Does anyone know any songs about friends breaking up?

My only friend has been actively ignoring me since the start of march, and also ignored me when i was in one of the worst moments of my life when my grandfather passed away. We are online friends since 2021 and she kinda keeps me as a secret(? She posts her friend all over her social media like a proud mom but she only ever acknowled me one time in her close friends stories when i made a playlist for her (she even kept my username hidden) idk everything started going kinda weird when i told her i wasn't straight.

So now i just want to cry hahah

I'm rereading 16, and something that sticks out is when they're perusing the list of known Controllers they come across Chapman and it gets dismissed as being random due to being a common name. Presumably the list uses full names. How many Hedricks do these kids know?

I mean, the name Chapman is hella common. I don't have any stats on this (googling it just turns up ads for Chapman U; this dystopia sucks) but it seems very popular. I used to live next door to 4 Chapmans, I get groceries on Chapman Ave, I have 3 former and 1 current coworkers named Chapman, and I bought my car from a Chapman. My desktop art is by 2 Chapmans, and Wikipedia says there are 17 cities called Chapman in the U.S. Even K.A. Applegate has reused it — in Saving Sam, Animorphs, and Crenshaw.

Also, real talk: do the kids have any idea what their vice principal's first name is? I couldn't have told you any of my teachers' first names when I was in middle school. Heck, even today I couldn't tell you the first name of my middle school principal, and I had regular conversations with her from ages 11 to 18.

This is my very first gifset and to put it lightly, I see plenty of room for improvement (starting with figuring out why it looks so different and worse in mobile), but I have to start somewhere

Sometimes the thoughts "I need inspo for my first gifset" and "this song is perfect for this character but the band isn't that well known so woe is me no one is making edits of that" can work together pretty well

It's funny cause I'm dressing up as the Corinthian tomorrow for a Halloween party AND THEN going to a The Warning concert (in costume cause I won't have time to change).
