Purely motivational.....
Extrinsic and Intrinsic Teacher and student motivation in Government state board schools in India.
J O B....Joy Of Being.
Being a Job holder is a blessing. Above which the best of you are blessed with Govt Jobs. People say, Govt work is God's work.
Generally, People prefer to work in Govt institutions, but don't prefer for studies.
People prefer to travel in private sojourners, but never in Govt transports.
People prefer to study in Govt professional institutions for higher studies, but prefer not for school studies.
People prefer to open an account in Govt banks, but prefer to deposit funds in private banks.
People prefer to refer Govt laws and orders, but prefer to follow their own laws.
People prefer private hospitals for treatment, but not Govt hospitals.
What we pay for quality products in private, much better than this a Govt can give you with less price.....still we don't prefer.
Well I wonder! A private limited can offer their services in a better way, then why not Govt.
150 Cr peoples, 150 Cr working brains, 300 Cr working hands in one nation. But are we behind its growth and development?

Providing a quality education for all lies at the heart of the NEP Agenda.
Achieving this goal will require ‘well-qualified, trained, adequately remunerated, and above all motivated teachers’
Mere qualification may not serve the purpose.. Experience may serve a little. And Motivation may serve its full purpose.
Our quest is that who and how can a teacher be motivated. A teacher knows well how to teach and how to motivate/prepare someone to learn. But a motivated teacher know apart from how to teach to how to learn and make them to learn. Please do remember: Which is important? Learning or Teaching. Both are processes. Learning takes first.
However, global trends indicate that teacher motivation has been falling in recent years, leading to teacher shortages.
With motivation playing an important role in teacher performance, reversing this trend is critical to maintaining quality teaching and thus positively impacting student learning outcomes.
We know it...Both high-and low-income countries around the world face issues in both attracting and retaining quality teachers, due largely to poor motivation and incentive structures.
Data show that teacher salaries have fallen compared to other occupations with similar educational requirements, leading the profession to suffer a drop in prestige.
In many low-income countries, teachers are facing rising pupil/teacher ratios (PTRs) and deteriorating working conditions due to increased student enrolment rates
Additional factors contributing to lowered teacher motivation include lack of support from leadership, poor accountability, inadequate living conditions, or violence in schools.
Such issues may lead to increased teacher absenteeism and attrition, meaning students receive fewer hours of instruction.
With teacher motivation driven by a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, finding the proper incentives to influence them is complex and multifaceted.
While many systems have experimented with motivating teachers through bonus pay for meeting specific targets, results have been mixed for such direct extrinsic motivation.
Instead, research shows that allowing teachers more agency to work towards different promotion opportunities can offer a strong incentive to remain in the profession.
Measures that improve teachers’ professionalism, such as collaboration and continuous professional development, have also been shown to improve motivation.
School leaders can play a vital role in inspiring teachers, by offering support, consistent standards, and effective evaluation and accountability structures. Such support from school leaders can further improve professionalism and reduce rates of teacher absenteeism.
¶ In short by points:
1. Financial shortage or resources demotivate teachers:
In countries where salaries place teachers at or below the poverty line, or where a teacher’s salary is well below that of professions requiring similar levels of qualifications, research shows that few other policy options can improve motivation among teachers without low pay being addressed first.
2. Inadequate teaching-learning environment:
Poor working conditions also affect teacher motivation. Limited education budgets may also lead to insufficient resources for school infrastructure or teaching materials.
3. Weak teacher management:
School leaders often do not have suitable training or background experience to provide teachers with proper support or oversight. This can lead to teachers losing trust in their leadership and the established system, lowering expectations and motivation.
4. Career flexibility
Career structures offering more options and choice can improve teacher motivation, but such structures are complicated to implement and typically lead to upheaval in established systems.
5. Gender:
While women make up the majority of the global teaching force, they are underrepresented at the primary school level, as well as in school assistant leadership and management positions because of gender.
This lack of opportunity for career progression can have demotivating effects on women teachers seeking professional growth and advancement.
6. Collobration:
Teacher networks have been found to increase the amount of time teachers spend in the classroom, leading to gains in actual teaching time.
Collaboration can lead directly to senior teachers providing important professional development for their junior colleagues.
Professional development should include relevant topics that teachers can use, otherwise it could have a demotivating effect by seeming to teachers to be a waste of time and resources.
7. Include teacher's inputs in decision making:
To better encourage teachers to feel they have a stake in the education system, they should be involved in decision-making processes whenever possible.
Seeking teacher input at both the school and system level can lead to higher feelings of agency and improve overall motivation.
8. Societal and cultural perceptions:
In many parts of our country, teaching is considered a profession of last resort and does not enjoy the same esteem as other occupations requiring similar levels of education.
This makes recruiting and retaining quality candidates especially difficult. Young teachers often leave the profession after only a few years to seek opportunities in other fields offering higher pay or more prestige.
Improving incentives to attract and retain teachers that are better qualified can shift these views, but changing perceptions can take a long time and requires ongoing effort.
9. Accountabilty and feedback:
School heads cannot expect to have motivated and high-performing teachers without setting out proper guidance and expectations.
Written standards with indicators of success to strive towards can provide teachers with direction and motivation.

Above all give due respect and response and defined responsibilities to teachers to refrain our society from all sorts of pollutions.

Asking about the Pjo au. Could we possibly have some more detail about Aimsey and guqqie? 👀👉👈
Absolutely. You can have SO much detail about Aimsey and Guqqie. I didn't have a conversation with Gulfie in dms about them for nothing !!
Aimsey is a Hermes kid. He showed up with Bear, who I have yet to actually give a story in this au but we don't have to think about that yet. So they're this generally helpful person, or they like to try to be really helpful, and that can get dicey sometimes. Aimsey shenanigans, you know?
And Guqqie is a Demeter kid. Guqqie showed up with Bill! They. Fell from the sky??? That's all they really know. They fell from the sky and they want to go home and they almost fucking killed Bill because they may have landed on him when they fell. They made a crater. The two of them get the nicknames "Girl From Above" and "Boy From Below" specifically because of that.
The "You're not my priority" scene comes in the form of Aimsey trying to be helpful and going about it the wrong way. Aimsey is head over heels for Guqqie, and can't figure out how to say no the them. Aimsey gets a quest that's relatively dangerous. Guqqie asks to go. Aimsey says yes, but they should wait a day to pack and save energy.
Aimsey leaves without Guqqie, or anyone, which you're not supposed to do. Quests are supposed to have at least two people or else it goes from dangerous to downright near fatal. They make it back safe, but Guqqie is. Guqqie took the sudden "abandonment" as a message that they weren't good enough for a quest. That they were too weak for anything good. That Aimsey didn't trust them.
In trying to explain themself, Aimsey says something along tbe lines of Guqqie not being a priority. They meant it as "I have to go on the quest because it's really important, but I can't let you get hurt, because then I'd be at fault if something happened to you, and I can't deal with the possibility that you might get hurt", but it very much did not come out that way.
The Demeter cabin can hold a grudge!!! And hoooo boy Pearl is in the Demeter cabin. And so is Joel. And Katherine. And Bdubs. So we got a great fighter, the partner of Poseidon's daughter, someone who has connections with everyone, and one of the people blessed by their godly parent. So.
Yeah the Demeter cabin does Not take this lightly at all.
And then in a moment of feeling the need to prove themself, Guqqie immediately offers to go on a quest with Bill. Who is the son of Hades. Big Three. More monsters. Way more monsters than Aimsey would have encountered.
They don't listen when people tell them not to go. Bill even gives them a bit if a warning. He's not gonna tell them to shove off. That's his friend. But he's also not gonna just let them do something stupid? But he does anyway.
Guqqie dies. Guqqie dies. Or something close to it?
Now if you've read the Percy Jackson series, you know about the sheep skin that saved Annabeth. Bill and Guqqie didn't bring it with them. But they needed help. Really badly.
Bill uses the Iris messages and calls for help, but he only says to bring the sheep skin. And the connection is shit and he gives their location and it cuts out right after. So the camp doesn't know what happened, but they know it's bad.
When they get there, I'm thinking it's probably Nep, Bear, and Aimsey that were sent out, Bill is doing something with whatever he has as the son of the god of the dead to keep Guqqie like. A little alive?
Sheep skin. Woo!!! Guqqie is saved!!!! As soon as they're sitting up and conscious, Aimsey just. Hugs them. And doesn't let go. They're okay.
And then like 90% of the camp blames Bill because Hades kid, Nep takes his side, Guqqie's too out of it to say he didn't do anything, Bill gets put on cabin arrest for like a couple weeks, everything gets resolved, Guqqie and Aimsey reconcile, Guqqie gets a baller new arm, ect ect

Alternate RWBY Volume 6 Chapter 1
“Reunion” Day -May 28, 2020
*Mistral Central Station*
Sun: “Thanks for coming to pick me up man, gotta tell you I have a lot to tell you, Scarlet and Sage about these past few months. You won’t believe what’s been going on!”
Neptune: “I can imagine, although I still can’t believe you helped in the arrest of an entire White Fang faction.”
Sun: “Yeah I am pretty great, but that was mostly all Blake.”
Neptune: “WOW! You’re humble too now! Guess a lot has happened since you leeeeee....” *trails off as his eyes focus off elsewhere*
About five gates away from them, Neptune saw the familiar group of huntsmen and huntresses from before the Fall of Beacon. Although the one person he had his eyes on was the the only person with white hair that he knows of.....Weiss Schnee. The last time Neptune had seen her was when she told him that they could no longer be together as she had to return home to Atlas with her Father. He caught on quickly that the decision was entirely her Dad’s and not Weiss’ own, but she denied his claim and said some.... hurtful things that caused him to leave that final day they saw each other at Beacon. How much Neptune regretted his past action for allowing himself to be so easily sent away.
Neptune impulsively started to walk towards her but quickly stops himself. At this time he started to realize that he had no plan of action, he had no idea what he wanted to say to her. That was a lie, he knew fully well what he wanted to say to her but he found himself unsure about his standing with her now. Did she still want to see him? Had she truly meant when she said to him that she wanted nothing to do with a “womanizing, self loving, gold digging flirt.” Those were her words not his own, but they those weren’t the one’s that caused him to walk away that day. The words she said hurt far too deep.
“You actually think I dated you because I liked you. No... I used you. I only dated you because seemed easy enough to buy the fact that any pretty girl wouldn’t pass up the chance to date a pretty boy like you. I only did so because I wanted to know what I could gain from you. Turns out you weren’t even worth my time....”
Those words have been stuck on his head since they first came out of her mouth. They cut deep and hurt his pride but most of all it broke his heart. Neptune remembered that he wanted to forget all about her and her snobby face, but he never did. Even though they had been together for only a short time, Weiss was unlike any other girl he had ever met. It wasn’t just because of her looks or her money or even grades... although those were great too. No, most of all it was the small things he noticed were different about her from other girls. Her dedication to her team was admirable, her willingness to learn about new things despite claiming they were trivial and her laugh was like that of an little child who has been hiding for a long time.
As months went by he had realized just how much Neptune had missed Weiss. He wanted nothing more than to buy a ticket to Atlas and march right up to Weiss’ family mansion to confess his feelings for her and how much he wanted her in his life again. But of course with Atlas closing itself off from the rest of the world that was all but impossible. Many of his previous exes had attempted to rekindle old flames but he knew that what he had with Weiss couldn’t be replaced, even if he didn’t show it. It was actually why he had attempted to flirt with that Faunus girl, to try to make it seem like he was the same dashing intellectual he was back then, as embarrassing it was to find out about her orientation not long afterwards. Not his finest five minutes of his life. In reality he knew it was wrong to try and cover up his broken spirit but he wanted to talk about that later when they were back at Shade Academy. That is until he saw Weiss again....
Sun: *gripping his shoulder* “Nep, I know that face. You should try to go talk with her.”
Neptune: “I..... actually you know what, I forgot something at the gate I should go get it!”
Sun: “Hold up!” *tugs at Neptune’s back collar*
Neptune: “Sun! Don’t do that! It ruins the collar!”
Sun: “Why are trying chicken out?” *lets go of his partner*
Neptune: “Chicken? Actually you know what, food! I should get us food!” *attempts again to run away*
Sun: “Stop trying nerd.” *grabs Neptune’s tie now*
Neptune: “Gah! Sun! Choking!”
Sun: “You gonna wuss out again?”
Neptune: “Ok I give! I give!”
Sun: “Cool.” *lets go*
Neptune: “‘Gasp!’ You really need to watch how hard you pull.”
Sun: “It’s been awhile and it’s been pretty tense. Now why don’t you wanna go talk to Weiss?”
Neptune: “I don’t know. I’m just... worried. What if she’s moved on already? What if she really doesn’t want to see me anymore? What if she’s already with someone else?!”
Sun: “Like who? Jaune?”
Neptune: “Is he?”
Sun: “As far as I know no. Although I’ll admit, he has gotten pretty jacked since Beacon.”
Neptune: “How much so?”
Sun: *points to where Jaune was standing*
Neptune: *follows Sun’s finger* “Oh Gods he’s hot now!”
Sun: “Eh, he may have gotten a bit more muscle but I don’t think he’s using that to catch any eyes. Not that he knows how to use it mind you.”
Neptune: “Sun! Don’t you see! He’s blonde, tall and jacked, he’s as close to real life Fabio as you can get!”
Sun: *deadpans*
Neptune: “Listen you don’t count your eyes are on Blake not Weiss.”
Sun: “Dude would you stop trying to talk yourself out of this. She’s right over there! In front of you, seize the moment!”
Neptune: “I...I can’t. I’m... I’m brave like you are.”
Sun: “Dude! Being brave ain’t got nothing to do with it! It’s about showing her the real you!” *pokes his finger at Neptune’s heart*
Neptune: “...But what if-?”
Sun: “Look, look, look! Enough of the what ifs. Ask yourself, do you like her still?”
Neptune: “Yes. But-!”
Sun: “Do you wanna see her?”
Neptune: “Yes.”
Sun: “You wanna make things right?!”
Neptune: “Yes!”
Sun: “Then go get her! Because the trains almost here.”
Neptune: “What?” *turns to see that the train was fast approaching the train station in the distance*
Neptune: “Gods damnit Sun!” *starts running*
Sun: “Good luck Buddy!”

Ruby: “Look everyone! The train’s almost here!”
Weiss: “Well we should be off then.” *getting up from her seat*
Neptune: “Weiss!”
Weiss frozed on the spot as she clearly heard a voice she hadn’t in a long time. She looks to towards the sound of the voice and sees a fast approaching Neptune. Brothers, why did she not anticipate the chance that Neptune was going to be here! She should have prepared for this, she wasn’t ready to face him yet. Not after what occurred during their last time seeing each other went.
Weiss: “We should hurry! The train will be here soon!”
Ruby: “Don’t you wanna say hi to Neptune?”
Weiss: “I...”
Neptune: “Weiss!” *he stopped right next to the group*
Weiss: *looked at him for a moment and looked down quickly*
Neptune: “Weiss listen I-.”
Weiss: “Everyone. Could you please go wait at the gate, I’ll be there as soon as I can. There’s something Neptune and I need to discuss.”
Ruby: *looks between the two of them then smiles* “Ohhh read you loud and clear bestie. Come on gang, lets go wait in line.”
With that most of the group minus Weiss and Neptune have made their ways towards the growing line of people entering the train. With short time they have before the train departs, they would only have a short talk before the train would depart.
Weiss: “Neptune I-.”
Neptune: “Hold on Weiss. Before you say anything there’s something I’ve been holding onto for a long time and I just need to say it now.... is that ok?”
Weiss: ..... *nods*
Neptune: “Ok.... I missed have missed you so much! I don’t think words can truly express how much these last few months have been filled with nothing but thoughts about you and how much you mean to me. I know people say that I’m a flirt, a skirt chaser and I’ll admit I hadn’t been the most forthcoming boyfriend back at Beacon. You deserved so much better than that and more, and I let my pride, my need to be noticed get in the way of figuring that out. There’s so many things I would do differently if I had the chance to and I want to still take that chance. But most of all, my feelings for you haven’t lessened in fact they’ve grown and I will do anything to prove that to you. So if you would please-!”
Weiss: “Why do still want to waste your time on me.”
Neptune: “...what?”
Weiss: *trembling* “After everything I said to you... after everything I called you... basically telling you in your face that you were nothing... and you still want me.” *she started to sniffing and her face becoming lightly red, but not in anger but from sadness*
Neptune: “Weiss...?”
Weiss: “Your wrong Neptune! ‘Sniff!’ It’s me who doesn’t deserve you! I-I only said those things to you because... I didn’t want to waste your time on a girl who you could never be with, *tremble* a girl that’s too broken to even fight for something that she wants. ‘Sniff’ I didn’t want to burden you with a girlfriend that you might never see again so I let you go. My Father would have never let us be together and not just you but everyone! He told me that it was either you all or the company, that I couldn’t have both.... and I listened to him.”
Neptune was stunned, he figured things were bad with her father from what how little she mentioned them but he didn’t know it was this bad.
Weiss: “I-I should go the train will be leaving soon. I hope we can still be friends. But that might be too kind of you.” *begins walking away before feeling being stopped by her shoulder*
Weiss: *She frozed again when he pulled her into a hug*
Neptune: “You are not a waste of time. You have been such a blessing in my life, in everyone else’s. I can’t imagine how hard that must have been for you to make a choice like that and I’m sorry that you had to make it.”
Weiss: “How could you forgive me so easily? I gave you up for something I ended up losing anyway.”
Neptune: “You didn’t lose me Weiss, even if you stabbed me with Myrtenaster I wouldn’t have let that stopped me.”
The two separated and looked into each other’s eyes. Neptune lifted up his tie with one of his hands and started wiping away any of Weiss’ remaining tears. This of course caused her to laugh as she found the act extremely silly but sweet. Brothers how he missed her laugh.
Neptune: “You ok?”
Weiss: “Yes, I think I’m good now. Thank you.”
Neptune: “Anytime Snow Angel.”
Weiss: “Oh gods I forgot how much I hated that name back then.” *she giggled and face palmed*
Neptune: “Sorry is that Jaune’s thing?”
Weiss: “How did-?”
Neptune: “I heard from Sun awhile ago he used to call you that when he tried to ask you out. Is it weird?”
Weiss: “No it’s fine. It’s nostalgic actually.”
Neptune: “Geeat, because I was really trying to figure out a better nickname but man is that one hard to beat.”
*TWOOT! TWOOT!*
Weiss: *looks over to see the others have already entered the train* “Apparently that will have to wait awhile. I must be getting going.”
Neptune: “Yeah you should go now before it leaves!” *he urges*
Weiss goes to leaves but stops, she turns around then jumps to wrap her arms around Neptune’s neck and gives him a chaste kiss on the lips then let’s go to start running towards the train.
Weiss: “Goodbye Neptune, I hope to see you in Vacuo next time we meet!” *she yells from the train door while waving*
Neptune: “Yeah... Yeah! I’ll bring you flowers and we can get ice cream!” *he waved back*
They watched each other from a pane of glass as the train departed from the station. Soon enough they were separated once again but in better circumstances then last time.
Sun: *walking up* “...Ice cream? In Vacuo?”
Neptune: “.....Aw gods damnit!”

throwback to that one time I said that dave and dirk take an accidental (for dave) nap @ kk's just cause his reading voice is so calming like what the actual fuck dude where did that come from. and he like wakes up and sees the 2 of em in the kitchen making collages from magazines cutouts and he's like where tf did you get so many magazines and kk confesses that he remembers nep and meulin liked to make collages so he went on a spree to buy as many magazines with things that dirk liked (1/2) -🌺
so they could try it and it hits dave like a goddamn train that this dude who was know in highschool as the angriest motherfucker you will meet went and bought several magazines and shit with horses and electronics and stuff for this 6 year old who also is dave's brother just so they can make stupid collages.. he realises he might have a teeny tiny crush. (2/2 tumblr character limit why do you exist i h8 u) -🌺
I had to wait until I was home and could be on my laptop to answer this and I need you to know I have been WEEPING over this, oh my god. I love Karkat being like? really attentive when it comes to remembering what the people around him like and enjoy? deeply blessed

Tea Time With Terezi
A homestuck commission I wrote for my pal @giantessfeferi! Involves a tiny Nepeta going on a date with Terezi~
“:33 aaand there. that should do it! hopefurlly” She sighed, preparations finished just in time.
Her hands anxiously fiddled with a bunched knot of fabric that provided some sensory relief as she waited. Nepeta figured she should stop eventually since it was a part of her dress, and she didn’t want to tear it with her claws; that would miff Kanaya to no end if she found out all of her hard work had been for naught.
It wasn’t much, but having something to do to fill her time was a small comfort. She had already made preparations, perhaps a bit too early, but still. Every plate was in its place, every saucer had the perfect degree of milk and cream. There was even a sugar bowl piled high, and she wasn’t too keen on sweets to begin with.
…But she knew her date adored sweets.
Nepeta grumbled a deep, throaty noise to fill the uncomfortable silence with at least something. Why was she so nervous about this? She hung out with Terezi all the time! Perhaps it was the offhand comment of this being an actual ‘date’, even though they had never had any official meetings before, or perhaps she was making all of these preconceptions herself and was just making her own damn self anxious for no reason.
“>:33 calm down she can be here at any minute.” Nep muttered to herself, thinking about pulling out her husktop and contacting Terezi that way to see what was taking so long. They lived in the same forest and were practically neighbors, you’d think she’d be a little more prompt.
“:33 unless,” she interrupted herself mid-thought. “:33 she’s being fashionably late on pawrpose to try and be sexy. clefur. furry clefur terezi pyrope you beautiful . . . amazing . . . STUPID . . .”
Just as she was about to message her date in question, a low rumble echoed in the distance, so far away it could hardly be felt. However, it was soon followed by its siblings of sound, each one a rising crescendo that expanded into a colossal cacophony of quaking earth and atmosphere rending sonic blasts. They intermingled in a rhythmic two-step, signaling her guest had arrived.
From her perch atop the table, Nepeta could see a figure walking through the entrance of her cave, so distant upon the horizon it was blurred against the backdrop of trees from the forest proper, but that figure, god bless, was unmistakably Terezi. As she approached, her titanic visage now becoming clearer, Nepeta felt her heart flutter in a combination of anxiety and excitement. She felt the right mind to just rip it out right now, but that might ruin their date.
“H3LLO N3P3T4!” The tealblooded titan called out an eager greeting, stopping just before the table itself. For Nepeta, past the fields of roiling tablecloth that arched into hills, valleys, and mountain peaks, the monoliths of tea sets and silverware, what loomed grander and vaster than all of that was a twin set of thighs that blockaded any view beyond them, encompassing a realm so vast Nepeta could hardly conceive such enormity beyond ‘big’ filling her mind. She looked to the left, and that teal-grey mass of flesh stretched far beyond what she could fathom, disappearing into that iconic distance of sheer size blur. She looked to the right, and the same met her eyes.
She looked up . . . and that towering form above stretched to the heavens . . . nay, beyond them. Rising higher and higher still, no matter how far back the cattroll craned her neck, to the point where it hurt and she could gaze upwards no farther, nothing but a gargantuan set of miles of massive thighs filled the skies. This close up, coupled with the sheer size difference between them, Nepeta couldn’t even see beyond them, no sign of Terezi above save for her presence alone being this vastly intimidating. A gulp trailed down her throat. She was /SO/ glad Terezi had decided to wear shorts today.
“8//33 hi furezi! So glad mew came!!!” The little Leijon called up, scurrying over to her own tinier tea table set up just for her atop this much grander one scaled for people Terezi’s height.
“YOU R34LLY S3T UP SOM3TH1NG TH1S F4NCY JUST FOR M3? WHO 4R3 YOU 4ND WH4T D1D YOU DO W1TH N3P3T4?” She cackled at her own joke, the uproarious laughter bone-piercing and numbing this up close, blasting Nepeta in oncoming waves of sensory-assaulting force.
The rumbling, roaring behemoth of a babe began to sit down at the nearby chair, countless miles upon miles of indiscernibly monumental body speeding by. With a cataclysmically explosive boom she sat, Nepeta feeling the reverberating seismic activity carry on for far longer than the initial touchdown of tush to seat. More of Terezi sped by until the sky became nothing but a wall of reflective red, recognized as TZ’s signature glasses.
“1 4PPR3C14T3 1T THOUGH,” her tone became somewhat softer, if still harsh only due to the thunderous quality of her voice. “1T’S R34LLY SW33T OF YOU. HOW’D YOU 3V3N G3T 4LL TH1S S3T UP 4NYW4Y? NO OFF3NS3 BUT YOU’R3 K1ND OF PUNY.”
“:33 kanaya! she helped meowt big time. without her this probably wouldn’t look half as nice as it does.”
“OF COURS3.” Rezi nodded with only the slightest of rumbling booms emitting from that movement. “1’V3 N3V3R R34LLY H4D T34 T1M3 B3FOR3 SO FORG1V3 M3 FOR NOT KNOW1NG 3V3RYTH1NG.”

“H3LL Y34H! 1’D H1GH-F1V3 YOU BUT TH3N 1’D WORRY 4BOUT 4CC1D3NT4LLY CRUSH1NG YOU. 1F 1 D1D TH4T TH3N W3 COULDN’T H4V3 TH1S D4T3. H3H3H3H3H3.”
Nepeta blushed and snickered along with Terezi, find the ice to already be broken. What was she worried about in the first place anyway? She had already forgotten.
“SP34K1NG OF WH1CH,” the world that was her date shifted, lifting upwards until a cute button nose, magnified by a million times, came into view. It briefly tilted and took the slightest of whiffs in Nepeta’s general direction, an abyss in the cosmos above equal to a black hole almost threatening to suck her in with a vacuum-like typhoon. Not that she would have minded being ripped from the binds of gravity upwards into it, but then they’d have to carry out their date with Nepeta inside of her! And she knew that might be a little awkward for Terezi.
“1S TH4T . . . 4R3 YOU W34R1NG 4 DR3SS?” She had to keep herself from chuckling, stifling it with a hand over her mouth. It didn’t help much, but at least she was trying.
“;33 maaayb333” The olive speckitty blushed, holding her hands to her cheeks in embarrassment. The dress was simple, but effectively elegant. A short one of pastel green and beige to compliment another, coupled with light flourished stitching along the hem for some flavoring of flair.
“OH MY GOD.” The laughter was beginning to spill out in a thunderstorm of chuckles, hardly contained yet still powerful in their consistent crackle. A fit had fallen upon Terezi, and Nepeta did not speak up until she knew the giant’s giggles would die down.
“>:33 listen dumbbutt I wanted to look cute fur our date! is that so wrong” She replied in an indignant manner, but her laughter couldn’t be contained.
“BUT YOU’R3 4LR34DY CUT3!” The teal titaness spoke in a matter-of-fact manner. “THE DR3SS 1S ST1LL N1C3 THOUGH. C4UGHT 4 WH1FF OF F4NCY F4BR1C 4ND TH3 SL1GHT3ST H1NT OF K4N.”
“>:33 i can be even cuter. more powerfurl than efur befur. no one can stop me”
“4 ST1FF BR33Z3 C4N STOP YOU. NO W41T NOT 3V3N TH4T. 4 L1GHT BR33Z3. 4 G3NTL3 PUFF OF W1ND. 4LSO DON’T YOU L1K3 N3V3R W34R CLOTH3S >8? I R3M3MB3R TH4T B31NG SOM3 PO1NTS OF CONV3RS4T1ON”
“://33 yeah but kanaya worked really hard on it when i told her i was going on a date with mew! i mean. i could take it off if mew want”
A quiet pause from Terezi before she replied, letting that offer from Nepeta hang in the air for a little bit. “. . . L3T’S S4V3 TH4T FOR L4T3R. 1 COULD 3V3N R1P 1T OFF MYS3LF 1F YOU W4NT ME TO~”
“8//33 OKAY TEA TIME FUR TEA AHAHAHAHAHA”
Abruptly ending that line of thought, Nepeta was desperately eager to get things rolling along. “SUR3, SUR3.” Terezi laughed again, turning to observe the tea set upon the table. “SO. HOW DO W3 DO TH1S 3X4CTLY? TH3 HOST POURS TH3 T34, R1GHT?”
“:33 yup!” She nodded with an eager grin, staring up blankly.
“. . . “ If Nepeta could see all of Terezi right now, it’d be the most deadpan expression she could pull staring back down at her.
“:3 . . . oh furck”
“Y34H.”
“:33 wait i can solve this”
Face-palming at the lack of her own foresight, Nepeta frantically scurried to get something together to serve her guest. Even though this could be solved with Terezi simply pouring her own tea, Nep wanted to be classy! A rules-breaking, sophisticated, classy dame of the wilds. Yup. That was her. Also wooing your girl with finely crafted tea felt like a fantasy to her so she just had to try it.
Filling up one of her one tea cups and ensuring it had a ton of creamer and sugar mixed in, she held it aloft with one pinky finger extended to the sky as an offering. “:33 here mew go! i made sure it wasn’t too hot”
“. . . TH4NKS N3P3T4.” Terezi snickered, slowly lowering a descending clawtip towards the invisible fleck of green in her sensory periphery that she recognized as Nepeta. It stopped right before slamming into her with its landmass like scale, Nepeta daintily placing the tea cup along its width with a smile.
The claw retracted slowly and carefully as possible until she raised it up to her mouth, pausing to consider how she should approach this, but shrugging anyway and opening her maw to toss it onto the awaiting sea of her tongue. “Y’KNOW, TH1S 1S PR3TTY GOOD!” Exclaimed with a satisfied smack. Thank goodness for her heightened senses, otherwise she might never have tasted such a pitiably puny thing.
She blushed in response, doing an “Oh you!” hand wave up at her, before realizing something. “:33 oh my tea cup”
“. . . OH. SORRY.”
“;33 no it’s okay! i can go get it if mew want me to”
“K33P FL1RT1NG W1TH M3 L1K3 TH4T 4ND 1 M1GHT JUST T4K3 YOU UP ON TH4T OFF3R!”
“:33 it’s purrobably shattered”

“:33 naw who n33ds a complete set anyway? i just wanted an excuse to end up in mewr mouth”

“:33 okay mew’re allowed to rip off my dress now i think we propfurlly got all the furmalities out of the way” “1 THOUGHT YOU’D N3V3R S4Y SO~” Terezi lorded over her with a deep laugh, reaching down and pinching her up easily betwixt two fingertips that grasped her gently yet firmly. Standing up, Terezi turned and began to make her way out of the cave and out into the dim night of the forest. “L3T’S T4K3 TH1S TO MY PL4C3, UNL3SS YOU’D R4TH3R ST4Y H3R3.”
“:33 oh i’m good don’t worry~” Internally she was screaming due to the fact Terezi was being so upfront and taking charge already. Besides, getting out of the cave every now and then would be good for her, especially if it was to head over to another girl’s hive.
The walk there took no time at all, but on the way over Terezi had taken some liberties to ensure her tiny companion was . . . ‘comfier’. Holding Nepeta upon a single fingertip, she extended a claw towards the fleck of a speck, ensuring Nepeta was safe before proceeding. With only the slightest twitch, the dress had become ripped away to flutter in the breeze behind as the giantess stamped towards her destination, Nepeta left blushing and nude from such a feat of power and gentleness.
“H3R3 W3 4R3,” TZ explained upon entering her treehive, taking in a deep whiff of hive sweet hive, sighing satisfactorily. “4LLOW M3 TO G3T COMFY MYS3LF! H3H3.”
Walking in until she sat down on a couch in a living room area, she set Nepeta briefly down upon a nearby coffee table, looming before her as a towering monolith over the horizon. Winking down at her, Terezi pulled her shirt up and off, struggling only briefly as it caught on her breasts and head, causing Nepeta to snicker at such a cutely goofy display. Nevertheless, she remained undeterred in her pursuit to remain at wooing status, the tealblood reaching behind herself and unhooking her bra with a satisfying snap, the garment freeing the gargantuan rumblespheres from their containment.
Their already considerable mass almost exploded outwards and doubled in size in a wobbling, jiggling skyline that left Nepeta awed from such a display. “YOU W4NN4 S1T TH3R3 4LL N1GHT 4ND OGL3 OR DO YOU W4NT 4N UP CLOS3 4ND P3RSON4L 3XP3R13NC3?”
“:33 up close and purrsonal purrlease”
“W3LL 4L1GHTY TH3N,” she gladly entertained the thought, pinching her up quickly and excitedly, laying back, then setting her down atop one of the behemoth boobs, just at the edge of her areola. “BUT 1’M NOT GO1NG TO DO 4LL OF TH3 WORK. YOU GOTT4 SH4R3 SOM3 ON YOUR 3ND TOO~”
For Nepeta, her landscape had become one of squishy-softness, her feet sinking in ever so slightly. It stretched onwards and outwards for miles on end, knowing fully well it went even further than that past the limits of her sight, grey tinted with teal behind her, a sharpened grin of fangs encompassing the sky, while before her a grand mountain so inconceivably massive it put any other so called country or continent to shame. Nepeta stared upwards towards the sheer enormity of flesh that made her feel even punier standing before it, slowly approaching its ley line like girth in reverence. She knew what Terezi wanted her to do, and she was eager to.
As she encroached closer and closer, a several minute walk for her even though Terezi had set her practically beside it, they carried on a small conversation about how this mimicked an rp they had done earlier, as well as what constituted as tea. Could you boil any form of leaf and make it drinkable?  That question went unanswered when it became painfully obvious how excited Terezi was just thinking about Nepeta climbing her nipple, the distant clap of thunderous thighs a nod to that, as well as the noticeable change in tone in the explosive syllables rattling overhead every time she spoke.
With a mighty leap that propelled her high, she slammed into the sensitive mountainface, using various pores and wrinkles that she could absolutely fit into as footholds and walkways, and then began to ascend. “:33 i’ll k33p mew posted on my purrogress! i can defurnitely confurm i will not be able to climb this in one night”
“TH4T’S OK4Y, 1’LL B3 W4TCH1NG 4NYW4Y. B3S1D3S, H3H3, 1F 1 FOCUS 1T F33LS R34LLY GOOD~”
“:oo won’t it get boring watching me climb mewr nip fur hours?”
“NOP3. YOU KNOW 1’M 1NTO SH1T L1K3 TH1S. B3S1D3S, 1’M SP3ND1NG T1M3 W1TH YOU 4R3N’T 1?”
“://33 ohhhh furezi!!!” Not being able to contain herself, Nepeta puckered up and plastered a little kiss against the surface of skin, following it up with a full-bodied nuzzle. She hadn’t thought of the consequences of her actions fully, as a violent rumbling threatened to toss her off before she had even begun.
Clinging with all of her might, she stared heavensward as the mightily massive nipple became even moreso, its presence nearly doubling into the astronomical realm of enormity in its hardening.
“:33 whoops”
“MY MY, LOOKS L1K3 YOUR CL1MB JUST GOT 4 LOT TOUGH3R. B3TT3R G3T GO1NG~” Despite her own flustering words, Terezi’s face had a significant blush of teal as she examined and felt Nepeta’s actions. As minute and near indiscernible as they were, that was just the spark of it that helped made it all the more special.
“1 COULD L34V3 YOU ON TH3R3, YOU KNOW?” TZ remarked roughly an hour and a half into the speckitty’s climb. “JUST GO 4BOUT MY D4Y W1THOUT 4 C4R3 1N TH3 WORLD FOR 4LL TH3 H4VOC 1’D B3 C4US1NG TH3 L1TTL3 M1T3 ON MY N1PPL3. YOU’D B3 4T TH3 M3RCY OF MY S1MPL3ST 4CTIONS,” a guttural laugh.
“FOR3V3R LOST. HOW LONG WOULD 1T T4K3 YOU TO 3V3R R34CH TH3 P34K 1F YOU W3R3N’T CRUSH3D OR LOST? D4YS? W33KS? MONTHS? 1’D W4G3R SW33PS, BUT 1’M NOT SO SUR3 1F YOU’D SURV1V3 TH4T LONG~”
“>8//33 stop tormenting me with hot ideas or you’ll be getting anofur kiss missy”
“OH MY, WH4T3V3R W1LL 1 DO?! 4 K1SS FROM MY M4T3SPR1T! GOD FORB1D SUCH 4 F4T3.”
“;** mwah” She did just so, smooching the sensitive softness to which she clung. A shiver shook her very world, glad to see such a reaction.
“4LR1GHT TH4T’S 1T. NO MOR3 M1SS N1C3 G1RLFR13ND”
Pressing her finger at the base of her nipple, she slowly began to pull it upwards, Nepeta having not even climbed even distance to cover even that of the fingertip’s width; so when Rezi pressed the appendage into the nub, she had become smothered. With a light flick she flipped it up, off, and then onto the top of her nipple, grinding and pressing Nepeta against its surface with enough pleasurable a sensation she had to bite her lip.
“YOU OK4Y?”
“:33 i am~” A muffled cry replied, Nepeta fully smushed and smothered to the point she was sure she had gone numb, but not enough she couldn’t start rubbing and grinding her own self into the nipplescape into which she was pressed.
“W3, C4N, UH, CUDDL3 L1K3 TH1S FOR 4 WH1L3 1F YOU W4NT.” Even Terezi was having her limits of how much embarrassment she could take, her free hand trailing along her body before resting on her other breast. She wasn’t full-on groping just yet, simply enjoying what had happened so far and waiting for confirmation from Nepeta.
She felt the same, pausing briefly to just enjoy the mashing, the presence, and well, just Terezi overall. She loved her. “:33 yeah this is fine”
With a struggle Nepeta managed to turn over onto her back so that she faced the finger above. Smiling to herself, she hugged it, pressing fully against it, and she could swear she felt Terezi press down ever so slightly more in response.

Rooted as they are in their past .education for them is etched in self _replication.Therefore, they are unlikely change agents.But in the absence of the choice of starting on a clean slate,the focus has to be on how to identify, prepare and retrain education leaders such as vice_ chancellors,Principles, headmistress, registrars ,etc. The case of political masters is no better.They believe that the policy is self_propelling ,which can never be true.It requires strong political will and robust wisdom to operationalise the reforms .How many political bosses in states have the necessary educational foundation and sagacity to drive the reforms is the moot question.But chief Ministers must find one open_minded ,tenacious and education minister in their states to implement the reforms. Being a Job holder is a blessing. Above which the best of you are blessed with Govt Jobs. People say, Govt work is God's work.
Generally, People prefer to work in Govt institutions, but don't prefer for studies.
People prefer to travel in private sojourners, but never in Govt transports.
People prefer to study in Govt professional institutions for higher studies, but prefer not for school studies.
People prefer to open an account in Govt banks, but prefer to deposit funds in private banks.
People prefer to refer Govt laws and orders, but prefer to follow their own laws.
People prefer private hospitals for treatment, but not Govt hospitals.
What we pay for quality products in private, much better than this a Govt can give you with less price.....still we don't prefer.
Well I wonder! A private limited can offer their services in a better way, then why not Govt.

Providing a quality education for all lies at the heart of the NEP Agenda. 
Achieving this goal will require ‘well-qualified, trained, adequately remunerated, and above all motivated teachers’ 
Mere qualification may not serve the purpose.. Experience may serve a little. And Motivation may serve its full purpose. 
Our quest is that who and how can a teacher be motivated. A teacher knows well how to teach and how to motivate/prepare someone to learn. But a motivated teacher know apart from how to teach to how to learn and make them to learn. Please do remember: Which is important? Learning or Teaching. Both are processes. Learning takes first.
However, global trends indicate that teacher motivation has been falling in recent years, leading to teacher shortages. 
With motivation playing an important role in teacher performance, reversing this trend is critical to maintaining quality teaching and thus positively impacting student learning outcomes.
We know it...Both high-and low-income countries around the world face issues in both attracting and retaining quality teachers, due largely to poor motivation and incentive structures.
Data show that teacher salaries have fallen compared to other occupations with similar educational requirements, leading the profession to suffer a drop in prestige.
In many low-income countries, teachers are facing rising pupil/teacher ratios (PTRs) and deteriorating working conditions due to increased student enrolment rates 
Additional factors contributing to lowered teacher motivation include lack of support from leadership, poor accountability, inadequate living conditions, or violence in schools.
Such issues may lead to increased teacher absenteeism and attrition, meaning students receive fewer hours of instruction.
With teacher motivation driven by a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, finding the proper incentives to influence them is complex and multifaceted.
While many systems have experimented with motivating teachers through bonus pay for meeting specific targets, results have been mixed for such direct extrinsic motivation.
Instead, research shows that allowing teachers more agency to work towards different promotion opportunities can offer a strong incentive to remain in the profession.
Measures that improve teachers’ professionalism, such as collaboration and continuous professional development, have also been shown to improve motivation.
School leaders can play a vital role in inspiring teachers, by offering support, consistent standards, and effective evaluation and accountability structures. Such support from school leaders can further improve professionalism and reduce rates of teacher absenteeism.

1. Financial shortage or resources demotivate teachers:
In countries where salaries place teachers at or below the poverty line, or where a teacher’s salary is well below that of professions requiring similar levels of qualifications, research shows that few other policy options can improve motivation among teachers without low pay being addressed first.
2. Inadequate teaching-learning environment:
Poor working conditions also affect teacher motivation. Limited education budgets may also lead to insufficient resources for school infrastructure or teaching materials. 
3. Weak teacher management:
School leaders often do not have suitable training or background experience to provide teachers with proper support or oversight. This can lead to teachers losing trust in their leadership and the established system, lowering expectations and motivation.
4. Career flexibility
Career structures offering more options and choice can improve teacher motivation, but such structures are complicated to implement and typically lead to upheaval in established systems.
5. Gender:
While women make up the majority of the global teaching force, they are underrepresented at the primary school level, as well as in school assistant leadership and management positions because of gender. 
This lack of opportunity for career progression can have demotivating effects on women teachers seeking professional growth and advancement.
6. Collobration:
Teacher networks have been found to increase the amount of time teachers spend in the classroom, leading to gains in actual teaching time.
Collaboration can lead directly to senior teachers providing important professional development for their junior colleagues.
Professional development should include relevant topics that teachers can use, otherwise it could have a demotivating effect by seeming to teachers to be a waste of time and resources.
7. Include teacher's inputs in decision making:
To better encourage teachers to feel they have a stake in the education system, they should be involved in decision-making processes whenever possible. 
Seeking teacher input at both the school and system level can lead to higher feelings of agency and improve overall motivation.
8. Societal and cultural perceptions:
In many parts of our country, teaching is considered a profession of last resort and does not enjoy the same esteem as other occupations requiring similar levels of education. 
This makes recruiting and retaining quality candidates especially difficult. Young teachers often leave the profession after only a few years to seek opportunities in other fields offering higher pay or more prestige.
Improving incentives to attract and retain teachers that are better qualified can shift these views, but changing perceptions can take a long time and requires ongoing effort.
9. Accountabilty and feedback:
School heads cannot expect to have motivated and high-performing teachers without setting out proper guidance and expectations. 
Written standards with indicators of success to strive towards can provide teachers with direction and motivation.

Above all give due respect and response and defined responsibilities to teachers to refrain our society from all sorts of Pollution.

I think most of them in this group might have studied in Government schools.The seeds sown by the Govt school teachers, We are today standing with pride. Studying amidst mixed group of students in the Govt school made us to learn the values, love our friends, respect elders. During Paper Valuation, We have a chance to meet the present Government school teachers. They are meticulously planning taking into mind of all kind of students and training them with excellence. When I went for Invigilation to Perambur Govt HSS, I saw one wing named after the Alumnus student IAS officer. But everywhere those teachers who work sincerely are producing the result.
Nowadays In private schools,More administration work is given to the teachers to maintain the record. Same information is asked throughout the year.After every test,we have to fill the form. Private school teachers are doing lot of work apart from Academics. Now after Corona, Many teachers have resigned the job and the vacancies are not filled. As we have checking committee for Engineering colleges,We have to do for schools also. To improve the Quality of the school, We could have a common checking committee of Senior teachers to check all the schools infra structure, Teachers Qualification, Whether they are paid properly,and all the requirements of the students. Teachers should concentrate only on teaching. But here the same teacher is doing lot of work .
Govt school teachers are given duties during the voting period and they are also going often to conduct TNPSC exams, SSC exams etc...But I observed that Govt school teachers have less stress than Private school teachers. Private school teachers have to take coaching from the beginning of the year till they are pushed to the exam hall Where Govt school teachers dont do this. Teachers after going for Public Invigilation in Private schools, they are forced to come to their schools even at 3.30pm to coach their students. Teachers are also tuned to that.
There are teachers who do wonderful work to lift the flag of their school.But those teachers who really work well sometimes are not recognized by the authorities. I have a lot of Alumni students not just because of just teaching chemistry but teaching subject plus values. So many students I have earned as Gods gift which is precious than School gift. At one point If we dont have proper leader to analyze and find out who is sincerely working or not, these teachers will not be known.And now a days there is lot of competition that even between teachers one is not able to accept others goodness. And teachers when they finish their 10 years,15 years, 20, 25 and 30 years, Authorities should appreciate them and honour them for their service.

My self, Mostly worked in Private schools sector in India and Gulf countries. 
Most of the teachera would be scremming without knowing their do's and don'ts, What to do, What not to do. 
And school day today activites. 
Whom to contact for the applying leave, Who will attend emergency situations in class room activities.
Are they trained how to prepare the acadamic progress report card. 
If any long absentees what to do, how to react so on..... Can prepare like a manuel. 
Instead of sending teachers straight to the classroom, better they can be given a interneship or just observing some class room activities as a sample.
Most of the teachers are very good in teaching or teaching lessons , and many challanges are from admin areas and parents. 
So better, very minimum sections wise or sector wise ( like class 1-2-3-4+5 one group, 6-7-8 one group, classes 9-10 one group so on. 
So teachers can also feel better, get  support and some students use to be a probalamatic in certain periods or with certain teachers, teachers won't get a chance to do brainstorming, how other teachers are managing, and never senior teachers make a fun of freshers, humiliation so on and should work like a team. 
Most of the non maths teachers might have a difficulty in doing average, class average, students attendance average, monthly average so on, and surely need a guidance of attendance, and attendence register management training. 
Either private or governement, teachers should plan for short annual tour, get together....to have a good bond and to retain friendship and teacher as well.
If they are collecting provident fund, or any insurances , please make sure they are following proper governement rules . 
Nowadays many are working with multi task, so better arrange yoga or meditation or some games for teachers too for relaxation. 
If any mistakes or wrong or errors from teachers, principals or chairman, kindly please treat like teachers and not like a prisoners or humiliate them mainly not in front of students or with co-staffs. 
Many students have more rights than the teachers, these are all comments, my experience of private school, and I don't have  experience in governement schools.  Please  comment and correct me.

For this to happen, a teacher need to be intrinsically motivated & should feel passionate about her/his profession so that external factors have no effect on her/ his mental make up whatsoever it may be.

ಇದು ಸಂಭವಿಸಲು, ಒಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಆಂತರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳ/ಅವನ ವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಾವೋದ್ರೇಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಅವಳ/ಅವನ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ರಚನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

It should be noted, whether govt.  or pvt. School, that there is a disconnect between students and Teacher's teaching.
It is highly evident that the LECTURE METHOD is insufficient and not meeting standards today.
Yet, most schools still follow it due to lack of funds or lack of innovative ideas of teaching.
So, I sincerely believe:
* Training teachers on the  innovative and modern ways of teaching and testing is essential
* Using age old methods that don't work and then blaming students for showing lack of interest is idiocracy of teachers. 
* Updating textbooks once every 5 years should be done by Govt./CBSE
So, making videos of modern teaching methods with available resources is something compulsory for govt. Schools.
These teachers must keep themselves updated and must be held accountable for the admissions,  teaching & learning  and results of their school.

எனவே, கிடைக்கக்கூடிய ஆதாரங்களைக் கொண்டு நவீன கற்பித்தல் முறைகளின் வீடியோக்களை உருவாக்குவது அரசாங்கத்தின் கட்டாயமான கடமைகளுள் ஒன்று.  
இந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்களைத் தாங்களே புதுப்பித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் மற்றும் அவர்களது பள்ளியின் சேர்க்கை, கற்பித்தல் மற்றும் கற்றல் மற்றும் முடிவுகளுக்குப் பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும்.

Financial motivation is definitely needed but it is the final output of what you ultimately do to achieve it. However I feel regular acknowledgment works definitely well to motivate teachers to help them do better. 
As a leader I think I will walk hand in hand with my team respecting their efforts and sharing regular feedback and suggestions continue making things better, increasing the work efficiency too.
Teacher motivation has been failing maybe because these days teachers are not passionate about the profession they are in. I'm sorry I might be wrong but we need to awake the inner instinct in teachers of being the "Guru" In actual terms rather than just being a teacher working from 8:30- 2:30. We need to nurture our teachers as well.

 நிதி உந்துதல் கண்டிப்பாகத் தேவை ஆனால் அதை அடைய நீங்கள் இறுதியில் என்ன செய்கிறீர்களோ அதுவே இறுதி முடிவு.  இருப்பினும், ஆசிரியர்களை சிறப்பாகச் செய்ய அவர்களை ஊக்குவிக்க, வழக்கமான அங்கீகாரம் நிச்சயமாக நன்றாக வேலை செய்வதாக நான் உணர்கிறேன்.
 ஒரு தலைவராக நான் எனது குழுவினருடன் கைகோர்த்து அவர்களின் முயற்சிகளுக்கு மதிப்பளித்து, வழக்கமான கருத்துகள் மற்றும் பரிந்துரைகளைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்வதன் மூலம் விஷயங்களைச் சிறப்பாகச் செய்து, வேலைத் திறனையும் அதிகரிப்பேன்.
 இந்த நாட்களில் ஆசிரியர்கள் தாங்கள் செய்யும் தொழிலில் ஆர்வம் காட்டாததால், ஆசிரியர்களின் ஊக்கம் தோல்வியடைந்து வருகிறது. மன்னிக்கவும், நான் தவறாக இருக்கலாம், ஆனால் ஆசிரியர்களின் உள்ளுணர்வை நாம் எழுப்ப வேண்டும், ஆனால் உண்மையான அடிப்படையில் "குரு" ஆக இருக்க வேண்டும்.  8:30- 2:30 வரை பணிபுரியும் ஆசிரியர்.  நம் ஆசிரியர்களையும் வளர்க்க வேண்டும்.

 वित्तीय प्रेरणा की निश्चित रूप से आवश्यकता होती है लेकिन इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए आप अंततः जो करते हैं उसका अंतिम परिणाम होता है।  हालांकि मुझे लगता है कि नियमित स्वीकृति निश्चित रूप से शिक्षकों को बेहतर करने में मदद करने के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए अच्छी तरह से काम करती है।
 एक नेता के रूप में मुझे लगता है कि मैं अपनी टीम के साथ उनके प्रयासों का सम्मान करते हुए साथ-साथ चलूंगा और नियमित प्रतिक्रिया और सुझावों को साझा करना चीजों को बेहतर बनाना जारी रखूंगा, कार्य कुशलता में भी वृद्धि करूंगा।
 शिक्षक प्रेरणा शायद विफल हो रही है क्योंकि इन दिनों शिक्षक अपने पेशे के बारे में भावुक नहीं हैं। मुझे खेद है कि मैं गलत हो सकता हूं लेकिन हमें शिक्षकों में "गुरु" होने की आंतरिक प्रवृत्ति को जागृत करने की आवश्यकता है।  8:30 से 2:30 बजे तक कार्यरत शिक्षक होने के नाते।  हमें अपने शिक्षकों को भी पोषित करने की आवश्यकता है।

Teacher's motivation is an important aspect for our education system to become professional and result oriented. There are several factors which influence a teacher to be motivated. Given below are few of the factors which in my view influence a teacher to be motivated.
1. Love/Passion for teaching
If a teacher works only for the monetary gain, then in all probability that teacher will lose motivation after few years. But those teachers who have a genuine love/passion to mound their students will remain motivated throughout their career.
2. Good/Decent remuneration 
A teacher should receive a decent remuneration with which the family can be maintained in a reasonable manner. Unless this happens  the teacher might lose motivation because the financial constraints of the family will surely lead to mental stress which ultimately will deprive the teacher of motivation.
3. Support/Appreciation from management & colleagues.
This again is imporrant because as a human being we all are somehow influenced by appreciation and recognitions.The appreciation and recognitions from fellow colleagues and management will invariably act as the apt tool to motivate a teacher to perform better than before.
4. Support from parents.
A teacher will lose motivation if the parents show no support or criticize/blame the teacher for introducing innovative methods of teaching. Hence the support of parents too is essential to remain motivated
5. Support/Respect from present & past students. This again is an element which will motivate a teacher.

 நமது கல்வி முறை தொழில்முறை மற்றும் முடிவு சார்ந்ததாக மாறுவதற்கு ஆசிரியரின் ஊக்கம் ஒரு முக்கிய அம்சமாகும்.  ஒரு ஆசிரியர் உந்துதல் பெறுவதற்குப் பல காரணிகள் உள்ளன.  எனது பார்வையில் ஒரு ஆசிரியரை உந்துதலாக பாதிக்கும் சில காரணிகள் கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
 1. கற்பிப்பதில் அன்பு/ஆர்வம்
 ஒரு ஆசிரியர் பண ஆதாயத்திற்காக மட்டுமே வேலை செய்தால், சில ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு அந்த ஆசிரியர் ஊக்கத்தை இழக்க நேரிடும்.  ஆனால், தங்கள் மாணவர்களை மேலோங்கச் செய்வதில் உண்மையான அன்பு/ஆர்வம் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்கள், அவர்களின் வாழ்க்கை முழுவதும் உந்துதலாக இருப்பார்கள்.
 2. நல்ல/கண்ணியமான ஊதியம்
 ஒரு ஆசிரியர் ஒழுக்கமான ஊதியத்தைப் பெற வேண்டும், அதன் மூலம் குடும்பத்தை நியாயமான முறையில் பராமரிக்க முடியும்.  இது நிகழாவிட்டால், ஆசிரியர் ஊக்கத்தை இழக்க நேரிடும், ஏனெனில் குடும்பத்தின் நிதிக் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் நிச்சயமாக மன அழுத்தத்திற்கு வழிவகுக்கும், இது இறுதியில் ஆசிரியரின் ஊக்கத்தை இழக்கச் செய்யும்.
 3. நிர்வாகம் மற்றும் சக ஊழியர்களிடமிருந்து ஆதரவு/பாராட்டுதல்.
 இது மீண்டும் முக்கியமானது, ஏனென்றால் ஒரு மனிதனாக நாம் அனைவரும் எப்படியாவது பாராட்டு மற்றும் அங்கீகாரங்களால் பாதிக்கப்படுகிறோம். சக ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்தின் பாராட்டு மற்றும் அங்கீகாரம் ஒரு ஆசிரியரை முன்பை விட சிறப்பாக செயல்பட தூண்டுவதற்கான பொருத்தமான கருவியாக எப்போதும் செயல்படும்.
 4. பெற்றோரின் ஆதரவு.
 புதுமையான கற்பித்தல் முறைகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியதற்காக பெற்றோர்கள் எந்த ஆதரவையும் காட்டாவிட்டால் அல்லது ஆசிரியரை விமர்சித்தால்/குற்றம் சாட்டினால் ஒரு ஆசிரியர் ஊக்கத்தை இழப்பார்.  எனவே உந்துதலாக இருக்க பெற்றோரின் ஆதரவும் அவசியம்
 5. தற்போதைய மற்றும் கடந்த கால மாணவர்களிடமிருந்து ஆதரவு/மரியாதை.  இது மீண்டும் ஒரு ஆசிரியரை ஊக்குவிக்கும் ஒரு உறுப்பு.
അധ്യാപകന്റെ പ്രചോദനം
 നമ്മുടെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സമ്പ്രദായം പ്രൊഫഷണലും ഫലാധിഷ്ഠിതവുമാക്കുന്നതിന് അധ്യാപകരുടെ പ്രചോദനം ഒരു പ്രധാന വശമാണ്.  ഒരു അധ്യാപകനെ പ്രചോദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് സ്വാധീനിക്കുന്ന നിരവധി ഘടകങ്ങളുണ്ട്.  എന്റെ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടിൽ ഒരു അധ്യാപകനെ പ്രചോദിപ്പിക്കാൻ സ്വാധീനിക്കുന്ന ചില ഘടകങ്ങൾ ചുവടെ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
 1. അധ്യാപനത്തോടുള്ള സ്നേഹം/അഭിനിവേശം
 ഒരു അദ്ധ്യാപകൻ പണ ലാഭത്തിനായി മാത്രം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, എല്ലാ സാധ്യതകളിലും ആ അധ്യാപകന് കുറച്ച് വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം പ്രചോദനം നഷ്ടപ്പെടും.  എന്നാൽ തങ്ങളുടെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ കുന്നുകൂടാൻ ആത്മാർത്ഥമായ സ്നേഹം / അഭിനിവേശം ഉള്ള അധ്യാപകർ അവരുടെ കരിയറിൽ ഉടനീളം പ്രചോദിതരായി തുടരും.
 2. നല്ല/മാന്യമായ പ്രതിഫലം
 ഒരു അധ്യാപകന് മാന്യമായ പ്രതിഫലം ലഭിക്കണം, അതിലൂടെ ന്യായമായ രീതിയിൽ കുടുംബം പോറ്റാൻ കഴിയും.  ഇത് സംഭവിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ അധ്യാപകന് പ്രചോദനം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാം, കാരണം കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക പരിമിതികൾ തീർച്ചയായും മാനസിക പിരിമുറുക്കത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കും, ഇത് ആത്യന്തികമായി അധ്യാപകന്റെ പ്രചോദനം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തും.
 3. മാനേജ്‌മെന്റിൽ നിന്നും സഹപ്രവർത്തകരിൽ നിന്നും പിന്തുണ/അഭിനന്ദനം.
 ഇത് വീണ്ടും പ്രധാനമാണ്, കാരണം ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെന്ന നിലയിൽ നാമെല്ലാവരും എങ്ങനെയെങ്കിലും അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങളും അംഗീകാരങ്ങളും സ്വാധീനിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. സഹപ്രവർത്തകരിൽ നിന്നും മാനേജ്‌മെന്റിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങളും അംഗീകാരങ്ങളും ഒരു അധ്യാപകനെ മുമ്പത്തേക്കാൾ മികച്ച പ്രകടനം നടത്താൻ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഉചിതമായ ഉപകരണമായി മാറാതെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും.
 4. മാതാപിതാക്കളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പിന്തുണ.
 നൂതന അധ്യാപന രീതികൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതിന് രക്ഷിതാക്കൾ യാതൊരു പിന്തുണയും കാണിക്കുകയോ അധ്യാപകനെ വിമർശിക്കുകയോ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ ഒരു അധ്യാപകന് പ്രചോദനം നഷ്ടപ്പെടും.  അതിനാൽ പ്രചോദിതരായിരിക്കാൻ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ പിന്തുണയും അത്യന്താപേക്ഷിതമാണ്
 5. നിലവിലുള്ളതും പഴയതുമായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പിന്തുണ/ബഹുമാനം.  ഇത് വീണ്ടും ഒരു അധ്യാപകനെ പ്രചോദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഘടകമാണ്.
