Spencer telling Nik he can't go with him because he has a life with Trina is so hilarious/sweet to me. I just really love Spencer logic and the fact that it's actually very similar to Nik logic, and that's why Nik just understood.
Cause Spencer did not say, "I can not kidnap demon spawn with you because that is wrong", he basically said, "I can't kidnap demon spawn with you because Trina would not be cool with that".
At least he has some plausible deniability now, if he had actually run off with Nik, he would have been truly fucked. It's very funny to me that loving Trina might be the thing that saves Spencer's ass yet again.

“Hailey’s On It!,” an original animated comedy-adventure series from Disney Branded Television & Disney Television Animation, will premiere Thursday, June 8 (8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel, Disney XD and next day on Disney+.
From creators and executive producers Devin Bunje and Nick Stanton (”Phineas And Ferb”,”Shorty McShort Shorts: Mascot Prep”), the series, set in Oceanside, California, follows Hailey as she is pushed outside her comfort zone to discover the greatness that lies within. Whether she’s tackling every ride at the county fair, performing in a musical, reuniting a singing duo, or facing her ever-growing and complicated feelings toward her best friend Scott, Hailey is always encountering new challenges ― and more opportunities to conquer her fears.
Auli’i Cravalho (Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Moana”) stars in the title role as Hailey, a risk-averse but resourceful teenager on a mission to complete every item on her long list of challenging — and sometimes impractical — tasks in order to save the world. Starring alongside Cravalho is Manny Jacinto (“The Good Place”) as the voice of Scott, Hailey’s best friend, and Gary Anthony Williams (“Marvel Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur”) as the voice of Beta, an artificially intelligent operating system from the future. Vitrine bij Bar Rosa
Helaas voel ik me niet helemaal lekker. Ik heb keelpijn en ben verkouden. Omdat ik me niet al te best voelde, ben ik tijdens de pauze naar huis gegaan en heb ik geslapen. Onderweg naar huis heb ik bij de markt nog wat fruit gekocht en zag ik de Italiaanse marktjongen. Hij zag mij echter gelukkig niet, dus kon ik hem ontlopen. We hadden eigenlijk afgelopen zondag afgesproken, maar daar is het uiteindelijk niet van gekomen. Ik zag het niet zo zitten.
Thuis heb ik een dutje gedaan (zeg maar gerust anderhalf uur lang) en nog voelde ik me moe. Ik wilde eerst nog naar de lezing over de Italiaanse handgebaren gaan, die op school werd gegeven, maar daarvoor voelde ik me te beroerd. Ik ben thuisgebleven en heb zojuist mijn huiswerk gemaakt en nog een paracetamol genomen. Bij de apotheek had ik vanochtend heel dure keelpastilles gehaald (dan is het maar te hopen dat deze ook enigszins werken). Hopelijk voel ik me morgen beter.
Op school hebben we il condizionale semplice/presente geleerd: de voorwaardelijke wijs: zowel lastig als gemakkelijk tegelijk. Eigenlijk is de vervoeging van deze werkwoordstijd niet lastig, maar je moet wel goed opletten. Bij werkwoorden die op –are eindigen, verandert de ‘a’ in een ‘e’. Daarnaast heb je nog de onregelmatige werkwoorden, maar die zijn niet bijzonder lastig.
Het uitspreken van sommige woorden is best wel een uitdaging... di-men-ti-che-reb-be-ro... of zo...
Wist je dat ze in Italië ook Expeditie Robinson hebben? Het staat nu aan op tv, maar in het Italiaans heet het programma L’isola dei famosi. Het is nu dag drieënveertig. Verder is er niks op televisie. Ik ga zo pizza bestellen, misschien om mee te nemen om thuis op te eten; ik weet niet of ik zin heb om daar te eten.
Over pizza gesproken: gisteren ben ik met twee nieuwe Nederlandse meiden (van tweeëntwintig en bijna-negentien) en een Franse naar Nettuno (gelateria) geweest, waar je voor €2,20 een goede vegetarische pizza kon scoren. Dat was gelijk mijn avondeten.
Daarvóór waren we met een groep een ijsje gaan eten bij een andere gelateria, vlakbij het strand. Helaas heb ik geen foto gemaakt van alle ijssmaken, maar het waren er veel. Veel aparte smaken, vooral, zoals fuori di latte (karnemelk) en andere smaken waarvan ik niet wist wat het was. Ook hadden ze een ijssmaak met baba’s! Ik nam, heel saai, munt met chocolade en stracciatella. Het was een zeer smaakvol ijsje.
Voor ons ijsje hebben we gezamenlijk geluncht bij Nonna Maria, waar ik met Valeria al eens eerder na school heb geluncht. Voor €8 heb je een heerlijke vegetarische pasta (dikke pasta die op udon noodles lijkt). Deze keer hadden ze dit type pasta niet, dus kreeg ik gnocchi (ook erg lekker) met dezelfde pastasaus.
Ons groepje dat uit een handjevol jongeren bestond is sinds de komst van nieuwe studenten gegroeid. Ons groepje bestaat nu uit: Valeria (Brazilië), Julien (Franstalig Zwitserland), Yves (Duits-Zwitsers), Illaria (Duits-Zwitsers), Thijs (Harderwijk), Nadine (Ede), Laura (vergeten welke Nederlandse stad, ergens bij Wageningen in de buurt?), Louise (Parijs, maar half Zwitsers), Carol (Braziliaanse die ik maar twee keer heb gezien) en nog een paar anderen.
Na ons ijsje ben ik met Louise, Laura en Nadine naar het strand gegaan. Het was gisteren 28°C. Die temperatuursveranderingen doen me denk ik ook geen goed. Vanochtend was het fris. Ik had spijt dat ik mijn trui niet had aangedaan. Toen ik terug naar huis liep miezerde het zelfs. Nu is het weer zonnig en aangenaam genoeg. Nu ik wel trek begin te krijgen, denk ik dat ik me zo omkleed en dan naar Addor i pizza, het pizzarestaurantje vlak naast de groente- en fruitmarkt, loop.
Bij Addor i pizza kun je ook een pizza met frietjes krijgen. Ik vraag me af of de Italianen daadwerkelijk zo'n pizza zouden eten, maar misschien wel. Ik sla deze even over...

Problems that GH needs to fix because wtf is going on?!!!
Pacing: this show will be dragging a sl for a good 2yrs before progress is made.
Repetitive dialogue: I get that some dialogue is repetitive because it makes it easier for people who are just now catching up to tune in but for repetitive dialogue and scenes to be happening for 6 whole months is unnecessary and makes it seem like even the writers don't know how to progress the story.
Stalemates: ex: chalynn. This pairing kissed 6 months ago when they finally didn't have any obstacles in their way and then the writers proceed to have them take several steps backwards and haven't moved them forward since. They threw them more obstacles when chalynn should be getting the payoff of being together right now.
Women's agency: Sasha Gilmore (conservatorship when sonny has had many breakdowns on this show and was never sent away or forced into a conservatorship). Elizabeth Webber (Finn not respecting her boundaries). Britt westbourne (her repeatedly expressing disinterest in Cody and everyone telling her to give him a chance). Trina robinson (Spencer leaving her out of his dumbass plan and making her feel he didn't believe her) So yeah fuck Chris and Dan.🙃
Retconning history: Now I usually don't mind Retcons as much because it's what soaps do sometimes but when it trashes some characters history or when the writers try and gaslight us into believing that they haven't covered this sl just a few short years ago (Everybody knew Nik had her shot. Iykyk) because they don't want to take responsibility for irresponsible story telling such as letting a black sit in jail for a crime he didn't commit.🙃 AGAIN FUCK THE WRITERS.
Careless story telling: Ex: The cabin scenes with Trina and The who shot Hayden sl with Shawn. Get more poc in the writers room. ASAP. They could offer more perspective to avoid shit like this.
More poc characters: No I don't mean diversity points characters who are their to be a sounding board. I mean poc who are getting sl and aren't used to prop their white counterparts.

Trina: "Well you know what the solution is for that! But where does that leave us?"
Spencer: "Trina don't ask me to choose between you and Ace, you're not gonna like the answer"
Trina's "are you fucking serious?" face in reaction to a statement that I am sure Spencer will go on to regret for years to come, is so perfect that it should be memorialized. Just the perfect mix of incredulousness and rage.
It's such an offensive, bullshit claim from Spencer that there could be no other reaction but the face she made. Trina sacrificed her chance at getting justice/closure over being framed for a crime she didn't commit, because she saw how distraught he was over the idea of demon spawn being raised in jail. She risked her life multiple times on a ship full of terrorists to help him get that demon spawn back to safety. She has bit her tongue while he coparents with the girl who drugged her and framed her (and continues to be passive aggressive toward her) because he said that's what demon spawn needed.
The idea that Trina is now the enemy too, that she's all of a sudden this selfish person who would ask him to choose her over his baby brother, is so disconnected from reality that there really wasn't much else for Trina to do but end the conversation at that point. I think the worst part of this is that Trina was so earnest in asking him where she fit in all these desperate, delusional plans to keep raising demon spawn and he responded by basically attempting to threaten her. Get with the program or else.
It's kind of sad, and a testament to how fucked up Spencer is, that the second Trina admits to loving him, he tried to weaponize the idea of him leaving her to get her in line. It is the ugliest, most Cassadine thing he's done in ages. And the most pathetic part is he thinks this is him being noble. This is him being a better man than his father was by letting his girlfriend know that demon spawn comes first.
Problem is, Trina never asked him to choose. That's been consistent with her. She was trying to get him to see that he will never have sole claim to demon spawn like he wants. He is destined to lose. But he doesn't want to see that so that puts Trina in the column of "jezebel trying to lure him to abandon his family" which is also the same bullshit column he used to put Ava in when failing to process Nik's abandonment of him.
I don't even know if Spencer realizes that he basically just threatened Trina with abandonment while claiming to be the guy that won't abandon anyone but that's the level of cognitive dissonance we're at with this one. He demands Trina's full emotional labor and support at all times while refusing to really listen to her as she attempts to express her own needs.
