proteins are: rabbit, hare, venison, chicken, lamb heart, green tripe, green lipped mussel
#dogblr#obviously the chicken and lamb arent wild protein but they are free range#and mussels are farmed#and these are just for brekkie#because my mum likes to measure with her heart which means wayyyy too much#and then the container of thawed food gets too low for dinner#which is when i notice#and she of course hasnt pulled a new container out of the freezer#so i have to improvise or spend 10 minutes defrosting

i made impromptu curry and i'm so sad the tofu ruined it :(

i’m going to do some crazy things to 20 pounds of frozen chicken tomorrow

finally fired up the rice cooker after unboxing and cleaning it yesterday. this is a game changer
#texture of veggies leaves much to be desired they're incredibly soft but like. could be worse#plus I can just set a timer and add them later#but also now that I know aldi's has frozen chicken. I can totally just start thawing chicken and sauteeing it to add to my rice#on top of whatever veggies I have#and it keeps it all warm for up to 12hrs#so I can start it all after I get home besides the chicken probably and just. hop in the shower!! while dinner cooks#and breakfast when I wake up in the afternoon#and I can set aside a bit to cool and put it in the fridge to take to work too#this is truly wonderful I love this thing
