Warning, this post is more on the serious side. I won't mention what happened in detail but just so you know,
Btw i may spell things wrong, probably especially names and not notice, im writing this as i eat and get ready to sleep
So uh about the wilbur/shelby situation
I've been a wilbur fan since around when dream smp started,
And when lovejoy was announced i was excited and was not disappointed at all, i have been in love with most lovejoy songs since they came out.
But with all this happening I'm not sure if i can call myself a fan now, I've only heard Shelby' story and read wilburs apology tweet (idk if there's more than one) but so far I've heard other youtubers have been coming out with their own stories and it doesn't seem great
And while part of me wants this all to be cleared up or something, part of me understands i might have to move on
So main thing i wanted to ask, should i listen to lovejoy still and if not anyone have any bands/artists similar to lovejoy? I saw cavetown, idkhowbuttheyfoundme, and ricky montgomery on a list of similar artists and i already listen to cavetown and idkhowbuttheyfoundme and i plan on listening to more of ricky's stuff but otherwise im a bit lost so if anyone could point me in the right direction that would help a lot <3
QUICK EDIT I NEED A SOUND-A-LIKE, my oc has/had wilbur as a voice claim and i should probably atleast change it to someone who sounds similar, (wilbur was almost always to high energy anyways-)

Fic Concepts:
Timeloop One: Clown has to watch Branzy die until he admits he has a crush on Branzy
Timeloop Two: Branzy keeps trapping Clown and Clown infuriatingly can’t escape until he admits he has a crush on Branzy. Then Branzy lets him out.
Superhero AU: Branzy the trickster is the most feared villain in the city. Clown is slightly afraid for a change.
Hurt/Comfort: Branzy, being a Voidwalker (or touched by the Void in some way) is always cold. Clown realizes this and gives him snuggles/warms him up in some way
good old sickfic: Clown is not sick. The great Clownpierce does not get sick (he’s sick). Or Branzy’s sick (either one’s great).
Branzy has red & black scars on his arm. Go wild. Maybe it’s a tattoo. Maybe it’s a heart counter. Does it hurt his arm when he loses hearts? Or is it a scar of some sort (explosion scar might work...)
Actual Fluff: Write Clown giving Branzy hearts/vice versa. Does it hurt a bit? What does it feel like to give hearts to other players? Is it warm? Cold? How do they both feel?
Hurt/Comfort or Pure Angst: Clown is worried about allying with Branzy because of his history of betrayal. You can have Branzy prove him wrong... or right :)
It’s gotta be pretty traumatizing watching your lover die... write Clown or Branzy being overprotective/worried for the other’s safety.
