something i see in meta around Steven’s feelings about Rose and the way others have taken out their Rose feelings on him or confused his identity (basically being born into a world she left behind) is Rose’s choice to give up her physical form almost as a sidenote - and glossing over the “what if”s that a dead character can’t answer. But idk. You know what this blog is about, let’s talk about it. Her decision to have Steven, while I fully believe she didn’t have ulterior motives towards him, was also not unlike the decision she made to stage PD’s shattering with Pearl. Steven has a lot in common with Pearl, Bismuth, Spinel and the others in that respect; the rage (and love! and confusing other feelings!) he feels for his mom is intensely personal, and the result of her actions towards him personally. The audience has also been along for the ride, so more or less as Steven has learned more about her (and experienced personal harm,) so have we.

The VHS tape is the closest thing he has to a living version of her and is used to illustrate that - in its first appearance, Steven wishes he knew more about her, and is delighted to see his mom tell him she loves him. By Lion 4: Alternate Ending, he’s had to deal with enough secrets and lies and threats that he’s paranoid - she must have encoded a hidden message to tell him what he’s supposed to do! In Rose Buds, he hears the tape playing and immediately rushes to shut it off; he can’t be in a room with her because he feels all messed up about her. The tape speaks at him, but it’s trapped in that moment and with the same script. he can’t have a conversation with her to resolve his feelings although he could overwrite the tape with a dream now ig.

That’s Steven’s side. On Rose’s end, here’s the thing...what if she didn’t plan for all this, she didn’t want him to be hurt, she didn’t want him to clean up her baggage and couldn’t have predicted all this, she just wanted him to be himself, like we generally imagine....but she did know what happened to him? What if she isn’t gone and saw him go through all this? What if she saw him at some of his most vulnerable, confused, desperate moments, private moments, dangerous fights only he and sometimes Connie were there for - and Rose was just as bad at providing comfort and security as the other Crystal Gems? What if in her own way she did try to care for him, but it wasn’t what she should have done? (Can’t wait for the debate on what she should have done, either. Even though we can understand her choices. Much like the other CGs.) What happens when she tries to change now? It’s a different conversation than just saying “If she knew she would have _______”. it’s nice to think she’d “do the right thing” as a parent to Steven but another entirely to look at her actual decisions.

so when I saw infinity war the second time, i brought a pen and a notebook with me and took notes in the dark the whole time. for my second endgame viewing yesterday, i did the same. i now present to you my Thoughts About Endgame. (this is. long.)

god the dawning panic when clint realizes his family is gone. that whole scene is so empty and unsettling, it was shot really well

i mean. it’s sweet. but this is not steve.

I think i’ve talked enough about my dislike of the direction steve’s character went in in this film. that was the major point of dislike for me, but given that the council has made a stupid ass decision i’ve elected to ignore it. i understand that both tony and steve had to make their exist from the franchise here, but.... there were better ways to go about that.

i think a few different relationships slipped through the cracks here- characters suddenly grieving people they haven’t seen in /years/ and completely ignoring others who only recently died was a big one for me. but other characters saw a lot of development- nebula was a favourite of mine in this film, which i was not expecting! she and rhodey made a really good team- i feel like they understand one another.

the Original Six all saw a decent amount of screen time, which i appreciated. nobody got left behind there. there were so many references to other films that i know i didn’t catch them all, but it really made this movie seem like a love letter to the fans.

i want to make it clear that i actually loved most of this film. i think it was a good send off for the avengers and i love a good time travel plot (like, it’s one of my all-time favourite tropes. i was vibrating with excitement in the theater during the 2012 scenes.) i went in expecting a lot of the emotion to be sidelined in favor of plot and action, and while that happened a little bit, i was overall pleasantly surprised with the amount of emotion that they fit into this film. characterization and emotion is perhaps even more important to me than a good plot, and this film got the emotion down.

it’s definitely not a perfect film but it could have been so much worse, so i’m grateful that we got a good sendoff for the avengers.

A/N: As I wrote this, it was nearing towards smut but I felt that it was too soon to taint Jack. LOL. If you were hopping to read some Jack smut, maybe in the future. But at least you got some Jack tease? Idk. Anyways, I hope you like it! Hit me up with an ask if you do!

It was time for Sam and Dean to head out for their hunt. Sam had explained to you that this was an opportunity to have Dean get his mind off of things with just the two of them working a case like old times. As much as you hated being left behind, you understood completely. They needed this – Dean needed this, but that didn’t mean you weren’t bitter about staying back. That left you to babysit Jack, which was not on your bucket list of things to do.

“Why can’t we just invite Donatello over and he can watch the kid!” You grumbled. “I could help with the case and it could be the three of us like old times.”

“Y/N, we went over this. Besides, you’re just as young as Jack. Just by looking at you two, everyone would assume that Jack was older,” Sam pointed out.

You scowled at him desperately racking your brain for some sort of excuse to deny that you appeared the youngest, but you were failing miserably. “Rude,” you hissed before turning away and heading to the kitchen for some comfort food. Sam couldn’t help but chuckle at your behavior. You were such a kid. You were like their younger sister and they treated you as such.

Sam and Dean were long gone on their hunt. The first night alone with Jack was pretty laid back. The both of you had lunch and dinner together, even watched the entire season one and two of Stranger Things. It really wasn’t so bad, but your pride had been provoked when they decided to leave you out.

It was day two and you noticed that the bunker had been unusually quiet and that you hadn’t run into Jack for sometime. Panic ensued thinking that he could have snuck out of the bunker, or worse, opened the door to an alternate universe and got lost. You hurried off to his room only to find him glued to Sam’s laptop. You rolled your eyes at the sight, knowing that you had nothing to worry about.

With the knowledge of knowing Jack was safe and sound, and still bitter about being left behind (you knew you were being petty but you didn’t care at the moment), you decided to have a drink to drown all your frustrations. You had watched Dean and Sam do it multiple times. They had never allowed you to drink, not because you were underage, but because they knew first hand that you were a lightweight.

You had gotten yourself in a little situation with Crowley once, who had given you a drink, which you gladly accepted thinking it was such an adult thing to do. Two shots of whiskey later, you were a blubbering, giggling, fool. You had given Crowley all of the information he needed. Dean was pissed and carried you back to the motel that night. He forbade you to never have a drink ever again, not wanting you to do anything stupid or get yourself into trouble.

Well, with the “big brothers” away, Y/N gets to play… with alcohol.

You rummaged through the liquor cabinet noticing there were more than one kind of alcohol. Whiskey, vodka, tequila, gin, rum, and other names that you had never heard of before. You picked the tequila just because it was in a pretty bottle. You grabbed a glass and brought them to the table, excitement coursing through you. There was a rush of adrenaline knowing you were breaking the rules… Dean’s rules.

When you popped open the bottle you could immediately smell the strong scent of the liquid. You scrunched up your nose, detesting the smell. “How the hell do they drink this stuff?” You cringed to yourself. Shrugging it off, you poured yourself a drink all the way to the top of the glass.

You stared at the clear beverage, hesitating if you should go through with this or not. The fact that you were a lightweight was something you accepted because it was downright true. You didn’t quite trust yourself, but then again, you were in the safety of the bunker and there was no where to go. What was the worst that could happen?

With pure determination, you downed the drink as quick as you could. That was how Dean had done it when he wanted to let loose. You resisted the need to stop as the liquid fire burned your throat. A guttural hiss and groan, dramatically, leaving your lips. It tasted awful.

Heat instantaneously consumed you, unquestionably feeling the effects of the alcohol. You giggled at the thought that you’d be in tremendous trouble if Dean and Sam found out. Out of spite, you filled your cup to the brim once again.

“Tequila…” you rose your glass, “…is tryin’ ‘ta kill ya!’” You finished, giggling like a high school girl, before taking a large gulp, hissing at the feel of it running down your throat. “Oh yeah, this’ll try to kill ya,” you slurred, chuckling at yourself. At this point you were feeling good. You sat at the table forcing yourself to finish your second cup, your eyes focusing on nothing but thin air. Abruptly, you shouted, “I need music! A party surly needs music!”

Stumbling to your feet, you shuffled towards the record player, surprised that you were able to turn it on before letting the pin drop. Pat Benatar’s ‘Hit Me with Your Best Shot’ filled the room as you shamelessly and obnoxiously sang along, swaying your hips and twirling your body with the beat. If anyone was watching, they’d think you were hallucinating, as if you trying to keep your balance on a viciously swaying ship.

“Well, you’re a real tough cookie with a long history! Breaking little hearts like the one in me!” You sang out loud, living in the moment, whipping your hair all over the place.

You downed the drink in your hands and slammed it on the table, relishing the feel of the alcohol overtaking your entire being. It was official, you were drunk and you didn’t care. The room felt a little topsy-turvy, as side affect that you were finding amusing. You giggled while you sang and fumbled around in the room, bumping into the tables, chairs, and anything that happened to be in your way.

“Hit me with your best shot! Why don’t you hit me with your best shot! Hit me with your best shot, fire away! WOO!” You twirled your body, the world around you practically flipping upside down as you felt your body follow suit.

Unexpectedly, arms were around you waist keeping you balanced. “Y/N, are you okay?” It was Jack’s voice. A wide grin appeared on your lips as you swiveled around in his hold, now facing him.

“Hey Jacky,” you snickered, wrapping your arms securely around his neck. His cheeks grew red as he observed you with confusion.

“Are you alright?” He asked again.

“Oh, I feel magnificent!” You giggled, tugging him closer so that he was pressed against you. You could sense his body stiffen at the sudden proximity which gave you a bit of satisfaction. “Dance with me,” you ordered, swaying your body against his.

Jack froze, unsure what was happening and what to do. You were flush against him, gyrating your body sensually against his. He was growing nervous quickly as strange emotions began to creep their way through his body. He didn’t understand them, but he was beginning to feel uncomfortable, as if he couldn’t trust himself for some reason.

“Maybe we should stop,” Jack suggested, feeling a tingling coursing through his every nerve.

“What? But we only just started,” you moaned into his ear, your hot breath sending a foreign sensation straight to his private area.

“Uh, I don’t think that’s a good idea,” he stammered, slightly loosening your hold on him.

“Why not? Dancing is fun,” you laughed, taking his large hands in yours and placing them on the small of your back. “Just let the music control you.” Jack felt something controlling him but he was sure that it wasn’t the music.

“I really think we shouldn’t be doing this,” he deadpanned. He didn’t trust himself and the new emotions that were stirring within him. He was worried that what he was feeling could hurt her. Sam and Dean were not around to enlighten him on the changes he was going through, and he couldn’t talk to you considering you were the reason for all this frustration. Not to mention you were not yourself.

“Jacky, you just need to get on my level,” you slurred before pulling away from him. You wobbled over to the tequila bottle and poured him a cup, some of the contents spilling over the table. “Oops,” you chuckled. “Here, have some!” You chirped.

Jack made his way next to you, eyeing the mysterious drink. “What is it?”

“It’s what’s gonna get you feeling loose, baby!” You cheered, your body softly grooving to the music once again. Jack’s eyes settled on your seductive dance, his eyes greedily watching you. “C’mon Jack, join me,” you cooed.

Like an obedient guy, he didn’t seem any harm in a drink, and gulped it down, grunting at the sting. “Whoa, what is that?” He asked, still cringing at the aftertaste.

“What does it matter, aren’t you feeling good?” You smiled, grabbing the bottle off the table and taking a swig. After placing the bottle down, you allowed the music to over take you once again while Jack just stood there watching.

He decided to take another drink, filling it to the top like he had seen you do, before tanking the liquid one time. His body shook at the burning sensation, feeling the sudden change in himself. He had never felt this way before either. He began to heat up, feeling uncomfortable in his clothes, so he stripped out of his shirt, lying it on the table. “It’s hot in here,” he declared.

“Woo!” You whistled, laughing and enjoying yourself. Jack smiled enjoying the light atmosphere in the room. He had never been so relaxed before. “Dance with me!” You shouted over the music.

“I don’t know how,” Jack chuckled, walking up next to you.

“Just let the music move your body. Don’t think too much about it. Have fun!” You hopped with the beat. “Hit me with your best shot!” You started singing again.

A few songs later, Jack took a seat, as sweat rolled down the side of his face and chest. You bit your bottom lip enjoying the view. “It’s really hot in here,” he commented.

“Yes it is,” you eyed his figure up and down. You never really took the time to appreciate that Jack was extremely handsome. If you didn’t know any better, you would think that he was really a Winchester, a family with nothing but Godly genes.

You made your way over to him, making yourself comfortable in his lap. He looked up at you with curiosity. “What are you doing? I am not a chair,” he mumbled.

“But it’s more comfortable here,” you whimpered, wrapping your arms around his neck and hovering your lips dangerously close to his. “Do you not like it?” You questioned, your voice soft and suggestive.

“U-uh, I, I d-don’t kn-ow,” he stuttered, his eyes glued on to your soft lips.

“Oh, but I think you do,” you grinded your butt over his crotch. Jack shut his eyes, grunting at the new sensation. “See,” you giggled, licking his lips like a kitten. Jack shuddered, letting out a deep breath, his body reacting on it’s own. “You’re all hard for me,” your voice was lower, your eyes dark with lust for the Nephilim in front of you.

“That drink we drank, is that some sort of poison? Like magic that’s making us act like this?” Jack growled, trying to contain himself as much as he could. Although he was feeling a little disoriented, he knew what was going on. He knew what he was doing and he didn’t want to do anything that would hurt you. You on the other hand wouldn’t remember a thing in the morning.

“You could say that,” you sniggered before covering your lips over his.

You felt Jack’s body flinch and then stiffen under your action. He felt like he was frozen. When he didn’t respond, you pulled away observing his expressions and behavior, wondering if he was going to push you away, but he didn’t. He just stared into your eyes, chest heaving up and down from the loss of air. You couldn’t help the gratification building inside you and connected your lips with his again, this time letting your tongue join the party.

You felt Jack wince beneath you again as your tongue swirled around his, searching his mouth, not leaving a single space left untouched. You could tell that Jack was beginning to relax, his hands naturally making their way to your hips, gripping them tightly. His lips were now moving in tandem with yours, savoring the new feel.

When you pulled back for air, Jack’s hair was a mess, his eyes were clouded, and his lips were swollen. “Having fun?” you questioned, a smug expression plastered proudly on your face.

Jack didn’t say anything, only nodding in affirmation. He was too winded and his mind was hazy. He had never felt anything so wonderful before. The things he felt were all new and he didn’t hate it. In fact, he loved it. He wanted to do it again. He wanted to feel your lips on his and he wanted to feel your tongue dance with his again and again.

Catching you off guard, he pulled you back in, his lips crashing into yours feverishly. It was his tongue this time invading your wet cavern, tasting every inch of your mouth. You moaned into the kiss enjoying the moment. Your hands were tangled in his hair as his found their way under the hem of your shirt, massaging the flesh of your hips and lower back. His hands were warm against your skin and yours were hot against his.

You started to ground your hips against his, earning a low growl from deep within his throat. Without mercy, you continued your ministrations, feeling Jack harden beneath you. “Wh-what’s happening?” Jack stammered, pulling his lips away from your, saliva stringing from both your lips.

“It’s normal. You’re just horny,” you explained.

“H-horny?” He stuttered as you rubbed your core against the apparent tent in his pants.

“Aroused, stimulated, hard, turned on, eager, hungry,” you breathed against his ear, using other words to explain the situation.

“I-I think we sh-should take a break,” Jack’s hands fell from your body, causing you to groan in frustration.

You pulled back to give him some room to breath, but you remained on his lap. You reached for the neglected bottle of poison and chugged a few good slugs in. At this point, it tasted like water and you were enjoying the feeling of it.

“It’s way too hot in here,” you complained, reaching for the hem of your shirt and slowly peeling the fabric off your body, setting it next to Jacks.

“Wow.” Jack’s eyes shamelessly scanned your body. You were beautiful. Your skin looked as soft as it felt, and your body was definitely much more different than his. His eyes settled at the swell of your breasts, as they were held up by black lace.

“Since you need some time to cool down, let’s dance some more!” You wiggled off of Jack’s lap. When you stood, you lost your balance falling towards Jack. You threw your hands forward, landing them on the arms of the chair all the while Jack attempted to catch you, his hands pressed up against your breasts. He made a mental note about how soft they were, but looked up at you with apprehension.

“S-sorry,” Jack retreated his hands reluctantly.

“It’s okay,” you smirked.

“It’s getting late, maybe we should get ready for bed. Dean and Sam will be home soon,” he stated, grabbing his shirt and pulling it on.

“Ugh, those guys. Who cares about Ken and Fabio!” You bellowed, grabbing the bottle of tequila in your hands. “They left us!” You shouted before taking a sip.

“Who is Ken and Fabio?” Jack tilted his head in bewilderment.

“You know, the Ken doll and that romance novel guy with the long hair?” You muddled. Jack just gave you a lost look which indicated that he had no clue what the hell you were talking about. “Oh Jacky, you’ll understand sooner or later.” Taking another gulp, you set the bottle back down on the table, and took a seat beside Jack. “Ugh, the room won’t stop spinning,” you droned.

Jack grabbed your shirt and did his best to help you put it back on. When he finally managed to do so, a wave of accomplishment washed over him. He then stood from his seat, watching you scattered on the chair and table.

“I think I’m drunk,” you laughed, your eyes half lidded.

“Drunk?”

“Mhmm. I need water.”

Jack left quickly, returning with a glass of water. He set it in front of you. When he noticed you not doing anything, he did what his instincts were telling him to do. He lifted the glass and helped you sit up straight before bringing the water to your lips. The feel of the cool liquid soothing your throat. When you had drunk all the water, Jack picked you up bridal style and carried you into your room, like he’d seen Sam and Dean do when you’d fall asleep in Sam’s room from watching movies.

He placed you on the bed but you wouldn’t unravel your arms from his neck. “Don’t leave me,” you pouted.

“Y/N, Dean said that I wasn’t allowed in here,” Jack stated.

“Then take me back to your room.”

“I’m not sure that’s okay either.”

“Then stay until I fall asleep? Dean will never have to know,” you held him tighter.

“I guess that would be okay,” you and Jack came to an agreement.

It took a mere five minutes before you had comatose. Once you were tucked in, Jack went into his room to grab the laptop before heading into the library. He was about ready to hit the Netflix button when the bunker door opened and shut. He averted his attention to the stair case to see Dean, Sam, and someone else.

“Hey Jack,” Sam greeted as he entered the room.

“Is that…” Dean started pointing to the nearly empty tequila bottle.

“Y/N was drinking it. It made her act really strange and it made me feel really weird,” Jack explicated.

“Wait, you and Y/N were drinking?” Sam raised an eyebrow in disbelief. “Did anything happen?” Sam asked with caution, a little afraid of the answer he may receive.

“Well, we kissed and she said I was horny. It was a strange feeling. I felt a throbbing –”

“Okay, I’ve heard enough! But nothing went in anywhere, right?” Dean’s voice held the same tone as Sam did.

“Went in? Actually –”

“OH GOD!” Dean cringed.

“She put her tongue in my mouth, and I did too. And she sat on my lap moving her hips on –”

“What part of, ‘I’ve heard enough’ did you not understand?” Dean snapped. Castiel was idly standing in the background witnessing the verbal exchange.

“But nothing else when in anywhere right?” Sam wanted to reaffirm.

“No? But I did carry her to her room so she could sleep.”

Dean opened his mouth to speak when Sam spoke up first. “That’s good. She’ll definitely need a lot of rest.”

“Who is that?” Jack pointed to Cass, who stood at the entrance.

“Jack, this is…”

The morning came and your eyes fluttered open. You groaned at the throbbing in your head. All you could remember was drinking and boy were you regretting it.

“Rise and shine sweetheart,” a familiar voice echoed through your room. You groaned, burying yourself into your pillows and blanket.

“No,” you mumbled, practically incoherent.

“Jack told us you had fun last night,” Dean whipped the blanket from your body.

“Dean!” You whined, struggling to open your eyes. “I can’t even remember what happened last night,” you admitted.

“So you don’t remember taking Jack’s virginity?” He barked.

“What?” You shot up from the bed, sobering up almost instantly. Your eyes were wide as you stared at Dean, who held a smug look. That was your only clue to prove he was lying.

“Jerk,” you curled back into your bed, grabbing your pillows and placing them over your body.

Even when i'm at college I still hear bullshit you're pulling. Just when I thought I got away from your crap, I let myself be pulled in hearing about what you're doing.

Do you know I hang with MK at the college? I doubt it. I told him to keep it a secret and you don't have him on snapchat to see photos he takes of me. (No we aren't a thing, so don't be an ass.)

I'm so scared of you somehow finding out MK and I are hanging out. I know the crap you used to do with my girl friends. You didn't con CB to coming to your side, but that was because we were friends long before you clawed your way in. I'm scared you'll tell him lies, or tell him not to believe what I have to say. I told him about the pool party since it was at his house. I told him the crap you've put me through.

I told him how it was you who pulled crap at Semi and not MZ like you told him. You ruined that night for us, and your night was ruined as well. Other than the fact I sprained my ankle, you fucked the night up.

He told me how you were trying to hang with a girl and ask her out when you knew she'd say no. He scolded you telling you that you shouldn't force a girl to love you. You claimed you weren't and blaming every girl who rejected you. If you've had 4 girlfriends, and all of them ended it maybe you're the fucking problem.

You're making yourself a victim when we both know you deserve this. You act like every girl is an object, and you feel like you're entitled to have a girl be your girlfriend if she's nice to you. I hope college makes you realize that you need to change your fucking attitude. I can't even go into the town you go to college because I'm so scared of running into you. I went there the other day for a Pokémon battle at your college, and was petrified of running into you.

I'm so scared you'll find my alternate instagrams and twitters for different things. (YouTube IG/Twitter, Finsta, and an Art IG.) We've been out of high school since May, and i'm still scared i'll see you when I go out places.

MK showed me the messages on IG. You pegged yourself as a victim and made it seem like you deserve to have a girlfriend. No you don't. He also told me you spam the fuck out of him until he answers. You're not entitled to a message back. Also thanks, now I feel like I acted like you with messaging my friend because of my problems.

I'm still scared you'll come after my friend from Crew. I'm scared you'll find out who he is and peg him against me. He knows about you. I told him because I considered going back to you because I know you'd give me attention if I became your girlfriend. (Technically again.) My friends back then weren't any help and basically told me that you didn't like me back and you wouldn't even take me back anyway. I asked him and he told me i'd set myself up for failure if I went back to you. He was right of course, which is why I didn't.

Part of me is actually scared that you'll somehow find out where I live and come here. Yes, I am that fucking terrified of you. You fucked me up. It's been years since the pool party, and so many more years since you wanted me to pull up my bra.

I hope you never fucking get a girlfriend. I hope you die alone. I just hope you die in general. It would rid the world of a horrible person, and i'd finally feel safe again. You'll never change, and no girl should go through the same shit you've put me through.

How can you be fine after all the shit you've put me through? Did you ever care about anyone besides yourself? You've always played the victim act to get everyone to like you. You were always the abuser, and no one but me could see it. Whenever I tell people what you did, they never saw you that way.

If you ever contact me in any fucking way, I will get police involved. (Can I at this point?) If not, I will tell my father everything. He'd probably want to kick your ass for putting his little girl through all this shit.

“What all do you remember?” Sam asked me, giving me a bottle of water. I eyed the bottle. “Drink up, we’re in the middle of the desert.”

I took the bottle from him and took a large drink. “I don’t understand what’s going on here, Sam.”

“Tell me what you remember of the past week and I’ll try to fill you in.”

I looked between Sam and the back of the head of whoever was quietly driving the van down the highway and sighed. I told Sam everything. I told him about how I’ve been following Dean around because I think he’s possessed and how everything now seems different with the world.

“He’s not possessed, Y/N.” I jerked my head up to look at the driver and realized that it was Cas. The van had pulled over onto the side of the road and turned off. Cas turned around in the seat and looked at me. “The Dean you’ve been pursing thus far isn’t the Dean you know. The Dean here is a demon. This isn’t your world, you’ve been lured here by him.”

I blinked. “That doesn’t make any sense, Cas.”

“Y/N,” Sam said, scooting closer to me. “You know that makes more sense than Dean trying to hurt you or those dreams you’ve been having.”

I knitted my brows together and gave Sam a confused look. “I… I never told you about those dreams…”

“It’s part of a prophecy,” Cas interjected. “Darkness will raise and consume the light with the help of an innocent from another world. The innocent will mark themselves with premonitions of darkness doings.”

“You think I’m the ‘innocent from another world’?” I asked sarcastically with finger quotes. “Well, I have a question for you, if this is a different universe than the one I’m from and all that bullshit, where is the me from here? Why isn’t she doing anything to stop Dean or this darkness shit you’re talking about?”

Sam sighed. “Because she’s been dead for ten years.”

“What?” I gasped.

“The demon that holds onto Dean’s soul has been there since the you from this world died. Her and Dean were married, living life as happily as could be. But…,” Sam looked at Cas. Cas nodded.

“But,” Cas took over, “there is a group of people around here, Y/N. Very dangerous people that her and Dean got themselves mixed in.”

“There is an underground bunker in the middle of the desert,” Sam said, “not that far away from where we took you from Dean. That’s were those people would meet. We think Dean was going to take you there.”

“Why?” I asked them. “Why would he take me to some dusty bunker?”

“To kill you,” They said in unison.

“This is ridiculous,” I said, trying to get to the van door. “This isn’t happening. I’m dreaming. Dean wouldn’t hurt me.”

Sam got in front of me and grabbed my arm. “You’ve been having dreams of hell and brimstone. Dreams of blood and fire and torment. If you go back outside and get to Dean, that will happen, Y/N. Why do you think we took you from him? Or why Bobby risked his life to distract Dean? Hell can’t take over. You can’t die.”

My hands shook as Sam told this all to me. Even though I did not want to believe it, I knew deep within me that it was true. That was not my Dean that I have been hunting down. The one who sweet talked me into joining him to a drive in the middle of the desert to ‘go home.’

He was going to kill me and I could not even feel it because I was so under the spell of it just being Dean. I desperately wanted the past few weeks to be a nightmare, but it was all true. Here was Sam and Cas telling me how it was, and they never lied to me before. Well, the ones from my universe, but I trusted these two.

Sam let go of my arm and I leaned back against the van wall. Cas started the van back up and we were on the road again, heading the opposite way Dean and I had come earlier. The drive to wherever was quiet and I did not ask Sam or Cas anymore questions.

It was dark when we reached a small building in the middle of nowhere that looked like a biker bar. Cas pulled the van into a parking lot and turned it off. “We’ll be safe here for tonight,” he said to me.

I nodded my head. Sam helped me out of the door and kept me close as we walked around the van and inside. My eyes wondered around the vans exterior and I realized the back window had broken out. “Dean shot through it when we took you,” Sam said, noticing me staring at the window too long.

Sam led me inside the place. It was a normal biker bar, expect there was only one person inside of it, and that was Bobby.

“You sure as hell made him mad,” Bobby said, taking a sip of his beer. He was sitting at one the tables with his legs propped up on it.

“We couldn’t let her die,” Sam said, leading me to him. “Don’t let her out of your sight. I’m going to help Cas fix the back window.”

Bobby nodded and Sam left me with him.

“Did they tell you everything?” Bobby asked me.

“Yes,” I sighed. I was so exhausted, mentally and physically. “It seems a bit extreme though. Why would Dean want to kill me?”

“Not only kill you, Y/N. Dean wants to sacrifice you.”

“What the hell? Why?” I asked him.

Bobby got up and went behind the bar. He grabbed two glasses and a bottle of whiskey. Bobby came back and placed one glass in front of me and one in front of him. “If Dean can sacrifice you, Earth becomes Hell,” he poured us both a drink. “And not only for our universe, but for all the other ones, including the one you came from.”

I drained all the whiskey from my glass. “What person gain does… Demon Dean get from this?” I asked.

“I’ve heard different things…” Bobby started, “but the biggest rumor is that if the demon inside him gets what it wants, the you from this universe will come back.”

“She’s been dead for ten years, Bobby,” I pointed out.

“When she died, it drove Dean crazy. And he blamed himself and said he would do anything he could to get her back.”

“Does that include demonic possession?” I asked.

Bobby shrugged. “Knowing how much Dean loved her… It wouldn’t surprise me one bit.”
