I have never seen a real estate ad like this. It’s a fire sale. The listing, for a mansion in Franklin, Tennessee, made one member of my group say, “ HOLY SHIT because holy shit????” Anyway, it currently has no bds. no baths, but they want $1.5M for it and there’s a house tour. Let’s look around.

Used to be homeless and didn’t have a car moving back home. Got a car, got a new job in TN, moved back in with my dad, got a newer car. Now, I live on my own with my wonderful girlfriend and our babies. I’m obtaining a real estate license and got a job offer in Franklin (prob one of the nicest places to sell houses). Life was honestly so shit and I couldn’t wait for it to end and now I could never be more blessed for what I have.
