W40k fans will be like "Aw, he just needs a hug :c" and the character in question will be the one of universe's most genocidal warcriminals

So what happens If you kill a daemon in the warp? Does it permadie or regenerate elsewhere?
It will die a true death. Destroying a daemon's warp/psychic presence (their true form) always kills them outright, and daemons in the warp are natively in that form.
This is why Grey Knights are all psykers; being able to innately interact with things on a psychic plane means you're that much better at recognising and murdering the stuff that exists on said plane.
You can also use blackstone/null devices/blanks to either dismantle a daemon's warp presence or force it fully into the material dimension for an old-fashioned murdering session.
Good question!

How bout Heinrix and Aurelia for the kiss out of lust?
#44: ...kiss out of lust.
It meant nothing.
These... feelings, these sensations, meant nothing.
The heat and the stiffness he felt in his trousers at the sight of her in the sunrise pink gown, her golden hair piled atop her head like a corona was natural. Biological, even. A product of visual stimulation. She was a beautiful woman.
And he had innocent intentions. Virtuous intentions. Just one moment alone. Just one word of warning to the Lord Captain. No one could have faulted him for his concern for her safety.
But one moment turned into two, one word turned into many, and, drunk on the proximity, his gloved hands had wrapped around the bare skin of her shoulders and pressed her against the shadowy alcove.
It had been a long time since he'd the pleasure to truly behold a beautiful woman up close; feel the rapid puff of her breath against his mouth, the grasping of her fingers against his cloak as she held fast to him, like he was the anchor to her drifting ship in a storm. But did she know she was the sun and he was locked in her orbit?
"Heinrix," she whispered. Her grey eyes were shadowed, but he could see the glitter of desire in them.
Celestial bodies collided with more grace but less heat than the meeting of their lips in that hushed space, away from the prying eyes of her courtiers. Beauty tasted like the tang of wine and the remnants of vanilla custard, stolen mouthfuls between politicking and dancing. Home felt like scrubbed and powdered skin, warmed from the muggy palace air, and the scrape of silk and chiffon against his leg. And heaven was the soft gasp as he ground himself against her.
She pulled him forward, their chests pressed together as they caught their breath. He watched her wince as something dug into the delicate skin, a red mark left behind from the edge of something sharp scraping against it.
His rosette.
He'd tasted the mana of life for a single moment and forgotten his own name.
Heinrix took a step back, a hand raised to her chest. A pretext, really. He did not need to touch the wound to heal it. Creamy skin was whole once more. But he evaded her touch when she reached out for him once more, grasping her fingers and placing a kiss to the back of her knuckles.
Another time, he lied.
He had a larger duty; bigger concerns than just this woman. Many suns burned in the Koronus Expanse, and each of them he had to attend to with care in the name of the Imperium of Man, though none would burn so brightly as Aurelia von Valancius to him.

Man, they really halved the AP of this man鈥檚 Sabres. Yeah, he鈥檚 slightly tougher, and has a scattershot for infantry but like... why is that the tradeoff? He wasn鈥檛 exactly overperforming in the first place, and that was before all of the 10e T/W boosting. He has the CP utility, which is neat, but I really did think they鈥檇 make him a little closer to a Primarch in close combat, given he鈥檚 (as far as we know) basically the only equivalent of that the Tyranids have on the tt. S鈥檞eird. He鈥檚 clearly not a bad unit, but I am definitely whelmed by him. I鈥檒l be curious to see how his points cost stacks up against the other factional headliners.

STOP! Hammertime!
My plan for these funky lads is to get another 5, and give them all "A Trap Sprung", which allows them to roll 3 dice for charging and drop the lowest after coming in from Underground Turn 2.
Given how each of these fine gentlemen will have 2 attacks S8 AP-2 D3, potentially buffable to 3 attacks, I'm sure they will provoke quite the reaction...
