosedive into LUCIFER'S CAGE for all of humanity's sins #and 2. somehow SURVIVED the ordeal and came out the other end walking and talking #dramatically alters the way gabriel sees him specifically and wouldve to some extent even if the asmodeus arc hadnt happened #by the end of s13 after everything both of them have been through he's unable to see sam as anything other than his equal #and i think having someone capable of understanding the cage and lucifer the way gabriel does would end up making all the difference #supernatural #gabriel spn #sam winchester #sabriel

I know this won’t happen, but in my ideal battle between Hell and Heaven, I imagine Lucifer being reluctant to fight at first, because of his past trauma and for similar reasons Carmilla wanted to avoid war (it could cost him his child).

The battle starts and Lucifer does jump in, saving Charlie from a blow or something. They have like, 30 seconds to quickly check in with each other (thank yous and you made me remember what’s worth fighting for, smth like that, you know those kinda scenes).

Then Lucifer says, “Besides, I’m not the only one with scores to settle.”

We hear screaming. Charlie turns to see a giant fox throw a bunch of Exterminators in the air and swallow them whole.

We see a figure obscured in hot pink and blue fire mowing down a battalion.

We see a set of eight sharp legs, gold tipped in black, scurry past our heroes, accompanied by a faint jingling.

Charlie turns to Lucifer, who winks. “Good luck, kiddo.”

Then he flies up and punches Adam in the face.

Each of the hotel members represent a sin. Minus Lucifer.

Alastor represents pride. Need i explain it?

Angel Dust is lust. Again, do i need to explain?

Husk is greed. His entire thing is gambling and gambling is a form greed. Greed is also often associated with alcoholism.

Sir Pentious was envy. Envious of overlords and craving for that power recognition for himself as well. He’s almost painfully aware of the fact that he is weak and compensates it for his constant drive to improve his machinery. And he’s envious of Angel’s and Cherri’s close bond.

Vaggie is wrath. She is incredibly vengeful and angry, even if that passion is sourced from a good place. Her indignation stems from the fact that she was kicked out from heaven by being a good person for sparing a child. Her wrath stems from her desire to one up Lute in that sinners can be good people, and her wholehearted trust in Charlie.

Charlie represents sloth. Her goal is to make the lives of pride ring hellborn and sinners easier. Sloth, by the older definition, is the wanting to have everything basically at your fingertips and have no need to expend any effort. This could also be Alastor’s representative sin, but it’s mostly Charlie’s.

Nifty is gluttony. We don’t much about her as of yet so she will have to do for now as gluttony, or over-indulgence as i call it. Her obsession with cleaning could perhaps constitute for her “gluttonous” attribute.

Where am i going with this? Simple, each one will have to commit the opposite virtue of their sin in order to reach redemption.

Like in the example of Sir Pentious. Sir Pentious was redeemed via his act of kindness, for his self-sacrifice. The virtue of kindness is the opposite to the sin of envy.

So for Husk and Angel to ascend, they will need to learn to be charitable and perform chastity in some form. These go hand in hand, much like it seems that the show is leading towards. It is a large hope of mine for them to ascend together.

For Vaggie to return she will need to learn patience. Have patience in herself and others, have patience in the success of the hotel, in Charlie.

Niffty’s temperance will be her ability to let things go. To let a mess be a mess and not a picture perfect clean house. Messes are inevitable and constant, it is impossible for everything to be scrubbed clean of filth. Turmeric stains are proof of that…

Charlie is going to learn that diligence, that constant work, is what’s going to keep not only the hotel afloat but also keep the pride ring from over flowing. She will work her ass off everyday to make it easier, and at times it will seem to never work but it is. Never give up.

Alastor WILL learn about humility. At some point far down the path of this show will he see that being humble and subtle is most times the better option than openly boasting of his strength. Humility can still be “sinful” in that sense, that his quietness about his strength, his humility, will show more than tell.

In the end all of them will have their ascensions, in one way or another. By acting out the capital virtues at the moments of their second deaths.
