I need to vent.

I don't know if it's because I'm older now or it's because I'm moving away for a longer time, but moving to scotalnd is proving to be more challenging than i thought. When i moved to the us and then to sweden in my early 20s i was excited and every challenge felt good to take on. I had family in the us so i did have a support system there, in sweden i didn't but it felt amazing to be on my own. right now moving away alone to another country feels so stressful and i just want to curl up in a ball and cry. i keep worrying and i feel lonely. it's been a few days but it's hitting me hard. I dont even know why anymore. i feel like i camt do this. I can't keep up with everything and work and focus on my phd. I want to think that's it's just because i just moved here but what if it isnt. I'm so tired.
