Questo viaggio e’ per tutti coloro che vogliono assaporare i gusti, le bellezze e i fantastici massaggi thailandesi. Chiang Mai è la più grande città, anche dal punto di vista culturale, della Thailandia del nord. Si trova a circa 700 km da Bangkok ed è situata vicino alle montagne più elevate del paese (Doi Intanon). In questi sette giorni avremo la possibilità di visitare templi Buddhisti, tra cui il Doi Suthep che ci si accede per mezzo di una scalinata di 300 gradini circondata per tutta la sua estensione da due lunghissimi naga. All’interno del Wat (tempio) si trova uno dei chedi (o stupa) più venerati (e fotografati) dell’intera Thailandia, completamente ricoperto in foglia d’oro. Chiang Mai è famosa anche per la sua rinomata tradizione come centro dell’artigianato locale. Producendo manufatti in seta, legno, argento, ceramica ed altro ancora, la città si distingue per essere la più importante destinazione del paese per l’acquisto dei prodotti artigianali. Vi faremo da guida anche per le vie di Bangkok che oggi si presenta come una gigantesca metropoli, moderna, con edifici futuristici, sofisticati centri commerciali e lussuosi hotel che lasciano però spazio anche ad antichi templi e spazi verdi. Ricca di bellezze architettoniche, Bangkok è famosa soprattutto per l’intensità e la frenesia della vita quotidiana, che si protrae verso le mode occidentali ma che allo stesso tempo rimane fortemente legata alle tradizioni orientali.

Michele Morbidelli Michele ha iniziato a praticare Yoga nel ’98 durante il suo primo viaggio in India. Ha poi continuato a viaggiare e praticare diversi stili con diversi insegnanti in varie parti del Mondo. Nel 2012 ha studiato presso la Mystic School di Mysore, in Sud India, e ottenuto il suo Teacher Training Course di 200 ore in Hatha Yoga con Noah McKenna. Sempre a Mysore ha studiato Asthanga presso il Mysore Mandala, con M. V. Chidananda. Nel 2013 ha iniziato un intenso percorso di studio con Acharya V.Venkatesha, in Hatha Yoga Tradizionale e Back Bending, presso Atmavikasa Center of Yogic Sciences di Mysore (250 ore di pratica di Hatha Yoga Avanzato e 180 ore di Back Bending). Nel dicembre 2014 e nel 2015 ha ottenuto due ulteriori certificati di merito di 100 ore in “Prana Enhancement Intensive Course”, sempre presso il Centro Atmavikasa.

Melissa Pucci Melissa ha vissuto, e sta ancora passando la maggiorparte dell’anno all’estero, dove continua a studiare Yoga, Ayurveda e Massaggi Ayurvedici. Ha trascorso cinque anni a Londra, poi per nove anni a NYC dove si e’ laureata in Marketing e Scienze della Comunicazione. Sei anni fa ha intrapreso un diverso percorso di studio e ha iniziato a viaggiare e trascorrere sei mesi l’anno in Asia, soprattutto in Thailandia e India. In India ha avuto modo di proseguire lo studio dello yoga, iniziato a NYC, e nel 2012 ha ottenuto il suo certificato da insegnante di Yoga – 200 Ore Hatha Yoga Alliance – alla Mystic School di Mysore con Noah McKenna. Nel 2014 si e’ specializzata nello yoga per donne in gravidanza presso l’Atmavikasa Yoga Center di Mysore, Sud India, dove tutt’oggi sta proseguendo gli studi di Hatha Yoga Tradizionale. Sempre nel 2014 ha iniziato un nuovo percorso di studi nel campo dell’Ayurveda e si e’ specializzata in diverse tecniche di massaggio tra cui Abhyanga, Indian Head Massage e Massaggio Ayurvedico Transomatico – presso il centro Mumuksha in Sud India.

"Once Upon A Time...

Where summer seemed to never end and raindrops kissed the sky. Twenty two teens lived a dangerous life where many were left behind. Many a story were shown for their truth no matter how hard they tried. Oh sweet young children they were who just couldn't hide. Since one by one a story was spun and the teenagers lost their lives.``

YO! New AU! well not really. I decided to redo The Acharya Curse and ended up changing the entire story... haha? anyway! I present to you something I will be working on while I work on the Circus AU!

Total Drama: Ever After!

What you need to know/Warnings:

Everyone from the Total Drama OG cast will be in this AU (other seasons might be added later).

They aren't contestants in this, instead they are labeled Travelers or Story Folk.

Total Drama as a whole never happened in this AU as well.

Chris Mclean, Chef Hatchet and Blaineley are all evil in this AU.

All fairytales followed will be off of their original written versions or the Brothers Grimm versions (Which for most cases are the original).

Only a select few will be simular to the more modern tellings.

There will be death, gore, and loss in this AU.

There will be ships.

Basic premise:

8 of the 24 original contestants find themselves transported to a fairytale world where they are tasked to find a way back home or risk getting stuck.

Not knowing why or how they got transported the 8 travelers set upon their mission. Thankfully, the only thing that changed about the travelers themselves in their teleportation was their clothing to better fit the fairytale vibe.

The 8 travelers will run into multiple fairytales being played out by those they meet along the way. Sometimes the stories don't go as originally written, and sometimes they go brutally familiar to the original text. Due to this the travelers find themselves forced to witness the stories play out. They soon learn they can change the classic stories.

This story will continue and play out in future posts!

some interesting facts for the Travelers:

They can follow fairytales depending on who and when they interact with different Story Folk… though unlike the Story Folk they aren't forced to follow the stories unless cursed.

A Traveler can be cursed to follow a fairytale by a Story Folk. When a Story folk does this they will switch places with the Traveler. Often it is done so they can free themselves from their designed fate.

To curse a traveler the Story Folk has to find the Fables Storybook and write the travelers name into their selected story.

Once a Traveler is turned they can get themselves turned back if they stab the Story folk who cursed them with a Devils Shard.

Travelers can only follow fairytales of where their chosen character is a human. (EX Cody becomes Jack from Jack and the Giant peach or something)

Here me out.

I think Noah (TDI) and Applejack (MLP) would be besties.

It might just be because both of them are tired of everyone's shit. Or that both are dubbed respective “moms” of their groups. Or that both are relatively sarcastic and have big families. Or that both get along well with unorthodox people… etc etc.

But the most damning evidence of all: They are both my favorite characters of all time.

Just think of an interaction between the two!

This post is mostly a joke but I do truly feel they would be friends. It definitely would take time for Noah to warm up but I feel like they can make it work. This post is mostly to be a warning as to what I post in the future.

I'm going to write a fanfic where they are friends.

Mutant Noah Acharya

I drew my Redesigned Mutant Noah design!

Little bit of story: Noah got mutated right after Total Drama World Tour when Chris forced him to become his assistant again. Having grown curious of the zeke-monster Chris wanted to make another for future seasons, who better to pick then the sarcastic know-it-all? Besides, no one will miss Noah. right?... (might add more later.)

Total Drama: Ever After

So, I'm in the process of making a new AU that will be called Total Drama: Ever After (TD:EA) where the OG 22 (plus Sierra and Alejandro) are sent to or live in a fairytale reality. 16 of the 22 contestants play the roles (loosely) of fairytale characters while the rest are Travelers. . .

Some characters have yet to be placed in their fairytales and I'm finding trouble deciding what tales for them to follow. Mind helping me out?

Lil lad doesn't have an official last name so... imma give him the last name of "Acharya" for future stories and stuff... I hope thats ok!

Acharya (Indian origin) term is sometimes applied to title a man of learning (surname from Sanskrit) to my knowledge. please correct me if I'm wrong.
