I don't know why this is so funny to me.
That I almost died this morning, actually.
And... this place lives on.
It's funny how much the world really doesn't revolve around me.
I'm glad it doesn't!
I don't mind at all.
I am just in a strange mood.
It was just a near car crash, I'm ok.

i'm not very far into this podcast but i can already tell it's going to be a huge problem for me because
these movies don't actually exist
i want them to exist
i cannot talk to other people about these movies, because they don't exist
despite what goncharov may have led you to believe, it's really hard to find fan content for movies that don't exist

Okay, I'm exposing myself as a clown and say that the grave in the final ep is for Ed and Stede. Those two fine man standing next to it are Jeff and his husband Steve, the Innkeepers.
It would also parallel the ending of season 1, with faking ones own deaths. And this season has been full of callbacks. SO PLEASE.

Eusine regularly gets up absurdly early in the morning to get a head-start on his travels.
It's not something Morty would get used to anytime soon. ☀️
tk-fluff bonus under the cut;
"Come on, Morty- what's the point of all that training if you're not even going to try to fight back?~"

for the people saying gojo should've just been permanently injured/sidelined I think ultimately death was the better option because imo nothing would've satisfied gojo short of death. he's been looking for an all in fight his entire life!!! he got it!!! he knew there was only going to be one survivor. he said it himself he's glad it wasn't old age. I still think it should've been kenjaku though smh now THAT would've been yaoi

It's difficult to describe growing up my entire life thinking my copy of All Dogs Go to Heaven 2 was in fact simply All Dogs Go To Heaven.
The last thing I remember from this property was watching An All Dogs Christmas Carol.
I have located the first movie, which I have never seen.
THE TONE SHIFT. IS. RATHER JARRING, FOLKS.
Imagine if you always thought that The Secret of Nimh 2 was the actual movie The Secret of Nimh... and then one day you saw the original.

Listening to HNOC on a flight and hitting "The Hermit" right when you're in a VERY shakey landing phase is an experience that I both can and can't recommend

I'm as much of an akihika shipper as your average Hikaru no go fan but totally platonic Hikaru and Akira who everyone thinks are dating but they are definitely not has a place in my heart too.
Like them moving in together but it was genuinely because they thought that way they would have more time playing go together and because they have never been normal about go or each other.
Hikaru turning down a date with a beautiful woman because he had arranged to play a game with Akira "What day? Friday? Oh, I can't do it, I'm supposed to play with Akira that day, sorry. That's at night? That's why I can't, he has a game the next day and we wanted to play at night before that, besides if I'm late he'll get mad because I ruined his bedtime, like what kind of man sleeps so early in the first place? It's like he's an old man already, it's always been the same with him, I swear, since we were kids he's had always... *starts ranting about Akira for the next 15 minutes*

I'm so, so fucking sick about the adults drawing cards next week, about them donning their old masks and heading into the woods to hunt one of their own—after all that they've gone through together, after everything that they've done both for and to each other.
Here's another act of ritualistic violence.
Here's another sacrifice to appease their bloodthirsty god.
Whoever it is, they'll be just as devastated as they were when Nat was the first queen. They'll shudder. Maybe they'll even cry.
They love each other as deeply as they hate one another.
But the most terrifying part is one that their teenage selves have just proven to us—that when that card is drawn, there's no turning back. Love's got nothing to do with it at that point; there's only fate and the hungry desolation of the wilderness.
They love each other.
That won't stop them from chasing their prey in the darkness. It isn't personal. It's just the luck of the draw.
They love each other.
Love is not sufficient in the woods.
They all sat back and actively waited for a child to drown.
