In your opinion would you say it takes more or less time to make art on a tablet or on paper?

well... for me it takes a little more time to make art with my tablet, because i don't use one with a screen, and i don't use stabilizers... i have to draw my lines in one quick go to keep them smooth, but even with years of practice, hand-eye coordination is still tricky! lots of re-doing lines because i overshot or undershot, etc.... ^-^;

i definitely prefer doing art digitally if i plan to finish it or post it (my process is... a little all over the place lol and it gets messy on paper, not a good look) but being able to work more quickly with pencil and paper is something i make use of for art studies, concept development, and other practice stuff!

so yeah, paper for quick, low-pressure stuff , and digital for more time-consuming, polished stuff! they've both got their place i think...

Min maxing in Disco Elysium is really fun because A) Thoughts really add depth to the calculations you need to do in order to get your build right, B) you can really shape the narrative of your Harry DuBois, C) it's just. So funny. You drink yourself half to death and now you're a genius eagle-eyed kung-fu empath. You might break down in tears rambling about Contact Mike, but you dodged a bullet and reconstructed an entire ballistic trajectory with essentially no evidence.

Just thinking that I kinda wish I took the whole online streamer route cuz I used to play all of the competitive shooter games back in the day and was a fucking GOD at them, but unfortunately I lived with a parent who didn’t see any value in video games and would only let me play them recreationally. Like I kinda hate that I didn’t have a mom like these other popular streamers who supported their gaming habits and their streaming platforms cuz I feel like if I had that support I would be a decently good video game streamer now
