I think its Fascinating that Morris is the face of Joja, in terms of the gameplay. Because it IS what he is to the plot! He wholeheartedly supports Joja Co. and what we see of his behavior is a perfect encapsulation of the corruption and deciet of the conglomerate as a whole. But he is also very much the manager of 1 Joja Mart in the middle of fucking nowhere. He is FAR from the face of Joja Co. within the setting, and despite his unwavering loyalty to Joja he is still just as much a victim of the company as Pierre or the Farmer are
