hello, bestie! thank you for being so kind <3 i personally think it's inevitable even from pc/laptop screen to screen because we all have different displays due to manufacturing, but making your coloring as neutral as possible def helps!!

#mobile's just more prone to compression too so gifs tend to look kinda wonky even if they're great on desktop #i also found that yellows pop up a lot more on mobile so be careful with saturation as well!#i honestly... don't even try to intentionally make my gifs look good on mobile JFDJKFJFJKFDJFD and i think it def shows lmao #anyway #i hope that at least helped kkjdfdf lmk if u have more questions i'd be more than glad to answer them <3 #anon #y.ask

It wasn’t until recently I found out that the Pokémon cries in the original games were supposed to be like Godzilla style kaiju roars, which makes sense but also doesn’t make them sound any better which I guess is mostly due to the game boys limitations

#tbh it’s impressive how much music and sound is in those carts anyway #also pikachu does just say it’s name tho idr if that’s only in yellow #but it’s also compressed as all hell and loud as fuck
