Taking the Andy Weir route for folks looking at my book.
Hi,
Welcome to my Science Fiction story, "Gladiators of Internium: The Realm of Stolen Memories.”
I started running this story several years ago and have done my best to write it at an understandable level. There may be sections that need more work and attention to flush out details and story points, but this is why I am doing this Andy Weir review style.
Let me know if you see anything that needs to be corrected so I can revise it. This is a family drama, mystery, and science fiction novel with swordplay. But I have done my best to make it easy to read. This was the type of book I wanted to write in my teens as I was power-diving my way into the works of Robert Heinlein, Frank Herbert, and Edgar Rice Burroughs.
These stories occur on an extraterrestrial superstructure inhabited by ex-Roman gladiators, Roman citizens, ancient Chinese, and an alien race known as the Squall. All of them were resurrected from the dead after many centuries. It has been a generation since a renegade explorer returned to this place with these primitive humans. A mystery has started to surface in that many of the humans resurrected via the Squall have had sections of their memories stolen. When the Ancient Gladiator General Spartacus, a friend of the Squall explorer Libra, turns up, this mystery hits home. As the search to discover what happened to Spartacus's memory unfolds, a larger conspiracy starts to reveal itself and may connect to the events that led to the peace that the Squall and the humans now share.

Reading/Rereading my Novel and other things
Well yesterday I started reading my old novel that I had written over the last couple of years. Mostly what I'm trying to create my book summary from all the material that I have had gathered. So far I got several hours more of the read through that I have to do.
Take a look at the image below.
As you can see in the lower left hand corner I got 7 hours and 44 minutes to go.
Along with this rethru that I'm doing of this book, I am currently using quillbot.com Co-author function to do another grammar check on this thing.
That is currently running on my home computer With the 200 plus corrections I've got to go through and make on it.
But that's this weekend's project.
Other than that I'm waiting to hear back from my Beta readers to find out what they think of the current set of chapters that I've given them.
All in all the next 9 months are gonna be fairly interesting with me trying to get this to print.

I have been working on the third book of my Gladiators of Internium series. Mostly I have been doing a rough setup of several scenes where the plot is going connect to.
Additionally I have been doing work on my Beta corrections and making up the packets to send out to potential publishers.
So this is me just giving an update on what I have been doing.

Trying to get some eyeballs and ears on this
Hey everyone, I have been doing some rough editing on my book. And to give a taste of what I've been working on, I have run my 1st chapter of my novel through some text to speech and some audio production software to give you a preview.
Let me know what you think.
I am aiming at a 2023 publication date, so any commentary will be useful.

For you all out there, I am presenting the first chapter of my book Gladiators of Internium- Realm of Stolen Memories here as a rough audiobook production.
I put this together as I await for my Betas to get back to me with revisions.
Most of this was created through using text to speech software, Audacity audio editing software, Some online video software and some free music I found.
Mostly this is me trying to drum up publicity on my upcoming book.
Let me know what you think of the story, I can always redo the audio in the future.

The editing is done.
I got both books done with my editing and I am glad that I got that project out of the way so I can now start looking for publishers.
I’m currently going to be posting this to Multiple websites. My Tumblr page, my Twitter page, my Facebook account and my Instagram account.
I’m still in the process of looking for beta readers. Though so far I’m thinking about printing out a couple hard copies to take to My upcoming Kiwanis meeting on Tuesday.
I’m gonna see if I can get a few nibbles on who wants a physical copy so they can take a look at it.
One headache down, another is starting.

Been working on my novel again
Sorry about not posting sooner, but I have been up to my eyeballs with other things in my life.
Though this week I have been able to get some time to update my master document with my ongoing word count.
242,091 words
Following this with the design of my completed maps that I started work on at the start of the month.
They are a little rough, but one gets the idea of what I am aiming for.
So, if you want to learn more, just send me a reply as I am in the process of looking for an editor to help me out. I know that I am looking at six months of editing, but this is something that I want to do.
