Princess Harald of Denmark née Princess Helena Adelaide of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg in 1918.
Her collaboration with the Nazis made her unpopular in Denmark and the King exiled her in Glücksburg Castle. When her husband became ill, she was allowed to return to Denmark, however her reputation was damaged and she lived her last years isolated from the rest of the royal family.

Footage of the wedding on nitrate film is preserved by the Danish Film Institute in their bunker archive for nitrate film at Store Dyrehave in Hillerød. According to the film archivist Karin Bonde Johansen regarding the scenes captured by the film, "the atmosphere looks cheerful and wild looking, but unfortunately there is no audio to the footage."
