ive seen some people claiming yaz reads gallifreyan off the screen in the tardis. that would be cool but 100% you can recognise readings u can tell what data/readings are without labels necessarily like i can go into a car and look at a speedo and i dont need numbers on it to know what the readings mean yk?? either way it does speak a lot to teh familiarity she's got with the tardis and i <3<3 ... yaz and the tardis' growth is fun to think about. do you think she was grumpy that yaz was hanging out with the other tardis on earth in revolution ? i thi k im just gonna start following anyone who appears on my feed bc idk i want stuff 2 show up yk ????

so in SONIC PRIME, SONIC'S look changes through each universe he goes through (his shoes and gloves bc hes not really known 4 clothes) but sincr KAI'S case isnt really the same he doesnt get a new fit each universe (disappointing i know) but ig he can get like a little momento from each one like i imagine he gets to keep a cool mask from the first one even thouvh i kinda imagine JAY to have a paper bag on his head lmao like those ocs

id like to mention that NYA in the first universe (or SAI) is the master of water and aware of her powers but he uses them discretely enough that KAI picks up on it but doesnt really notice its her (becauses hes not water ninja until s5) , theyre all kinda in a big resistance group with a few other elementals he'll never really get to know so he'd probably assume its someone else's powers even if its coming out of SAI'S hands which will just have 2 be some blatantly obvious dramatic irony and make KAI look like an idiot but thats ok bc he kinda is

im not really sure what to call COLE in this universe bc i was gonna go for scythe yk cuz thats his first weapon but then the scy parts sounds too similar to SAI so then i went towards hammer but the nickbame is ham which i thought was too silly so maybe something like GHOST or WAR(hammer lol) and i thought id just call LLOYD GREEN or ONI idk im not very good at naming

for the masks like i said earlier i think itd be funny if CHUCK went and walked around like a paper bag head oc so im sticking with that but i think SAI would wear something cool like a divers helmet (ocean yk yk) or a fish mask lol like MAGIKARP, i think ZANE would wear a mask similar to MR,E from season 10 i think??? to kinda give KAI some references to the future even though it doesnt matter for this au and some background resistance members would wear the oni masks to have like a sublte hint to HARUMI and the others without having actual meaning i just think itd be cool. i also did ask myself the question 'dont their ninja gi have masks' and the answer is indeed yes they do but they never became the offical ninja group and it had only been ZANE, JAY and COLE for a few months until they decided to go their own ways and i also have a pretty good excuse to give them all different masks. WAR/GHOST (theyre both horrible names i know) is pretty difficult i think, i do want to say that he is indeed a ghost in this au even though there isnt actually a reason for it this time so if the virsus comes he can posess the nearest inanimate object so theres no real need for a mask but if he were to wear one i think he'd probably have those cheap craft store ones because its accessible and it doesnt really matter bc its not necessary for him. i was originally going to have SHURIKEN just have his robot form as the disguise but then he was made to look humanlike and i feel like a game would easily know and recognize a human robot and go for it anyways so i think he'd either use his cloaking feature and change his appearance entirely (but i kinda imagine that to have a cooldown) or the mask as i said earlier

i would try and draw these but im a terrible digital artist cursed with the low quality of an android phone so maybe some time in the future when i learn :))

Same lore anon who asked about rol vs shattered crystal. Back with a diff question. In ur experience, do you think that most boom fans are kids? Ofc a large proportion of sonic fans in general are kids, but like, asking about boom specifically bc it's more of a niche, and the humor (AT TIMES) suits a slightly older audience; like I find the show wayyy funnier now (in my 20s) than I did when it first came out (in my early teens). Basically what I'm saying is that when I post stuff, I feel like only children interact. Which isn't horrible ig but like, it sucks when I wanna have a deeper convo about lore or characterizations (I love both btw), u dig? Ofc u dig. Idk it just feels like there are zero active adults in here except you. Thoughts? Or am I not experiencing the norm?

oh man im actually pretty closed off to the sonic fandom (all fandoms, really) and if it werent for this blog id be that silent fan that shares other peoples art but no one would know who i was. and technically i guess that still is the case because i dont advertise my main blog so if you were to see me around you definitely wouldve never heard of me? anyway my point is that im really the last person to know about the age of the average sonic fan (boom or not) on tumblr BUT... from what ive seen i understand what youre talking about because ive noticed a lot of minors in the fandom and even the adults ive seen around are around the 18-21 range and not much older than that. i know for a fact that sonic fans that are closer to my age and even older exist out there, but in my experience many of them are more active on twitter and i dont feel like immediately redirecting anyone to that place because its twitter and twitter sucks. and thats not even going into my opinion of how adult sonic fans choose to engage with this franchise for KIDS because i swear ive seen some weird shit on here coming from them and im just kinda like, guys pls alkdjflk would you act this way with your other interests? rhetorical bc i dont want to know the answer to that

and thats me talking about just the sonic fanbase in general but a lot of this can apply to boom as well since... boom is still sonic lol a good handful of people just dont like it and the ones that do consume other sonic media and thus dont focus solely on it. between this, its lack of priority with sega atm, the less than universal acclaim that it has, and the fact that its just not old enough to really cash in on that nostalgia bait, its no surprise to me that theres a metaphorical tumbleweed blowing through the boom part of the fanbase right now. hell its not like i was aiming to be one of the few active boom fans when i made this blog, i just wanted a place where i could organize my ideas for the continuation i plan on (eventually) writing while i kept the rest of my sonic consumption on my main blog

anyway just because someones a minor doesnt inherently mean they arent capable of engaging in conversations about lore or characters, but nonetheless, i see what you mean - life experiences can have an effect on how we interact with media and if youre anything like me you probably prefer to talk to people closer to your age lol. idk i feel like my answer is all over the place but i hope you got something from it nonetheless!

Im gonna have to name this an au or soemthing cause damn am i getging obsessed with this

Ended up fully fleshing out The 10 sonadow kids and the espilver and Blazamy kids:

Starting with the BABIESSS we've got the triplets with Pickels the Fossa, Snowy the Kinkajou and PaintBrush (P.B for short) the coatimundi (P.B's entire name is literally Paint Brush, but i just added the extra title so we know what he.. IS.)

Pickles and Snowy are "twins" in the way that they look similar but very much are not related.

They were all found at the same time (kittens in a box sort of deal)

Trixie was found a couple of years after Alberto but i just havent made an actual adult form of her yet- bur she was adopted at age 3.

My girl watched the pony show and yall should KNOW whos her favorite character

WATTZ my little adorable one- really wants to be cool like Sonic and Shadow but the heart is so big and pure its hard to look stoic and cold when you've got the sweetest little golden heart in the world

And Banjo (who i originally named Bongos bur decided to change it) who is the akward teenager that likes his alone time and music. Not nuch to be said here other than there is never a time where i shall pass up the opportunity to turn this guy into a little pangolin ball with his dads.

You can tell my favorite characters have got to be Luca. She was the first and shes a wrestler (luchador anyone?) Shes the big relaiable sister who will infact pummel you, and i love that.

Might need to work on Summer and Albetro but otherwise these are what i call the "guineapig group" in the sense that they were the first, thus the eldest out of all the kiddos. I dont have kid forms for them but the stuff her is simple- took after the other parent too much, with Luca be dabsmack in the middle of influence. They all have their own quirks and likings but overrall i love the "how many idiots does it take to fix a lightbulb" and the awnser is none because Luca broke it and then bought a new one.

Oh yeah and Greybelle's a crybaby did i mention that? Hes also a late bloomer when it comes to his powers (mostly bcs i dont know what powers to give him yet)

Okayy and for the OTHER ship babies:

I find Greybelle's (should i name him Turnip or like idk some cute plant name or just keep the watermelon name?) And Flares dynamic hilarious because its literally the direct opposite of Silver's and Blaze's dynamic in which these two fucking HATE eachother. Childhood freinds? More childhood enemies.

OOH FUN.... assuming you probably asked this bc most of my interests are games LOL but i jhave some Thoughts on games in General and the industry as a whole. buckle up!

- currently im playing. a lot of them obviously but my most recents are persona 5 tactica and the sims 4 :] - fav fav games EXCLUDING THE SPECIAL INTERESTS . - ghost trick, UT/DR, NITW, TS4 ( i havent played any other sims except the sims 2 pets for the 3ds im sorry.), super mario galaxy, goodbye volcano high - the special interest ones include pokemon (fav out of main series is sun/moon, black/white, and scarlet/violet, but i do like many spin offs like mystery dungeon), mii/wii games (i.e. wii sports), minecraft story mode, and the persona games (never finished one but i've reached various distances in P2IS-P5 excluding some spin offs and stuff like i havent started P5S or P2EP. favs r 3 + 4 + tactica) ^ ask me about any of those (or other ones i like i.e. gvh) i WILL ANSWER even if its something thatd be faster with google im better - underrated gems i'd say goodbye volcano high, death road to canada, chicory a colorful tale, signs of the sojourner, aviary attorney, tails noir, blanc. ghost trick to a lesser extent ig but the others are indie - current main wishlist (inc. ones i Will emulate): shin megami tensei V, devil survivor overclocked, fire emblem 3 houses, professor layton, pokemon black 2, persona q2, persona 3 reload ( I Want. Now. its on gamepass but i literally need everything related to it you dont get it.), wii play motion, twewy, and okami. OH also in stars and time and oneshot. also disco elysium and hylics look cool too. AND CASSETTE BEASTS. fuck i hate when every game looks good. need to play murder of sonic the hedgehog also. and looking forward to billy bust up. OH AND I NEED TO PLAY THE STANLEY PARABLE. AND BALDURS GATE 3 - i think the only game i really truly regret buying is 1-2 switch. im sorry it was good for like 2-3 weeks when the switch was new now i just do not care - i love you indie games i love you games that in general are not afraid to be weird and deviate from stuff. get crazy with it - video games r kind of an art form. if you think about it - industry kind of shit !!! stop laying off your devs!!!!!!!!!! what the fuck!!!!!! its been bad lately even my dad (a QA tester) got laid off a game he was working rly well on because they abruptly cancelled it. ok - i don't care for most FPS games. not my thing. too stressful. not enjoyable for me that much. im more of an RPG guy but i'm open to new things i played like food maker apps when i was a kid - speaking of industry stuff crunch is another thing severely a major problem. and the thing with sag aftra approving ai voices in games. Stop!!!!!!! - i miss e3 :( was a fun thing to look forward to each year - game preservation is also a real issue. like ig i get saving money by killing the servers on old consoles but in nintendos case people still actively use them theyre not that old. kind of dumb. xbox i get it the 360's been out since 2005 but 3ds/wiiu things are younger than me chill out - HATE when good fun mobile games are cash grabby. like STFU its more annoying than anything when they make resources impossible to get without paying. whats the fucking fun in that. i'd rather it be an easy way out last resort than oh i can get like 1 gem every month by doing this BUT if i pay i can get 10 of them for like 10 dolar. like ok die - waiter! waiter! more transgender as hell games please! (i.e. goodbye volcano high. that game changed lives) - also we need more autistic as hell games and i mean canonically. and not fucking Creepy Autism Simulator - more and better accessibility settings!!! i personally dont need many myself but it's important to me that others are able to play a game without severe issues due to disability. indie games doing great abt this based on feedback though ive seen a lot of good ones - any streetpassers in the chat thats all sorry it was long but i have a lot of thoughts abt Games in general. if theres any in particular u wanna hear abt shoot me an ask!!! can be one not on here i'm open to reccomendations or just things ive gathered from people who have :]

Pricing

the minimum price for video edits is $6.00. you get to pick what i edit, what kind of edit, what style its in, and the song and type of thumbnail (if you have those in mind).

for coloring it's $1.00 more, and for adding overlays its $1.00. PLEASE specify if you want either of these in your edit, or they won't be added.

please keep in mind that i edit using alight motion on my tablet, so there's only so much i can do. but i can promise i'll try my best!!

I saw your tags but I am curious! why not to buy sonic origins?

40-50 dollars to get four games that are easily pirateable(the graphics update doesn't look too intense so it's probably not worth it just for that), and there's not a lot of info on what the new stage things mean. Mods and hacks do exist for playing as different characters in different games so that doesn't drive me to get the game either.

the animations they talked about will be slapped online faster than anyone could ever hope for bc the internet is like that so paying 40-50 for the animations is also not worth it....

it's just one of those cases of capitalistic greed paired with a weird over-pricing of 30 year old games....... i dont even know if the mania team was working on this at all, or if they have more fans on the team at all

makes me super disappointed in sega and not hopeful at all for the new modern sonic game! :( which SUCKS cuz I really love sonic and i want to enjoy the series....

shadow and rouge are literally the most perfect people for each other and NO ONE can convince me otherwise. they are soft and sweet, they are best friends, they are soulmates, they are lovers, theyre EVERYTHING to each other. theyre also the only ship that i enjoy the sexual side of bc of personal reasons, and i see them having a really sweet and intimate love life ♡
