I cannot get over how Buntaro performing a tea service, what would generally be considered as a thoughtful gift, to show Mariko that he loved or cared for her completely missed the mark vs. Blackthorne stepping up as Mariko’s second, ready to participate in her seppuku ritual after asking her to live for him, loving her so much that he’d defy his own logic, loving her enough to accept that if life and death are the same, both able to have meaning in the act of living and dying, and she wouldn’t live for him, then he would at least be a part of her death, his life would have meaning to her death and they would then always be connected - the way Buntaro’s act of service is a show while Blackthorne’s act of service is a sacrifice for him and her I ACHE 😭😭😭

Just wanted to put my two cents in about ai art, especially as someone who was excited about having art available to her since I can’t draw and have no time to.

The main issue with ai art is that it’s stealing peoples work and art style and livelihood. It’s literally destroying peoples lives and, like, there was on Netflix show where they use ai art as background and didn’t even credit the artist or the people using the program. Just put human instead, which is making people very angry. A lot of people now don’t feel like sharing art because of this plagiarism scare and having worked years on style being stolen.

It has progressed to the point of ai stealing peoples writing and even voices. Ao3 had a problem with it recently and people locked their works to stop the bots from having access. So, it’s like, someone stealing your works and not giving credit and playing it off as their style and Idea.

That’s why picrew is preferable because credit is on the image and so forth.

I feel you that it’s art that you have accessible to otherwise you couldn’t pay for it or make it yourself, I’m the same way. I just thought I would add a bit more info.

I really don’t want to come across as a bitch, but I’ve had multiple messages from many random accounts asking me if I’m ready with the TG stage play yet, and I really need to say something.

I understand this is exciting, and I promise, I haven’t forgotten about it, but please stop messaging me about it.

It will be ready when it is ready. Right now, getting the stage play out on a drive or anything is not my priority. I’m sorry. I have other things I want to get done rn, and I feel the need to remind everyone that I am disabled, and extremely mentally unstable. I have literally so much going on right now, without getting into too much detail, getting new messages from strangers about this thing is really upsetting me. I get overwhelmed extremely easily, and I am not currently mentally stable enough to even hold consistent conversations with the people I care about, let alone strangers I’ve never interacted with!
