ATIA for kidnapping my confidant to protect her from her fiancé?

I (26) recently met C (24F) after I decided to attempt to use Rotomblr to expand my power. For context, I rule my universe alongside my brother after we combined our Teams and summoned the Sinnoh Legends. My former peers (24M, 37F, and 33M) became my subordinates. However, they plotted to betray my brother and I as they believed that I was having some kind of "episode" (I have no mental disorders). My brother wanted to kill them, so I faked their deaths as I am unfortunately still emotionally attached to them, as much as I hate to admit it. C is the only one who I trust enough to tell. I want to keep her safe.

Her fiancé, H (60sM), and her had a date, which got out of hand. I believe that H is abusing C. She ended up in a Pokécenter from her injuries, caused by H after C tried to protect a child from him.

I wanted C to be out of there as soon as possible, as she could somehow end up giving away information (it was not because I care about her, to be clear). When I suggested that she come to my universe, she said no. I believe that H was intending on killing her. So, I evaluated the situation, and drugged her. I took her to my universe, where I intend to keep her safe from H. She is not a hostage, she has all that she could need.

So, am I the asshole for kidnapping C?
