The inscription was discovered last winter near #binyaneihauma in Jerusalem, in an #excavation conducted by the archaeologist of the Israel #Antiquities Authority, Danit Levy, prior to the construction of a new road The highlight was a round stone #column that was incorporated into the #Romanbuilding in reuse, with an #Aramaic inscription in Hebrew letters, typical of the Second Temple period, around the reign of Herod.
