Creative journaling really helped me deal with a lot of emotions I'd rather not say. I still have the urge to make it pretty a lot of the time, but when I'm busy I just write down stuff and it helps.
I don't know what to do with my sketchbook lately, so when I'm bored I just do random blobs of color and it helps me relax. Plus it looks good! So colorful. The markers I used seems to be drying up so I just wanna use them until they don't work anymore (in Filipino, para hindi sayang).
Some pages of my art journal. Love playing with colors and fineliners and doing incoherent drawings just for the feel of it.
Little life update: finally started my own commonplace book! I used colored markers to differentiate categories of the topics I'm writing (yes this is inspired by Megan Rhiannon's system, however I'm broke and can't be bothered to buy circular colored stickers)
I enjoy using this B5 sized notebook for creative journaling! My only issue is that the paper is too thin for my liking, but I take it as a challenge to hide the ghosting and bleeding from my spreads.
