i stopped reading jjk like 3 chapters after go/jo bc like all my faves were either dead, in shoko's basement in a constant shrodinger state, or got like one page every 5 chapters. IS GOJO ACTUALLY BACK ????? (this might be enough for me to keep reading even tho megumi is questionable, nobara is as above, i was told choso just died, nanami is obv gone, sugurus consciousness is ????, and i have no idea where maki is)
FDHDHDJHD YES HE'S BACK
well. kinda dhkfhfkdjfjf (the state of being a jjk fan is dire 😔) he's back in that we get a panel of eyes, that are referred to as "unmistakable"
(THAT IS SATORU. THAT IS MY MAN'S EYE!!!!!)
but also. he's referred to as a "ghost of the strongest". now. that's where the issue lies. bc is he referred to as a ghost bc he's someone presumed dead who came back. or is it bc he's a ghost in the literal sense (not actually alive but either an illusion or puppeteered by someone)
we'll only find out next chapter so PRAYER CIRCLE SATORU ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which Symbolic Fruit Are You?
Kakavasha~
Clementine
In Chinese culture , clementines , known for their bright orange , waxy exterior , were symbolic of gold , & by extension , wealth , good fortune & abundance . Trees that bear clementines ( or mandarins , as they're also known as ) are often used to decorate the thresholds of Chinese households as a sign of good luck & prosperity .
As lucky as Clementines may be , so are you & those around you . With a sunny disposition , & a knack for seeing the best in everyone , & the good in the world around you , you’re someone who believes that the glass is always half full . Things can always be worse , & they will always get better , one way or another ! Like the vibrant clementines , you're known for bringing light to those who need it , & always bringing laughter to your friend group . However , such a bright exterior can sometimes hide a deep & lingering sadness . Remember : even the light sometimes has to dim , & even the sun has to set . Don't worry ; it'll always come back .
Aventurine~
Pomegranate
The pomegranate is most famously attributed to the Greek goddess , Persephone . Though versions of the story differ : with some of them saying that Persephone was tricked into eating the pomegranate seeds , in order for her to become trapped in the underworld , & some saying she willingly chose to eat the seeds .
Pomegranate's have a hard exterior that is tough to crack . Your hard shell is a natural protectant & keeps you safe from those that only wish to use you . Internally you are rich with bounties . You believe in living your life passionately & vibrantly . The idea of surrendering to a fate of being confined to anything , whether it be a relationship , a job , or family dynamic where you are not happy & lack agency is a terrifying prospect . It is fears like this which also prevent you from opening up & showing vulnerability to those around you . However , like the pomegranate whose seeds sparkle like gemstones , you hide inside you incredible beauty that only the most worthy deserve to see .

my brain got hooked on asra today for some reason and, since i have a new dnd boy to torture (sorry celeste), i made the executive decision that asra and alexa got their happy endings cause they more than earned them.
asmodeus made asra the archdevil of avernus, mostly just to see what would happen, which lasted approximately a day because being an archdevil gave asra access to his ninth level spells in his deck and he simply Wished himself and alexa (and their pet hellhounds) out of their contracts and back to life consequence free
he and his husband are currently in their island sanctuary era and are unreachable

Rise of a landfish. This is how we call an event that continued throughout several millions of years, when the species of animals from the depths of the oceans, supplanted the pseudo crustaceans in an ever changing ecosystems of Mars. It all started from the bottom. Wnen several amphibian species left the dried wetlands in river deltas, and ventured forth on the ground. When the small burrow creatures like h’shak and the tree-climbers started to overtake the niches of a smaller herbivore pseudo crustaceans. With a passage of time the biggest, the ferocious ones among pseudo crustaceans will die out, hunted, and not being able to survive in an environment changed by advances of T’kar, leaving only gigantic exoskeletons after them. T’kar which appeared in the later part of the pseudo crustaceans era, and yet witnessed them, will stick around for sometime after, building several civilisations, of industrial type, and cutting out the Forrest’s which provided them with much needed oxygen. Those civilisations in the end will turn into dust, and the remains of the T’kar folk will retreat into the depths of the relic-jungles, and the cave systems overgrown with fungi.
Speaking of land fish – the first ones to leave the water, long time before anyone else – Mafas, they haven’t disappeared, and stayed around right until, the end of Mars. With the advances in prolonging their lives, and a control of procreation, and urban development they managed to live in harmony with nature throughout the eons. They witnessed the rise of the first gigantic beetles, they witnessed how Rakk’at soared into the skies… How villages turned into the towns, and cities, and how those cities turned into dust, leaving only few of the remains from the insect civilisation, which Mafas preserved with sort of parental care. Yet having the magical power of immeasurable scale they felt like not having the right to try interfering with nature in a way it would be possible for them to save the ancient ecosystem. But Mafa were here for longer than anyone else and they knew that with every ebb there is a high tide, and eventually the Mars will bloom with the new life. The explosion of Land Fish will bring around a new age of biodiversity. Unfortunately for Martians the last ones, as the plane5 won’t be able to heal itself, after the scourges, it’s new inhabitants – worm blooded, much more cruel, and versitile ones will bring upon it…

I’ve said this before other places but wrapping my mind around my job here in this system is so bizarre just because it’s mundane.
Yeah I can say I’m our main social protector and general support alter who can do backup hosting duties in a pinch, but that’s really just a fancy quick way of saying “I’m just some guy who’s confident and a decent person and cares about his friends and family.” Not “I make sure we get through school” or “I front to deal with harassment” or “I help with internal repairs.” Not even stuff that you’d expect the brain would have me here for, things that used to be my literal job (in my memories), specifically all I am aside from that.
You’re saying my role is “Be a decent guy?” That’s my role? I’ve got the “decent guy” job? Really?

Working at the sex shop really did rewire my brain. There was basically no topic that was too taboo to talk about, and what little propriety I’d had evaporated. I’d be out walking and chatting with friends about erotica I’d had to read that day only to be shushed and realize people were staring at me.
It always struck me as a little bit silly but I learned to curb myself for others comfort levels. Mostly.
But I have one distinct memory of decorating holiday cookies with my parents and my grandmother. My mom had worked in a sex shop back in her day, and I never hid my line of work from my family, so I was telling a work story.
I was conscious that my dad was slightly more sensitive, so I was using pretty broad descriptions, but I happened to mention silicone lube (I was telling my horror story) and my nana asked, “What’s that?”
I went into full sales mode. Focused on the little reindeer cookie I was decorating I started info dumping, “Oh, it’s pretty great. Water based lubricants get absorbed through vaginal mucous membranes, but silicone is too dense and our body can’t absorb it the same way. So once you apply some silicone you never have to worry about chafing, and a little goes a long way. It’s especially popular with older women, because they start producing less natural lubricant and absorb water based lubes so quickly.”
There was a silent beat after this statement.
I looked up.
My mom and grandmother were looking at me with rapt attention, and I belatedly realized I was addressing two older women who probably would welcome extra lubrication.
And then there was my dad, blushing so pink with embarrassment that I thought he was about to faint.
“I can talk about something else,” I offered in apology to my dad.
“Like hell! He can go in the other room, tell me more!” My nana declared. My dad scampered off to busy himself in another room while I answered their questions and talked about brands and pricing.
I slipped them each a small bottle of silicone lube for the holidays.
