How did your OCs get their scars?

Oooooh, thank you!! Most of my OCs have a lot of scars from various events/battles/whatever, so I'm gonna pick one scar/moment for each and talk about that :D

Rae: Has matching scars across the outsides of her forearms - Warren, brainwashed by Apocalypse, had sliced out at her with one of his metal wings, and she threw up her arms impulsively to block it.

Robin: Has various small, pale scars on her face from when she used her sonic abilities to rescue her brother from being captured - she used sound waves to resonate within a pair of metal restraints, the restraints shattered and she was cut by the shrapnel.

Madison: Has a scar on her stomach from the event that brought her to the X-Mansion to begin with - she was ambushed by the Brotherhood and stabbed by Azazel, and they unceremoniously dumped her at the mansion for the X-Men to deal with.

Ophelia: Has a burn scar on her shoulder from fighting Molten Man, when he threw a ball of magma at her and she didn't dodge far enough to avoid being burned.

Gia: Has a lot of scars left from HYDRA's tests of her healing ability, as they attempted to see what her body would be able to handle as long as her clover (that holds her life force) isn't damaged.

Jasper: Has patchy scars on their knees from when they were first learning to skate - most of the time they wore kneepads, but sometimes they fell without them and scraped up their knees.

Kestrel: Has a puncture scar at the hollow of their throat, from when they were hooked by a Sasabonsam (Akan folklore, batlike creature with iron teeth and claws) while on a mission in Ghana.

Katherine: Nothing exciting, but has a scar at the base of her left thumb from trying to swap out the blade in a craft knife and slipping.

Quinn: Has scars on the outsides of her palms, from when she'd grabbed a concrete lip while parkouring and didn't realize there were old pigeon spikes affixed to it. Thankfully they didn't puncture all the way through, but it was enough to scrape her pretty deep.

Eris: Has a scar on the underside of their bicep, where they claim to have been shot with an arrow by Genghis Khan (though of course, nobody else was alive to confirm it, so who knows?)

Nikoletta: Has track-mark scars at the insides of her elbows from her time at STAR Labs, since they put her through so many repeated injections to try and link her to the shadow realm.

Jimmy: Not counting the obvious bullet wound in his chest... he has a little dent in the meat of his forearm from where he was bitten by a very temperamental macaw while doing his work in the aviary.

Ok so I wanted to draw but I don't have the nerves to do so. Instead, I wanna write something about that silly AU of mine and it appears it has no name. Why not Professors of the Caribbean ? Or maybe you can choose if you have something better ^w^

Well first let's see about the roles : Let's call it "The Curse of the Azran gold" XD

Hershel Layton : a young preceptor working for the governor of Port Royal, to teach his daughter Claire Foley 👀 Rescued from a shipwreck by her when they both were children, he grew up at Port Royal with his father and mother, not knowing he was indeed adopted ( that will still be like in the games, I love the twist it will bring X3 ). Becomes a pirate unfortunately, to save his dear Claire from the pirates that came and kidnapped her. Not a real fan of the one that brought him into being an outlaw though X3

Desmond Sycamore : probably no Descole, but the name of the ship could be the Death Call, dunno, what do ya think ? Anyway, a pirate, alone, strange-mannered, having a lot of hate for a particular pirate and swearing revenge. He convinced Hershel to steal a ship to save his damsel, is an excellent swordsman but doesn't like to play fair and is a master of wicked plans XD

Claire Foley : daughter of the governor, fascinated by pirates, wants to be as free and independent as them sometimes. She likes Hershel A LOT and is not that impressed as first by the pirate captain. Well, before knowing he's literally a living dead X3 tbh Desmond is more a damsel in distress than her !

Leon Bronev : here he is, the bad guy ! Commited a mutiny against his captain and son after having some disagreement about the Azran gold. He has no beating heart now, cruel but great at being a treacherous man and a liar X3

Dimitri Allen : the commodore ! Because he needs no grey wig XD and because he is in love with Claire X3 a good man, having trouble with pirates and trying to get rid of them as much as possible. He will potentially know a very sad end but hey, like a hero though X'3

Luke Triton : not gonna lie, it's hard to include him in there but maybe a little sailor on the Interceptor asleep when Hershel and Desmond steal her X3 so he has to go on a little voyage with them, will probably talk to the parrot XD like Layton a lot but not Desmond X3

Raymond : ..... let's hope I have a better fate for him that what crosses my mind right now X'3

Macaw and Robin : Pintel and Ragetti, no doubt ! XD

Swift : the Second-in-Command because he is freaking cool *^*

For now, this is how I would see the main plot X3 most characters are here buuuuuuuut maybe my brains works faster than my typing skills ( and will to write something more consequent ) so I will probably right other things but not tonight X'3

Macaw- He feels like his soul is cracking. Maybe it is. Someone would have to bring him back to reality, otherwise he's going to sit there forever, holding his mate's form/dust. Crying and trembling.

Lupo- He should have been faster. Should have been stronger. Should have healed better. He's the Great Papyrus, how could he let this happen? He heavily blames himself for the loss of his mate.

Falcon- He's crying. He doesn't cry, but he's got thick, red tears spilling down his face. He'll stand and use every gaster blaster he can summon to attack the one who killed his mate. If it was something like a disease, and not an outside force- he'd have to be pried off the body, and immediately be watched over. Because if left unsupervised he will drink heavily.

Jackal- Will let go of the body, and become cold and distant. "This Is Why I Do Not Get Attached.". He'll throw himself into his work, into training. His temper so short it's dangerous to even be around him. He claims he doesn't get attached, but he clearly had. It hurts him so much.

Jay- Pleads for them to wake up. Please, you have to wake up. It takes him a long time even after a funeral to realize, his mate's no longer there. He puts off sleeping.

Fox- Clings to his mate's form and cries out in the most heartbreaking manner. His mate is someone he trusted, someone he loved deeply. It's not fair, they can't be gone! He has to be pulled off/away but he's fighting and struggling to return to their side.

Crow- His bad socket leaks corrupted magic heavily. Both eyelights are out. He sets the body/dust down gently and summons rarely used Gaster Blasters. He's going to gain LV tonight. If it was a disease, he gets taken home by Hound, who has to care for him while he's shut down. Just days, maybe weeks of no eyelights, no expressions. The moment he breaks and cries is when he's back.

Hound- Curled around his mate's lifeless body. Growling, eyelights X's. He refuses to believe. He has to be sedated because getting too close can earn you a bone attack or a bite or a claw swipe. If someone killed them, he's tracking them down and returning the favor.

Vulture- He shuts down for a moment. But his smile becomes too wide, too tight. His red eyelight takes up the entirety of it's socket. People are going to die tonight. Even if it was a disease that took his mate. Nothing matters anymore.

Hyena- Like his brother, he snaps. His smile gets wide, eyes too, strained... He laughs. It's hollow, angry. Hungry. His mate will not be the only body tonight.

Robin- If someone killed his 'mate', he's after them. How DARE you kill what was his!? If it was illness, well... he's disappointed, but unbothered.

Dingo- He'll break, and cry over his 'mate's' form. His brother is there to help. If it was someone else's fault, he snaps back, growls, and kills that person. If it was illness, Robin eases Dingo's concerns about it being his fault. A weak mate just isn't for them after all. They should have been stronger. It will ease Dingo's grief.
