Juniper and Valerie are a stand in for things i don't feel like i can express myself, they are both me and neither are me, they are all my friends and my romantic interests, my fears and my desires. They are whatever i need them to be for now...but maybe one day they will get thier own full stories, who knows?

Without further ado I present my newest comic! I tried to make it one continuous image and I still HAVE that file but trying to upload that image causes it to become super compressed 😭.

This comic is the resolution to my previous piece, and I'm really happy with how it turned out!!! I also took my imitation challenge and took it a step further by drawing the characters of:

hey, Im injured and cant work AND I am trying to move out!

for context: I am an autistic, disabled, Closeted trans woman who is trying to move into a safer home.

so yeah currently dealing with an arm injury that is making it near impossible to draw for extended periods of time.

I have a doctors appointment at the end of the month but I am currently saving to move out by the start of december and am finding it hard to assemble the funds as I am regularly made to monetarily support my parents.

The Archangel Ambriel. He’s thought to be the most beautiful being in existence. And once, he believed that. It was rumored that he had eyes that could make anyone love him. Eyes that let him appreciate all the beautiful things in the world. Eyes that saw a man who he immediately loved. Eyes that were destroyed by a jealous lover who is worshipped by millions. Now, he’s a shell of who he was. He thinks he’s a monster. And his low self-esteem and desperate desire to be loved makes him an easy target for those who seek to do him harm. But he’s not as weak as he thinks. And he’s not as alone as he thinks. And he certainly isn’t the only one who wants to see Justice fall on the neck of the man who maimed him.

Ambriel is one of the main characters in a horror/comedy webcomic I’m designing (his arch deeply rooted in the horror side of this story). He’s one of the characters I’ve always loved most because I want him to be okay. But even as I write the story, I don’t know if he’s going to make it out.

Gideon Nav for orange!

Contemplated throwing the whole challenge away while while doing this one. Drawing tattoos everyday for ten years sure has put me in a box ngl :’) I hope by the time I’m done with this wheel I’ll see some improvements. I can’t really remember the last time I sat down and just drew freely without having to think “how will this fit on a leg” or “how will these colors look on skin in 20 years”.

*Deep Inhale* Hello! This is my first OC post on Tumblr and I'm very nervous about releasing it. But at the same time I'm very proud that I was able to create this at all I'm usually extremely scatterbrained and can never commit to finishing anything. This post is a bit intense, the last two panels are images I created to calm myself down after a particularly exhausting day.

I really want to be able to create more content, I've always wanted to create art but have been too scared that I'm not good enough to even try. But I can't let fear dictate how I live my life which is why I chose such an intense subject to make my first comic about.

Like I mention in the image if you have any advice for me whatsoever please let me know! I'm also very new to using Tumblr and haven't gotten the hang of it so general advice there is also welcome!

Meet the Seven Archangels: Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael, Ambriel, Chamuel, and Zadkiel/Raziel. They’re characters I’m working on for a webcomic called “You Will Not Be Saved” about an alcoholic, absolute shit at his job guardian angel named Rhodes and his perfect saint of a human he has to protect, Barnaby. Hell doesn’t exist. Heaven claims Earth is Hell, but Rhodes looks at the bureaucratic nightmare Heaven is and begs to differ. Some of the angels are good. Some are not. All of them are batshit crazy. This comic is a little bit comedy, a little bit horror, and a lotta bit frisky angels and existential crises.

I haven’t drawn anything in YEARS so it’s been really fun working on actually designing something!
