I love Repo! The Genetic Opera. It's the perfect movie. The effects are amazing. The effects look like shit. The color grading has two settings and they both look horrible. There are dozens of sets, and each one is the same sound stage. I love the costuming, it looks like they raided a 2002 hot topic and a Spencers. The characters are amazing, 95% of them are assholes. It's aged horribly, it's timeless. It's a tragedy and the funniest shit I've ever seen. It's a mess, it's a masterpiece. Nathan is insane, and he's my best friend.
It's my favorite movie. Don't watch it.

I'm sorry I have to say it but it would be cool to bring bring leosagi ship up in lfls it could help with leo's healing/bringing his inner leo out. Or don't ship but a scenario where leo meets usagi. Just a thought don't take it to offense.
I deeply do not like any shape or form of leosagi ajkhsld I do not want that rabbit within a hundred yards of my eyesight.

One thing I love about the MotoGP boys being mostly losers on here is that no one is writing x reader style imagines for them. Can you imagine a Fabio quartararo x reader? Can you imagine a pecco x reader? Can you imagine a cele x reader??????? I have to laugh at just the thought of it.

WHICH SYMBOLIC FRUIT ARE YOU?
Cherry. (Man, this is going to need some tag rambling; because while it's what I suspected and it's very fitting in many ways, I need to address one element).
In popular culture, cherries have come to represent sensuality, sex, and seduction. In the cult classic, Twin Peaks, Audrey Horne expresses her sexual expertise by tying a cherry stem with her tongue. "Cherry" is also used to refer to the concept of virginity: why? I don't know to be honest, but here we are. Much like the cherry, you're a sensual person who enjoys all the creature comforts the world offers. You enjoy delicious food, dynamic relationships, passionate lovemaking and stimulating conversation; however, you may also come across a touch vapid or shallow, due to your quickly fading attention when something has served its usefulness to you. To quote some man on tinder: "you're here for a good time, not a long time". You can come across, at times, slightly tart, carrying a bit of a bite to you that not everyone can handle. That’s okay: you’re an acquired taste!

Tybalt/Mercutio, Loki/Circe, Hal/Orion and Dominic/Duncan are the 4 pairings I pair together no matter what. Like I cannot tear those fuckers apart even if I tried.

From the fun asks - 1, 31, 46, 71?
1: when you have cereal, do you have more milk than cereal or more cereal than milk?
more cereal 🥰
31: what is your opinion of socks? do you like wearing weird socks? do you sleep with socks? do you confine yourself to white sock hell? really, just talk about socks.
Ohhhhhhhh I’ll go off in the tags about socks 🥰
46: tell us the worst pun you can think of.
Gee-I’m-a-tree 🤦🏽♀️😂
71: what’s your favorite kind of tea?
Honestly I’m not a huge tea person. Mainly cause I haven’t tried many and I want to try them but they expensive and I’m scared I won’t like it hahaha

booktok kindly i know you cater for a certain romance-loving young adult audience but. shut the fuck up. instead everybody go listen to Be The Serpent where three classy and sophisticated fantasy authors discuss books i like. usually queer, plot based fantasy/sci fi alongside fic and dick jokes.

dracula is a great book, but there is the occasional moment where it feels as though the characters are overridden by bram stoker attempting to get a good grade in victorian sexuality, something that is both normal to want and possible to achieve

Do you like the album? I feel like it’s been done before and her lyrics are getting worse and worse
sorry i missed this! spent the weekend diving into the album more and doing some relistens
i have to say i don't agree actually, i think it's gorgeous but i also know that wordy lyrics are not everyone's cup of tea! i love them because it's so reminiscent of the 1975 😭lmao
i think the production is so fun and weird and wild while still being very classically taylor. so i love it!
the main album sounds like a funky mix between folklore and midnights and then anthology gives me evermore. those are my favorite albums of hers so it feels like this album was made for me
that combined with my favorite band being the 1975, this album is basically like my roman empire

I know we love hating on MCU movies but The Marvels was actually good and people who hate it are operating almost entirely on misogyny.
It was a cheesy, campy, fun space romp where the plot is a little silly and everything has been designed to be a fun spectacle. It was colorful and had a good balance of action, the main characters were all complex women who could have strong disagreements and still support each other and openly admit to their mistakes. Most importantly they were treated like people, distinctly women but not as the focal point of their characters.
It was a solid 7/10.
Movies with mainly women protagonists do not have to be perfect. They don't have to be cinematic masterpieces. They don't have to solve every political issue in the world. They don't have to be strictly adherent to every feminist principle possible. Movies with mainly women (that arent strictly about being women) are good on principle. I was just at awe seeing a fun punchy space adventure with all women with no excuses (just like most movies don't make excuses why they are all men).
