Giving my opinions on the Disventure Camp Cast cause why tf not, going from least fav to fav
Spoilers for Eliminations!
Yul: he pisses me off,,, he’s rude, nasty, racist,, and overall just shitty. Never understood the appeal for his character. Although I do like his VA (dub and sub) and design.
Karol: she was cut too early to properly form an opinion, I do like her though. I thought her soft spot for animals was sweet.
Oliver: he’s boring. I genuinely don’t understand the hype around this guy
Maggy: I like maggy! And I love how she stood up for herself in her elimination. That was rad,, however her timid personality does get on your nerves a bit. Anyway Kaggy for life
Connor: his arc was good, I like him! Nothing else more to say.
Riya: YESSSSS GIRLBOSS I LOVE HER! I cant wait for them to develop her character more!
Lake: I love her character arc! However sometimes it can be a bit in your face at times. Other than that I love her!
James: slimy bitch,, I love him and I hope he gets development. I can tell his character is going in a good direction.
Hunter: ok this man gets WAYYYYY to much hate. A lot of people said he was starting to get full of himself in episode 6, but honestly I never saw it like that. The way I view it is Hunter is awkward as fuck and already stressed out that 2 chicks like him, of course he’d be nervous about a third. He’s a GOOD CHARACTER. He’s quite smart, and super supportive and kind to Ally and Tess. Also he has one of the best voices in the show.
Rosa Maria: I LOVE THIS WOMEN SO MUCH Y’ALK DON’T UNDERSTANDDDD. The teen mother representation is actually really awesome, and it’s portrayed quite realistically with the way it’s been told so far. She’s super sweet, kind, and loyal to her friends. This women needs more love.
Ally: She’s so sweet and kind- I love her friendship with Tess and her crush on Hunter. Tbh I really hope we get some poly representation and it better be done well or istg,, anyways. She’s a super fun character.
Tess: Yup, Tess is my favourite out of the love triangle. She’s actually a super good representation of someone who suffers from depression, like her interaction with Hunter in episode 3 and her breakdown with Ally in episode 6. Her design is also super pretty, we love that for her.
Kai:
Number 15, Burger King foot lettuce-
Fr tho Kai is just so funny and a really neat support character. Also I absolutely love how he stuck up to Yul in episode 3, we fucking love that for our king. I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again, Kaggy 👏 for👏EVER👏
Aiden: yes, aiden is my favourite character, cry about it. He’s popular for good reason.
1. His design and voice are easily the best in the show
2. He’s a nice person
3. He don’t take shit from nobody and we love that
I wish I had the confidence aiden has,, like deadass is not afraid to say it like it is and we love that for him.

If thats the case can i!!! Request mammon and scenting!!! Like, lots and lots of overboard scenting. The baby gets so possessive sometimes that he feels like being in you isnt enough, he needs to cover you all over with his scent so everyone knows who you belong to. Cue mc walking into the HoL hallway next day and the brothers accidentally mistake them for mammon at first because his scent on them just,, that strong.

Like the name suggests, she’s a ninja that specializes in Healing and Medical emergencies, but get this. She can destroy all of RAD in one punch.
I’m sure you seen at least one scene of either Sakura or Tsunade destroying everything in one punch, if you haven’t, then here.
IK can and will destroy everything in her path if you get too close. The wiki says Tsunade can destroy entire mountains with a flick of her finger. RAD is screwed.
I remember one of the episode where Tsunade killed a ginormous snake with a kick to the head. *looks at Henry 1.0* Lucifer and Belphie get floored. Absolutely no chance.
We love a child who can destroy the rulers of hell in a single punch. ❤️

this made me think more on intentionality & why it’s so interesting & comforting… i do agree that it starts with what you said about feeling reassured that things are under control, but i also think we can take it farther?
at its most basic layer, the intention of art is to express, but it’s also to provoke a reaction – however, we never know what reaction will follow until it’s out there. ideally, the reaction is that it resonates & resonates strongly with people. you, as a writer, put all of your intention into your novels & one shots & drabbles, but then you just let go. it’s so scary, honestly.
you put all your faith in the universe guiding you exactly where you’re meant to be. then you get likes, you get comments, & you get essays from readers (like myself) who do strongly resonate with you. now the intention blooms. & this is the part that’s most beautiful – serendipity & things harmoniously coming together in unforeseeable ways. it is very comforting.
yes to both about always thinking about deeper meanings and taking stock of our lives! my therapist says i think too much too often lol. i can’t help it when there is so much to think about.
maybe it helps us process our feelings more by feeling like they’re being expressed in different ways. i tend to attach vivid (not often visually, but emotionally) memories, just as you have strong memories attached to sleigh ride.
but listening to our reflective artists is a good way to check in ourselves & how we feel day-to-day…like when if i want to listen to jhene’s “drinking & driving”, it’s because i’m feeling lost & seemingly on the verge of hopelessness & desperation.
Agh what a beautiful description! It does feel like serendipity, doesn’t it? Maybe because it feels rare? Maybe because it’s always unexpected? And on provoking reactions, yesssss! It’s so interesting to think about what brings those reactions as well! The vivid memories, trying to capture everything, from the little moments of life’s musicality that you mentioned before, to the big, grandiose themes... All our shared experiences, our shared thoughts, feeling that connection... The sheer joy of realizing that others have the same observations or questions!
You noted how scary it might be to post, but honestly, the posting isn’t really scary for me? I’m usually laughing because I’m being silly as fuck lol, or it’s thrilling (classic Aries) because I get to preserve sensations and ideas while getting to revisit them and process them with generous people like you who are interested in doing that sort of thing, while also making space for new sensations and ideas! You mentioned the universe guiding us. Isn’t it amazing that we get to explore it like this, all together?
ahhh, you know sms?! i feel like video games is still a niche industry so whenever non-industry folks recognize the studio, i’m like whaaa. i’m unfortunately not as exciting as a designer or in a role that’s musically related…i’m on the recruiting team & my greatest professional joy is in working with students!
Yes! When I told my brother that you had mentioned it, he said, “OK, that’s fucking rad” haha. And OMG you do such amazing, important work! There’s nothing more incredible than getting to be a part of someone’s formative years, working with them to harness their potential and talent and getting to see them bloom. And in a dope-ass industry as well? That’s so wonderful! Celebrating you for that, in addition to all the other awesome things!
ah i loved reading about the inspiration behind inside out! oh the joys & woes of parenting…i must also prepare myself for the moment my little one’s childhood joy matures into…idk, something. we’ll find out when we get there, i guess!
