Okay genuine question here: how would you know if you experience hypomania? Because as an alter I’m a very energetic type anyway, I get understimulated easily and I often multitask working on multiple projects or talking with multiple people at once. But sometimes that amps up and I get a little weird, not externally because I can mask pretty damn well but in private and internally? Yeah I definitely get weird and obnoxious for a bit unless someone intervenes

Sometimes it goes up to a peak of weird and then gradually goes down, maybe over a matter of days now that I’m thinking about it, but I also don’t know what could cause that if we don’t have something like bipolar? And I really don’t think we have bipolar
