You would think that industrial, e.g. for schools, furniture websites would be better about listing the weight limits of their furniture. Shout out to the one company whose website does list weight limits and also says "Built strong enough to hold an elephant, these stools are versatile made to last the test of time."

1. Are you named after anyone?

I am not. My grandmother picked my name to somewhat match my big sister's (we both have names beginning with L) but that's about it.

2. When was the last time you cried?

I guess yesterday? Because my back pain suddenly got ten times worse and sometimes when I tried to move I'd get a stabbing sensation that made me spontaneously start crying. Which is pretty impressive considering that I have a pretty high pain tolerance.

It was also confusing because it wasn't a conscious choice of mine or anything. My body just decided it hurt too much and therefore tears were required. While I was just completely baffled by what was happening because crying from pain isn't something I do very often.

It was an interesting experience.

3. Do you have kids?

Nope.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Not anymore, no. When I was a teenager, it seemed to be the only kind of humour I could actually pull off, but I've been steering away from it more and more. Now I'm saving it for special occasions ;)

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?

I genuinely can't say. I think it depends more on the person I'm seeing/meeting than anything I have control over. Like, with some I might notice their posture, with others it's their hair colour (if it's something very noticeable), with others it's the way they speak.

I really don't have a set order or something I look for first.

6. What's your eye colour?

Greenish blue

7. Scary movie or happy ending?

Happy ending. Always.

8. Any special talents?

I'm really good with my hands and usually excel at most types of crafts or creative pursuits I attempt, from art and sculpturing to sewing, weaving, embroidery, making furniture, baking etc.

I'm also good at reading people and situations, which comes in handy when I write.

9. Where were you born?

In the north of Sweden.

10. What are your hobbies?

Honestly too many to count. But the ones I spend most time on right now are drawing, writing, reading, playing video games, and taking walks.

11. Do you have pets?

Sadly, no :C

But I grew up with dogs and love them to absolute bits. One of my favourite words in Swedish is "hundlängtan" which basically just means "dog longing" or "longing for a dog."

That's me. I am in a perpetual state of longing for a dog.

12. What sports do you/have you played?

Basketball, floorball, and badminton were the most organised, but I also did gymnastics and skiing as a kid.

13. How tall are you?

176 cm (5'9)

14. Favourite subject in high school?

History! Because I had an AMAZING teacher who made it so, so much fun, especially with the ugly little drawings he kept making on the whiteboard. Half of the time, we couldn't even see what he was drawing, but that was a part of the charm.

I also really liked English :)

15. Dream job?

I would honestly love to be an artist or a writer full-time, but I'm too scared (and comfortable with my current salary) to attempt it. But if I could choose without having to take finances into consideration? Definitely an artist or a writer.

We need to talk more about how when Hizashi has his hair down it's in completely uneven lengths. The upper part that he keeps in buns is the longest part of his hair the rest that we see loose is way shorter than the bun loose would be, this is obvious just by looking at how he styles it which also means any kind of plait he has is going to end up artfully messy and unraveled no matter what he does with it

DOGS WENT TO VET TODAY it went pretty well. Noods did fine and is fine. Ella could stand to lose 2lb or so and one of her canines is cracked!!! So they took some blood to see if she's a good candidate for going under for a dental, since she's getting up there.

Blue, they said her arthritis is really bad. Her knees as well as hips, now. They are having us so adequan injections ourselves 2x a week for a month and then we will see how she is doing and take some knee rads if it doesn't help :( Poor Blue. Our vets are so good though. They're always very kind and helpful and come up with a variety of treatment ideas based on what we can afford

Miss Chop is being Extra Haunted and actually like. Her behavior is impossible to manage right now. Which I haven't talked about bc it's so so stressful. We are now consulting w Sarah Stremming & a veterinary behaviorist AND our local vet to try and find a med cocktail that will help her nervous system regulate itself enough that we can actually work on training in any meaningful way.

Ughhhh. She's such a project dog. I love her so much but it's really more than I can handle most days 😭

#she cant really be crated anymore. her housetrainjng has gone to shit so to speak #i cant even tether her near me with a chewy anymore without her getting worked up into a whole tantrum #screaming and flinging herself around #and she keeps trying to destroy furniture so i cant have her loose unsuprrvised in the house and #half the time i AM supervising her she tries to eat the chairs #which ...#HER NERVOUS SYSTEM IS SO DYSREGULATED AND SHES HAVING SUCH A BAD TIME #I TOO AM HAVING SUCH A BAD TIME #BAD SITUATION I TELL U WHAT #🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 we find some meds that work for her. i hope the VB can help us

awake at 7:53am on a tuesday and extremely angry about it

#moving hell #we were supposed to get the keys yesterday but the property manager was sick. we have movers coming in two hours.#i wanted to move a bunch of smaller shit over yesterday to make the furniture more accessible to the movers #but then i couldn't so my apartment is full of empty furniture *and* a shitload of boxes and bags and loose crap lying around #i haven't even taken my fucking computer apart yet hgghgghggghhghhggh #i'm dying.

tbh, if i'm just gonna go broke really early in the month for my months, i really should like, just, speedrun it next month, blow the after-rent budget on a replacement chair before other stuff can get to it because holy shit is my broken chair just, sooooo bad for my body and it's been like this for months and i'm feeling like that one follow-up to the "this is fine" dog comic where the dog finally is like "THIS IS NOT FINE HOW DID I LET IT GET THIS BAD"
