Team Gai in 2024? Yes. Absolutely. My lovelies deserve to be showcased.
I have this alternate cannon in my head that Neji was a brought back to life and he was released from the seal (because in order to unseal someone they need to die). However, the trade off would be that Neji would either be banned from missions, or he would need permission from the main branch to continue to be a shinobi (which ofc he gets…he’s Hyuga-fuckin-Neji)
And yes, his hand is on Tenten’s bottom, I went down with that ship the minute he died and I’m still swimming with it lol
