inaba thoughts and spoilers under cut
ok so design wise besides their standard green gou jacket gous have a signature colour. light green for kotegiri red for buzen yellow for kuwana blue for matsui purple for samidare pink for murakumo. clearly inaba’s is black.
id also like to point out that buzen kuwana matsui samidare and murakumo are gou no yoshihiro’s five important cultural properties. besides those five he also has two national treasures: inaba and tomita. so tomita is sure to be in the game at some point. anyway thats why inaba is r3 compared to the other five uchigatana’s r2 and why his jacket’s colours are the inverse to theirs, his lapels are green while theirs are black.
anyway inaba has those black (bat or demon?) wings on the back of his hand and a belt..? that has a pointed tip like a demon’s tail
inaba’s former master was yuuki hideyasu, the second son of tokugawa ieyasu. after his older brother nobuyasu committed seppuku he would then have been the first in line to succeed his father. however, he was adopted by toyotomi hideyoshi, who did not have children, and who would go on to rule japan after oda. therefore, hideyasu would have been in line to succeed hideyoshi. however, hideyoshi then had a child of his own, pushing hideyasu’s succession backwards. as hideyoshi no longer needed an heir hideyasu was then adopted by the yuuki. at the battle of sekigahara between ieyasu and hideyoshi, ieyasu won, and the tokugawa shogunate would rule for the next three hundred years, and hideyasu’s younger brother hidetada was chosen to succeed him.
hideyasu was said to have missed out on power twice: once when hideyoshi had a child of his own and once again when hidetada became ieyasu’s heir instead.

i am inaba gou. one of my former masters, yuuki hideyasu, was a man who twice missed out on ruling japan. in my own history i have also not been able to reach those heights. my other former masters were able to reach it after i had already left them. to say that i am a sword that leads to success would be nice, but...
note that what i have translated as “ruling japan,” 天下, literally means “under heaven” (and therefore that which lies under heaven is japan) but can also be power, rulership, the world, etc, and what i have translated as heights, 天, literally means “heaven.” and so hideyasu missed out on that under heaven, and inaba missed heaven itself.
inaba has several lines about ruling being his dream, and other dream related lines
天下は夢か
so rulership was just a dream...
夢のまた夢……か
a dream within another dream, huh... [the phrase means an unrealisable dream]
待てども天下は手に入らん
even if we wait rulership will not fall into our hands [note that “fall” is not present, the actual verb just means “to enter.”]
また一つ、天下に
once more, for rulership
天下へ近づいているのか
are you approaching your own chance to rule?
全ては浮世の夢よ！
everything is just a dream of this transient world!
貴様にとっては悪夢
this will be a nightmare for you [talking to the enemy]
inaba was clearly affected by hideyasu’s failure to rule, and so he wants to use this life to do what he could not at hideyasu’s side. this fixation with rulership, that is, 天下, that is, the heavens and that which lie under them, ties in with these demon-style accessories because like a demon, inaba cant reach heaven
inaba has just one recollection, with kotegiri:

im sure tomita will appear at some point, but as for whether he will have angel motifs in opposition to inaba, or whether he will also have demon motifs, such that the national treasure gous and the important cultural property gous are separated, remains to be seen. it could be that tomita's colour is white and inaba's is black, im not sure
in his shinken hissatsu sprite its revealed that inaba is wearing a red bracelet. its the only colour in his outfit besides his jacket but i dont know what it means
and maybe some reaching here but inaba was given to hideyasu by ieyasu. after ieyasu died he was deified with the name toushou daigongen, literally "great gongen, light of the east" wherein a gongen is a buddha who has appeared on earth to save people.
ieyasu is a god, a light, while inaba, with his demon motifs and his all black outfit, wishes to rule

Sabikui Bisco Light Novel Series Reveals Anime Adaptation Plans
This weekend's Kadokawa Light Novel Expo event has already brought with it a ton of new announcements, and one of the latest concerns writer Shinji Cobkubo and illustrator K Akagishi's Sabikui Bisco series. The light novels are officially getting an anime adaptation, with Atsushi Ikariya directing at anime studio OZ.

Sabikui Bisco managed to top both the new work list and overall ranking for the Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi (This Light Novel is Amazing) guidebook in 2019. The story is set in a world ravaged by a plague-like wind that caused everything to rust and corrode. Bisco Akaboshi is a mushroom hunter who teams up with a doctor named Milo to hunt down Sabikui, a medicinal mushroom that's said to be a possible cure for the rust, which will also help save Milo's sister from the condition.

And the machine translation of her in-game profile actually turned out to be pretty good. (I used DeepL.)
This sword has been called the best of the swords created by Yoshihiro Go. She has a soft demeanor and a mild manner, but at the core she has the strength of a mother. I also love Tomi’s sheep butlers and how she just spontaneously decides to have tea in the middle of a battle! XD

Synopsis
In the far future, a disaster known as the “Rusty Wind” has transformed the majority of Japan into a barren desert and left civilization in tatters. The original Iwakakeru manga by Ryudai Ishizaka first started with online serialization via Cygame's Cycomi app and site, running from 2017-2019 and collected into four volumes published by Kodansha. A sequel has been running since right after the original ended, with two collected volumes published so far.

Iwa Kakeru! Sport Climbing Girls, online un nuovo promo della serie animata
Svelati sigle e altri personaggi dell’anime in arrivo ad ottobre.
Diffuso un secondo video promozionale di “Iwa Kakeru! Sport Climbing Girls”, la serie animata basata sul manga ecchi sportivo di Ryudai Ishizaka, che debutterà sulle tv giapponesi il 4 ottobre.
Nello spot sono presenti dei brevi estratti di entrambe le sigle della serie. IL brano di apertura "Motto Takaku" è cantato solo da Aina Suzuki (Sayo Yotsuba nell’anime), mentre quello di chiusura "LET'S CLIMB↑" è interpretato anche da Sumire Uesaka (Konomi Kasahara), Yui Ishikawa (Jun Uehara), e Miyu Tomita (Nonoka Sugiura).

L’adattamento è diretto da Tetsuro Amino (Broken Blade, Macross 7, Shiki) presso lo studio Blade, con l’assistenza di Tomohiro Matsukawa. La sceneggiatura è curata da Touko Machida (Harukana Receive, Runway de Waratte), il character design è ad opera di Yoshihiro Watanabe (Haganai, Sora no Otoshimono) e Motohiro Taniguchi, mentre le musiche sono composte da Tsubasa Ito (The Price of Smiles, Princess Connect! Re:Dive). Alla produzione collaborano anche Wit Studio e Studio Massket.

A dirigere l’anime tratto dal manga sportivo di Ryudai Ishizaka è Tetsuro Amino.
Annunciata la produzione di una serie animata tratta dal manga “Iwa Kakeru! Sport Climbing Girls” di Ryudai Ishizaka e dal sequel “Iwa Kakeru!! Try a new climbing”.
