POV: I finally explain BEAU
Beau: Butterfly Effect Au
in this au takes place in a alternate timeline after the events of Lemuria where the final battle goes horribly wrong. the Spiral completely rewind back to the start of the story with the Wizard erased from the picture. Leading to everything falling apart because whoops! the spiral’s entire existence depended on two feral children.
Now ruled by the villains of the spiral and the titans themselves are split into regions based on which titan and their council member claimed as theirs. With the only thing left keeping the spiral whole being a small resistance group shrouded in the ruins of what was once Ravenwood and Bartleby himself.

It’s something I'm still working on but has become a favorite side project of mine. so have as a little funny slice of what's to come with some designs for the resistance and council folks. Definitely hope to post more about it and lore in the future.

I make period drama style gifs. If you use gif packs, please like and reblog them. Most of my projects are already ready, but every day I post no more than 190 gifs. Because that was the reason why my previous account was blocked.
I tried to make gif packs in a format more familiar to you with a link to a separate page. However, unfortunately, I did not succeed because of the large format of high-quality gifs.
I want to explain about color processing. Usually, I improve the contrast, brightness and saturation, but leave the naturalness of the film. I don't make the contours too sharp because I like the aesthetic of it looking like a natural image.

Nobody needs to read this but I’m not certain I didn’t have this movie as an afternoon stress dream. Anyways watched 2 things of note today, one of which was a movie directed by Joan Chen (!!!!) which, though I thought it was gorgeously directed, I had trouble warming up to until the end. This was entirely Richard Gere’s fault, though; the plot was basically that he at 48 falls for Winona Ryder’s 22 year old manic pixie dream girl hatmaker, the daughter of his old friend. I’m willing to suspend my morals to watch a lot of things, and I have a thick skin, but the vibe was incredibly predatory and ridiculously unromantic.
But I liked the ending a lot, and the whole thing was lusciously shot. I mean, it was called Autumn in New York, named after and featuring my third or fourth favorite Billie Holliday song, and it definitely earned its title lmao. They should have let Joan Chen do 3000 more feature films there is SO much potential here!!!!! Idk why I dislike Richard Gere so much, but he is just unwatchable to me. I guess chicks of the 90s watched pretty woman and decided they wanted thirty more movies ft. a thirty year age gap. I just feel like….there are way less oozy sleazy greasy 50yo men to go for.
Do I recommend this movie? For the right person it’s a solid maybe. Watch if u like:
—Winona Ryder
—Richard Gere I guess (behaving atrociously and being constantly forgiven)
—sad endings
—seeing Central Park awash in autumn splendor and people in vintage clothing walking through it not a cell phone in sight just vibing or however the saying goes. And brownstones and empty windswept hospital corridors etc
—a very particularly evocative mood that doesn’t feel exactly great.…but it is certainly unique
—an evening gown with like two hundred iridescent plastic discs hanging off it for no reason
—men hitting on their dead friends’ daughters because they can’t hit on the dead friend anymore.
—Joan Chen (Josie Packard from Twin Peaks)’s cool shots
