Dude your mlp redesigns go so hard oh my GOD!! Question: does EQ still exist in your universe? If so, what would it be like?

it's exactly 100% like the show. Weird powers, plot holes, and songs included. But when humans cross into the Skyscraper Gods universe things suddenly get a lot more serious. Magic has consequences, creatures can and will eat you. You can die. You're also a horse or other sentient creature (usually on 4 legs with hooves but some guys are just destined to turn into seaponies when they cross over. get flopped idiot)

EQ is a very silly place and people who cross into the Skyscraper gods verse experience eldritch horror that their little candy colored minds can't comprehend. If you stay too long you are changed forever. You start freaking out when someone falls from the rafters onto the hard gym floor. You look up at the sun (flaming ball of gas in the sky) and wonder if it's watching you, wondering if you squint you can see the giant goddess who fills the sky and ferries the sun across the land.

Your school principle shares the name of God.

KomAdagio

Komasan is too much of a southern cinnamon roll that the Dazzlings’ spell doesn’t work on him and Adagio falls for the sweet boy. And he also blocks the blast from the Rainbooms' alicorn thing during the Battle Of The Bands at the Dazzlings' which almost killed him but didn’t do anything really and Adagio immediately rushed him to the Hospital.

Stella: Come to think of it, there’s this game I’m working on based within the universe of the Cyber Formula anime from the human world. I suppose I could have some testers that don’t know anything about racing games, huh? I tried to make the controls intuitive, but the cars are also crazy fast, so I need to check if a “casual” can handle it. Think you’re up for a minimum top speed of 600 km/h?

I mean, most of the TV series cars can’t reach 600, but you get my point. Besides, those ones are less interesting.

(Gad doesn't usually have access to video games, but I'm a little bit obsessed with gamemaking theory myself, and I couldn't help but let a bit of that bleed through. The controller itself should probably canonically belong to Stella or something.)

Stella, you keep talking about something happening to your magic power, and it's not entirely clear to us what that was; what mysterious or interesting things have happened to your magical potential?

"Hoo boy, how do I explain this...?" Stella thought about it for an entire fifteen seconds, then sighed. "Well, I guess I owe you guys an explanation... But I don't want to reveal everything. There's gotta be something to wonder about, right?"

"So... I'm not normal. Never was. Many ponies call me an enigma, and that's not inaccurate. Not even I fully understand my potential. I think some of that was answered recently though, when I found my newest State, the Origin State."

"... Wait, I probably need to explain those, don't I?" She cleared her throat. "Here in Equestria Cross, by technicality, every living entity that has access to magic has an empowered state called an Overdrive. Not everyone can tap into it, though. It takes immense focus and power to trigger a typical Overdrive. Think super states from Sonic, or the Super Saiyan transformation in Dragon Ball. You power up your magic beyond your normal limits, and can in turn power up the rest of your self using it. But in rare cases, States can come in forms other than a typical Overdrive, like Rainbow Power here in Equestria, or a Super Saiyan God from, again, Dragon Ball."

"I've had five of them. Cosmic is my version of a normal Overdrive, but I've also had four others that are certainly not typical. Abyssal, Entropic, Copycat, and Origin. Unfortunately, I can't access my Abyssal State anymore, since I gave up that power to a successor of sorts, but I still have the others. I think I can talk about the weakest, with a question mark, of the four States I do have..."

"My Copycat State allows me to copy the abilities and attacks of others, assuming I'm there to witness them. However, I can only use them while in the State, as it's what allows me to perform them in the first place using various forms of substitution, such as for the required type of energy. But the State itself doesn't grant much power, not even to the same level as my Cosmic State, so it's only really used to copy others. On the other hoof, the abilities I learn can give me power, so it's not like it's totally useless. In a sense, I guess it's kinda like Kirby.

"What's weird is that I think I've had this ability to copy attacks for a long time, and it's only now manifested in a form I can understand. I've had a few previous lives, and some of those powers somehow carried over to my current one. The only reason I even know that is because of my Origin State, where I've noticed what seems to be a Saiyan appear next to me at times. It's not Goku, or Vegeta, or Gohan, or any of them. If anything, he's wearing that martial arts uniform from the Xenoverse games. Y'know, the one right before the four-star Dragon Ball outfit? It's strange..."

"I'm still not sure I entirely understand what's going on with me. A lot has happened, and I've gone through a bunch of changes, some of which I'm still getting used to. Even now, changes are still occurring, and it can be hard to keep track of. But I'll figure something out, I'm sure. Eventually."

Night had a very similar, if not the exact same reaction as Stellar. "Thank you!"

Cinder gave a silent nod as she hugged.

Turner was a little stiff, and didn't hug back. Who knows why that was the case? "Ah... thank you."

Stardust was the only one to refuse outright, and was in fact very against being given a hug. "Don't touch me." She sounded pretty uncomfortable.

I'll never forget the time I was visiting my partner and my metamore was playing Fallout.

I made a mention of learning about and becoming interested in the game series after reading Fallout Equestria. After confirming that was the name of a fanfic, we ended up spending 30+ minutes of me describing something from the fanfic and him going "oh that came from [this or that]!" Though the amount of horse puns finally proved to be too much for him. Afterward, he continued playing his game while my partner and I watched a movie.

...

Suddenly about 20-ish minutes later I hear him call out from the other room: "WAIT. Tenpenny Tower, It's called Tenpony Tower, isn't it?!" Me: "Yep!"

I could tell from the dramatic groan from the other room, I knew I had inflected psychic damage. We still laugh about it, especially me. Mostly me.
