9. What's your favorite holiday and why? How do you celebrate it?
Christmas! The past few Christmases have been nothing notable, but when I was younger my family used to gather together and eat and give gifts. Those days are gone, but I still enjoy the nostalgic feeling around that time of the year.
15. What's a topic that fascinates you?
For the past few months I’ve just been thinking a lot about caves. There’s a cave in Romania called Movile Cave that has a toxic atmosphere, and it’s home to some unique organisms and a food chain based entirely on chemosynthesis. There’s a similar cave in Mexico called Cueva de Villa Luz. Caves are neat.
29. Who is your favorite fictional character?
At this point in time, various characters from Fullmetal Alchemist.. mostly Van Hohenheim and Solf J. Kimblee.
17. What's your favorite book?
The Sight by David Clement-Davies. It’s a fantasy novel about a pack of wolves that I first read in middle school and have since read far more times than I’d like to admit- I guess it’s just like a comfort book for me. I actually think it’s a pretty decent book as far as “books from animals’ POV” go.
Honorable mentions to the Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis and Dracula by Bram Stoker.
19. Who is your favorite historical figure and why?
Gonna be completely honest, I actually don’t read about individual historical figures all that often, but some people I’ve taken at least some level of interest in have been Józef Kuraś, Heinrich Himmler (lmao), Stepan Bandera, and Antoine Lavoisier + his wife Marie-Anne Paulze Lavoisier.
