Hi! Distracting questions: What is your favourite feature of Phil's that is not an obvious one? What do you think is actually causing their curtain rod to move? What is your favourite animal fact? What dnp video would you recommend to everyone? What is your favourite time of day and why?
Oh these are good. Thanks Nina. Okay, I feel like most of his features are widely admired. His legs, his freckles, his hands, his arms, his lips, his eyes, his hair. I’d apologize for sounding like a fucking lunatic but y’all already know so... I love his sternocleidomastoids (that V of muscle in the neck). I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s a gorgeous neck. He also has great knees. :)
I think there is a vent moving the curtain rod. I love spooky things but I’m just not a believer. Sorry, no fun at all.
Elephants have graveyards. They mourn their dead and comfort one another and cry. Elephants are better at humanity than humans.
Everyone should watch Dan and Phil crafts, all three, in order. I know those videos aren’t the usual fare but they are representative of the absolute creative genius they have when they give themselves the space. I quote those videos daily. People in my life quote me quoting them, having no clue of the origins. Genius. They should follow those with every baking video. :)
May favorite time of day is like 12:30 in the middle of the night. It’s the best time to be out, it’s the best time to cuddles, it’s the best time to get a creative burst of energy. I am not doing any of those things right now. Though it is 12:30.

Louise stares down at her phone, confused as it starts to buzz in her hands. She realises, belatedly, that it’s ringing, and sighs, flipping on her bedside light as she prepares to talk down a tipsy friend from what is sure to be a great overreaction to something trivial.
She swipes the ‘answer’ button, and brings the phone to her ear. She opens her mouth to say hello, but a yawn interrupts her.
“Sorry, Dan, just in bed, what’s-”
“I kissed Phil.”
*
It’s 8am on a Thursday, and Louise is sat in a London café. As she sips her cappuccino, she looks around herself at the bustling atmosphere, still a little awestruck that she’s even here.
Normally, at this time on a weekday, Louise is sat in her car, crawling along at the pace of a snail as the train of exhausted parents trundle past the entrance to the local school. Darcy keeps her entertained on these mornings of course, her bright, sweet attitude livening up any morning.
Today, Darcy is getting dropped off by her Dad, after a lot of secret parental bargaining over the phone very late last night.
At 6am, Louise dropped Darcy round to her Dad’s, lunchbox in tow, and then headed straight for the station. She caught the first train to London, texting Dan reassurances the whole way, just as she’s been doing all night.
Now, she’s sat at a table in a Costa Coffee where Dan had told her to wait. She’s bought Dan his favourite coffee - a caramel macchiato - and a bakewell tart, as it’s unlikely he will have eaten a damn thing since last night, and he’ll be hungover as hell.
It’s not exactly a typical morning.
Just then, Dan pushes the glass door open, eyes frantically scanning the crowded coffee shop. Louise lifts her hand and waves, catching his eye, and she watches the tension drain from his shoulders.
He pushes through the maze of tables towards her, and Louise stands, opening her arms for a hug. He practically lunges at her, squeezing tightly, his face buried in her hair. He still smells of vodka, and stale beer, and general unkemptness, but Louise holds him tight, not letting go until Dan shifts in her grip.
He flops down into the seat opposite her, and she sits back down, surveying him worriedly. He looks terrible, in all honesty. Dan Howell is a pretty boy, there’s no point in denying something so obvious. He must know that not all of his subscribers are watching him for his premium content. He’s got that typical sweet, British boy thing going on - tall, with dimples and warm chocolate eyes.
But this morning, he does not look his best. Not that it’s all that surprising. According to their text and phone conversations, Dan has not slept at all. He left whatever party he’d been at initially, and he’s been wandering around the streets of London all night long, refusing to go home no matter how much Louise told him off.
His head droops forwards, obviously exhausted, and he notices the glass mug of coffee in front of him, his darkly circled eyes lighting up for a second.
“Is that for me?” Dan asks - even his voice sounds like a husk of itself.
Louise nods, offering a smile, and Dan practically snatches the drink up, glugging about half of it one go.
“Have you not drunk anything?” Louise asks, her voice adopting a motherly quality.
Dan shakes his head, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. “Does alcohol count?”
“No.”
Dan chuckles, darkly. “Then no. Not since...” He trails off, shaking his head. “I don’t know. About six in the evening yesterday?”
Louise pushes the Bakewell Tart at him. “Does that go for eating as well?”
Dan groans, shoving the cake into his mouth. As crumbs fall from his lips, his eyes meet Louise’s, screaming their thanks at her. She sighs, shaking her head in pity.
“Oh, Dan.” She sighs. “You ninny.”
Dan swallows his mouthful, leaning back in his chair. He scrubs a hand over his face, looking miserable. “Don’t. I know. Trust me, I know I’ve fucked up. You can’t possibly think worse of me than I do.”
Louise frowns, reaching a hand across the table. Dan stares at it for a moment, uncomprehending, then his brain seems to click into place, and he puts his own hand on top of hers.
“Dan, I don’t think badly of you.” She says kindly, trying to maintain a gentle tone, as it’s so obviously what Dan needs right now. “I don’t think you’ve fucked up horrendously, I don’t even think you did anything wrong.”
“Lou, I kissed him.” Dan tells her, his voice dropping to a low level, as if he’s afraid someone might overhear. “Like, full on just planted one on him out of nowhere.” Dan shuts his eyes, as if the memory is replaying right in front of him. “The look on his face, Lou...”
“Okay, back up, Dan.” Louise says, squeezing his fingers in her own. “Let’s break this down. What happened?”
Dan sighs, his eyes fluttering open with reluctance. “We were... at a party.”
“Okay...”
“Just like... some friend of a friend,” Dan says vaguely, shrugging his shoulders. “We weren’t even gonna go, but we hadn’t seen that lot for months, so we thought we’d just, like, put in a quick appearance.”
“Right.” Louise says, nodding show she’s following. “But things escalated?”
Dan nods, frowning. He plays with the glacé cherry on the remnants of the tart.
“This guy - the guy whose party it was - he’s really into craft beer.” Dan explains, sounding ashamed. “He works for some specialist beer bar in Shoreditch, and he had all these really fancy, strong bottles of beer...”
Louise nods, sensing where this is headed. “So you got wasted.”
“You know what I’m like when I’m drunk, Lou.”
In truth, Louise has only ever seen Dan drunk on a handful of occasions. She likes to think of she and Dan as good friends, as they talk almost every day via text, and they get on so well whenever they do see each other that it’s almost like the long, vast spaces of time between their in-person meetings aren’t there.
Usually, Louise has experienced drunk-Dan at big, crowded events. VidCon parties, or YouTuber gatherings, or at the rare times she books a babysitter and manages to attend one of Caspar and Joe’s legendary parties. His drunkenness is absorbed into the mess of other people’s shenanigans, and she tends to overlook it.
What she does remember, is that drunk-Dan tends to be a little more... tactile than normal. With everyone, but mostly with one person in particular.
“You mean... you were draping yourself all over Phil?”
Dan blushes, avoiding her eye. “I meant like... I usually get too flirtatious and over-confident.” Louise makes a little ‘oh’ sound, looking away. “But yeah, that too.” Dan confirms.
“I still don’t quite understand...” Louise says, trying to connect the drunk-Dan in her memory to the one that did something as momentous as actually kissing his best friend without warning.
“Well,” Dan sighs, pulling his hand out of Louise’s grasp in order to chew his thumbnail. “I guess it was always gonna happen eventually, right?”
This confuses Louise even more, and her brows knit together, attempting to make sense of such a strange statement. She comes up with nothing.
“Wait, what was always gonna happen?”
Dan stares at her, looking equally confused. “Well... this.”
“You kissing Phil?”
Dan gives her a weird look. “...yeah.” He pauses. “I mean, I hoped I’d be able to suppress the urge forever, but... I kind of knew it was unlikely I’d be able to do that. Especially as alcohol turns me into a sexual deviant.”
Louise sits back in her chair, her mouth falling open. Can Dan be saying what she thinks he’s saying? A shockwave splashes over her, soaking her in pure astonishment.
“Are you telling me you have feelings for Phil?”
Dan laughs, which baffles her. Then he stops, staring at her. “You’re serious?”
Louise shrugs, nodding.
“What the- how could you not have realised that, Louise?!”
“Me?! You’ve never said!”
Dan shoves his face into his hands, groaning. “Oh my God. What did you think was happening all those times I rang you complaining about how hot he was?”
Louise casts her mind back through the many conversations she’s had with Dan about Phil, trying to see how she could have missed this.
“I just thought you were mentioning it generally!” She cries, shrugging. “I tell you how hot Zoe is all the time!”
Dan looks up at the ceiling, barking a laugh. “That’s not the same! I mean- I’ve talked to you about having sex dreams about him for fuck’s sake.”
Again, this does not register as abnormal. “So? I’ve had tons of sex dreams about my friends. I’ve probably had one about you at some point. Same as I’ve probably had one about Darcy’s fifty-year-old music teacher! That does not mean I have feelings for either one of you!”
Dan apparently does not share this point of view, and refuses to let this drop.
“I called you crying about it one time!”
“You’re not the most emotionally stable person, Dan. I just thought-”
“What about when I told you I wear his clothes to feel close to him!?”
“You’re quite possessive over one another in general.” Louise replies, sipping the last of her cappuccino. “Everyone knows you wear each other’s clothes. I didn’t think there was much to it. You’re best friends.”
“Okay, whatever.” Dan says at last, throwing his hands up in surrender. “Somehow you missed the fact that I’m crazily, obsessively in love with my best friend and have been since I was seventeen.”
“You’re...what?”
Louise and Dan hear the voice at the same time, and freeze, their eyes boring into one another. Heck, Louise is not in love with the guy, but even she can recognise Phil’s voice without needing to look.
God knows what Dan is thinking right now.
Slowly, painfully, Dan turns, his face white and sickly. Louise drags her eyes to the space behind Dan, cringing slightly as she takes in the sight of Phil, equally as exhausted, standing just to the side of their table.
His hair is messy, as though he’s been running his hands through it. His eyes are also surrounded by purplish dark circles. He’s not dressed for a cold winter morning, in a shirt and tight black jeans - probably what he wore to the party last night.
“Phil...” Dan says, trailing off at once. “I didn’t... I’m so sorry...”
“I’ve been looking for you all night.” Phil tells him, sounding wrecked. “Why didn’t you answer my calls?”
Dan shakes his head, mouth pressed into a tight line. “I couldn’t, Phil. I couldn’t bear it.”
“Bear what?”
“I couldn’t bear to hear you say you don’t...” Dan swallows, looking away. “That you don’t feel like I do. I was wrong to kiss you like that, I know. I just... you looked so... you always look so...”
Louise outright gasps when Phil leans in to kiss Dan. She claps a hand over her mouth, eyes wide in shock as she watches Dan’s eyes widen, then close.
Christ, Louise thinks to herself, she really needs to pay better attention. These two have been crushing on one another this whole time?
Phil draws away after a moment, and his eyes are shining with moisture. “Don’t run away this time, okay?”
Dan sniffs, and a tear falls onto his cheek. He nods readily, seeming transfixed on Phil’s face.
Phil smiles at him, tiredly, and finds his hand. Then, he turns to Louise, still smiling.
“Sorry Lou, it’s really, really good to see you, but I think we need to get home.” Phil tells her apologetically. “Neither of us have slept, and we have... a lot of things to talk about.”
Louise nods, smiling broadly. Her own eyes sting with tears, her heart thumping with joy on their behalf.
“Don’t worry, gorgeous.” Louise tells him, gesturing for him to go. “I’ll see you both soon. Go wrap each other up in blankets.”
Phil nods, pulling Dan to his feet. Dan doesn’t resist. He allows Phil to lead him, like a trained puppy, speechless in the face of the situation.
Phil reaches over to pluck the cherry from Dan’s plate before he goes, and deposits it into his mouth, smiling sheepishly at Louise.
“Thanks for looking after him.” He tells her, and then gives her a small wave, leading Dan towards the exit, their hands still tightly clasped together.

Their Heroes and Hearts (part 7)
"Here we are. Please make yourselves at home." Rosanna motions to a peaceful inn.
The inn looks like a cozy cottage surrounded by colorful flowers and a stone path leading to the door. The chimney has smoke coming out of it and the sent of baked goods hits the girls. It is in between a clearing with trees circling it as if protecting it. There is a pink sign on the front door saying open in curly writing. The girls look at the sign in front of them in bright colors reading "Nerdy Nummies Inn".
"I didn't know this place existed." Signe looks around as she walks along the stone path to the door. She admires the flowers happily.
"Well this place is hidden. It is a secret inn only to those who are in need of help with good hearts. No enemy can come through here. I have some dust surrounding this area so no if an enemy does come here they see nothing but emptiness. It is safe here." Rosanna opens the door and lets everyone walk in.
Just was the door opens there is an amazing smell of goodies and food. There is a sitting room to the left and another to the right. Further up is a dinning area with many tables and a door that leads to a kitchen. There is also a counter at the front of the door with many keys hanging on the wall and a open book on clean pages. There is a stair case leading to a second floor with must be where the rooms are. After a while Amy begins to realize the outside of the inn looked smaller than and the inside is so huge.
It must be another spell too. Amy thinks.
"Here please sign your names here." Rosanna goes behind the counter and takes out a quill and ink. Once you do you are able to come here anytime you want."
"Really? So anytime we come around here we can stay here. That's great." Marzia looks around the inn admiring.
"Actually if you think hard about this place it can appear anywhere for you to rest if you want. When your name is in this book it will glow when someone needs this place and they will see it appear before them." Rosanna explains.
"Neat!" Amy saids.
Marzia writes her name first and Rosanna gets a plate and pours some ink on it. She kneels down infront of the pugs and places it infront of them. "Your puppies can sign in too." Edgar sniffs it and has the urge to lick the ink but Maya nudges him and barks. Maya puts her paw in the plate and them stamps the book. Edgar does the same but his print was more messy looking. Marzia giggles and sees that the ink on their paws have disappeared instantly so there is no mess. Signe signs her name after and Amy follows. The book closes and three keys come off the wall and float infront of the girls.
"Here are the keys to your room. The door will have your name on them. Please settle in and if you are all hungry I can make some food." Rosanna smiles sweetly.
"O but we haven't paid anything." Marzia digs into her bag for her coin pouch.
"O no its for free. My place in open to any weary traveler in need without charge. I just want to help whenever I can." Rosanna's wings flutter happily.
"Thank you so much Rosanna." Signe smiles.
The girls head upstairs and look at a long hallway full of doors. They walk down the hall looking for their names, as they pass other doors they see names they recognize and some they don't. They find their doors and each open the door with their key.
Amy looks in and is in awe of what she sees. There is a bookshelf full of books and crafts. A small desk against a wall with a bed beside it. A vanity is on another wall and a table with a chair beside it. This room looks close to something she would want for a room.
Signe smiles as she enters her room. She has a table with small potted plants on it. There is a small desk for her with paper and a pencil for her drawings. She has a vanity too that has vines around it. She sits on her bed looking around happily and plots on her back.
Marzia opens her door and the pups run in. Beside her bed is two smaller beds for the pugs that Maya and Edgar jump on. Her vanity is pink and she finds a table with books on cooking recipes. She loves the look of her room being so bright, she giggles as the pugs jump on the bed.
They all put down their things and leave their room to go downstairs. As they head down their mouths water smelling something so good. They walk into the dinning room and sit at a table for three. They look around and find no one else if there. Then Rosanna walks in the dinning room and places some plates with food infront of them all. She bends down and gives two bowels to the pugs and they happily dig in.
"Is anyone else here? We saw the names on the doors." Signe asks.
"O yes but they are sleeping in right now. They have traveled very far and are heading toward the kingdom so they need the rest. Although they just might wake up smelling this." Rosanna giggles. "Usually when I make something they get up and run down here."
Rosanna leaves them be and the girls eat happily. They take a bite and sink into their chairs at the same time sighing happily. They dig in eager and once they are finished let out a breath, Sign pats her belly. Just as they thought that it couldn't get better Rosanna comes back with some cookies and the girls take them fast. After they finished Marzia remembers something Rosanna had said.
"Rosanna you mentioned you knew the boys. Did they come here?" Marzia asks.
"Why yes they did. They came in with others to rest for a while. They stayed for a night and left as soon as the sin came up. I have their names in the book as well. They were very kind and full of energy. Maybe a bit loud too. One of them broke a table jumping on it. He got to hyper with the sweets and ran around." Rosanna laughs.
"Sean defiantly." Signe sighs shaking her head.
"O yes him and Tyler I believed had to carry him to his room when the sugar died down. Also Ethan too had a sugar rush and was taken to his room by Tyler too." Rosanna sighs. "They were all a very lively bunch. How are they? Are you going to meet up with them?"
The girls look at each other sadly. "Sean, Mark, and Felix were taken by something dark and evil. The others made it home safely because they gave themselves up to save them. We are here because we are going to save them." Signe saids softly.
Rosanna looks upset. She sits down. "I didn't know... I don't usually hear much besides from the people that come through here. They haven't said a thing about this. I'm so sorry."
"No it's alright. You didn't know." Amy saids softly. "We still can't believed it happened. Everyone is worried and panicking back in the kingdom."
"You three are so brave for coming this way to find them." Rosanna saids in awe.
"We don't even really know where we are going. We all just got up and left without a plan and well here we are." Marzia sighs.
"Well i think even so you are the only ones who are doing something about it. That should count for something right?" Rosanna saids.
The girls look at each other. They didn't think of that. They thought others would come to help look for them but only they were the ones that left. Just as they think they hear footsteps running downstairs.
"Your going to slip down again if you aren't careful!" One voice nags.
"I think i got it this time!" Second voice saids. Soon there is a loud thud followed by some cursing.
"Told you so..." Voice one sighs.
"Well this time it doesn't hurt as bad." Second voice saids happy.
The girls look at the source of the voices and are surprised as they walk into the dining room. The two boys walk in and notice the girls also looking surprised.
"What are you guys going here?" Dan and Phil ask at the same time.

Recording Academy Announces Nominees For The 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Special Grammy Moments. Courtesy of the  Recording Academy®.
SANTA MONICA, CALIF. (NOV. 20, 2019)—Recording Academy® President/CEO President/CEO Deborah Dugan alongside Academy Chair of the Board of Trustees and renowned record producer Harvey Mason Jr., as well as GRAMMY Awards® host Alicia Keys and past two-time Grammy® nominee Bebe Rexha, today revealed nominees for the 62nd GRAMMY Awards in select categories. This year's nominees reflect a melting pot of artistic innovation that defined the year in music, showcasing the unparalleled craftsmanship of established artists and the industry-shifting impact of rising music creators. Leading nominees Lizzo (8), Billie Eilish (6) and Lil Nas X (6) not only topped the charts but ignited a cultural conversation around their genre-bending hits. As the only peer-selected music award, the GRAMMY Awards are voted on by the Recording Academy's membership body of music makers, who represent all genres and creative disciplines, including recording artists, songwriters, producers, mixers and engineers.
"I am in complete awe of the inspiring nominees who have poured their hearts and souls into their craft, and in turn, have provided fans worldwide a year of music that changed us, stirred our emotions and inspired us to do more," said Dugan. "Today's announcement reflects a new era for the Recording Academy—an army of engaged members that welcomes diversity, embraces creativity and champions young musicians on the rise. It's shaping up to be a year of firsts, and I can promise that the 62nd GRAMMY Awards will pack the same punch as this year's nominees. I am proud to march forward alongside our members and nominated artists."
GRAMMY® winner Tasha Cobbs Leonard earns her fourth nomination for her worship anthem, “This Is A Move (Live),” in the Best Gospel Performance/Song Category. The single, released earlier this year, was co-written by Cobbs Leonard, along with Brandon Lake, Tony Brown and Nate Moore.
Emerging gospel soul singer Gene Moore also earns his first GRAMMY® nod for his sophomore album, Tunnel Vision, which was released in August of this year. The project’s lead single, “Won’t Be Moved,” (co-written by BJ the Chicago Kid and Cedric “Ced” Smith) continues to climb the radio charts, with Moore recently wrapping his participation on two legs of India.Arie’s Worthy Tour and labelmate Brian Courtney Wilson’s Just B(e) Tour.
Breakout New Orleans-based band Tank and The Bangas are nominated for “Best New Artist.” Of the nomination the band says, “This moment is for every open mic, garage band and underground movement that ever took place. We’re reminded by this nomination that anything is possible. Tank and The Bangas are possible.”
Queen of country-soul Yola received four nominations including Best New Artist and three nominations in the Roots category including Best American Roots Song, Best American Roots Performance (for “Faraway Look”) and Best Americana Album for her debut Dan Auerbach-produced album, Walk Through Fire. Auerbach also received a nomination for for Producer Of The Year for his work on albums including Walk Through Fire.
Yola stated, “To be nominated for four awards in the 10th month of my debut year is beyond a dream come true. Thank you to my incredible team and everyone who has supported and believed in me along the way. Great to see such incredible talent nominated alongside me.”
This year's nominees were selected from more than 20,000 submissions across 84 categories, and reflect the wide range of artistic innovation that defined the year in music (Oct. 1, 2018–Aug. 31, 2019). Strawberries and Eggs
The origin story of Dan and Phil could have been fabricated from a writer's mind, crafted to be a love story for the big screen. When Dan started to watch Phil's videos he knew that he had found the perfect channel, relating to and enjoying the creative goof's content, Dan was hooked.
A03
After watching several videos, he worked up the courage to create a Twitter account in May of 2009 and Tweeted at Phil. In June Phil had tweeted him back and later in the month became is Facebook "friend," shortly after Dan had turned 18. This was around the same time Dan had started to assert himself as an adult, so to celebrate Dailybooth milestones, he started to take risqué pictures, now coining them as "Nakedbooth." Honestly, Dan loved the attention, but he was pretty much only valuing the attention of one specific person.
In later October, they were already spending hours talking and Dan's sexual ambiguity came into question a lot; especially after hinting at intimacy between him and Phil. With comments such as, "can you be pillow?" Or Phil asking, "can I be player 2," (in response to a naked Dan with a controller over his crotch,) the internet wildly speculated on the nature of their relationship.  Both of them flirted openly at this time but made no real effort to address or define their relationship. They flirted without acknowledging they were doing so, at least not to the outside world.
Phil had convinced Dan to upload a video, so "Hello, Internet," was unleashed on the world. It was well-received and shortly after, "Butterfingers" was also uploaded. Phil was right, they were good videos and people liked Dan's content as well. That week was wonderfully stressful because on the 19th Dan and Phil met in person. Dan stayed with Phil for a few days, they recorded the first PINOF and got to know each other better. After that, they made frequent trips to see each other and to go to events together. Dan went to Uni in Manchester and Phil had a flat there as well; they were uncertain of the future, but they knew they wanted to be together. This proved to be very useful when Dan had to be admitted to the hospital in Manchester, when he needed to do laundry and when he needed Phil's support when he decided to ultimately withdraw from University. They were spending all of their time together anyway, so in the late summer of 2011, they moved into a flat together.
They had been here a few months now; they were getting to know each other's day to day habits. Messaging over the internet, taking trips together and visiting each other's homes was one thing, living together was entirely different. It was great and it was also trying. Phil left every drawer and cupboard door open, Dan sang loudly in the shower, but for the most part, it was great. They were able to do more things living together thus "The Super Amazing Project" was born. They were having the time of their lives, and the followers were increasing and coming along with them.
"Phil, why are your socks on the coffee table?"
"I may want them again later."
"But why do they need to be on the coffee table?"
"So I can find them again later,"
"You're so annoying,"
"Your mum's annoying,"
"Shut up," Phil smiled, his tongue poking out the side of his mouth.
In December they filmed "How to make Christmas cookies," editing out the sticky kisses and excited chatter about their upcoming Christmas special on BBC Radio 1. Everything was going great and they both were in awe thinking about this new opportunity. They had never dreamed that being Youtubers could transition into mainstream media, but it had.
They decided to film a "Day in the Life" video, showing off Manchester. They filmed themselves getting groceries delivered, watching shows, reading emails and even the prison they lived near. Once in town, they filmed themselves going to various places and just having fun. It seemed like whatever they did together, their followers loved it. Dan and Phil were allowed to be spontaneous, silly and creative and everyone loved it.
They went to Playlist live together, meeting some of their audience and getting to know other Youtubers. Soon after Phil decided to do a live show on a site called "Younow," this was yet another way to connect with their followers who were paying their bills. As questions flew by, he saw one about the infamous breakfast bar, "Dan climbs on it more than anything,"
In the background, Dan yelled, "It's fun, you should try it!!"
"It is meant to eat at, Dan, not climb on."
Dan wanted to go to Las Vegas for his 21st birthday, so that's what they did. Dan had every intention of uploading footage from the festivities, but as the adage went, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.  Maybe he would upload something at some point, but he didn't make an asserted effort to do so. There would be a lot that would have to be edited out anyway.  If he were honest, he doubted he would ever post any footage from that trip.
After Vidcon, they decided to look for flats in London, Dan announced this on his first live show in a hotel room with terrible acoustics. They needed more space and wanted to be in London for more career opportunities.
When they got back, Dan knew how he wanted to say goodbye to the Manchester flat.  When Phil had left to get more boxes to pack the Kitchen, Dan set his plan into motion, making sure everything was in place.
Phil rode the lift back up to their apartment with an armload of boxes, he struggled to open the door, but when he did, he was greeted with Dan, laid on top of the breakfast bar.  His nipples covered with whipped cream and bright reddish-pink panties covered his crotch. The room smelled of Strawberries.
"Ah, Dan?"
"Hey, Phil. So, you know how you said the Breakfast bar was for eating at, not climbing on? Well, tonight we are doing both, I am the meal. Eat me,"
Phil smirked dropping the boxes and shedding his coat. "You do smell very tasty," Phil swiped the whipped cream off one of Dan's nipples with his thumb and made a show of sucking it off. “When did you get these, I wonder,” His finger then trailed down Dan's belly, stopping right before the panties, bending down and licking the parts covering Dan's hardening cock. "Mmm, I love strawberries," Phil sucked at the panties, small parts started to break away. "You're so delicious," Dan moaned.
"See, it's good to climb on and eat at," Dan choked out.
Phil sucked at the head of Dan's strawberry covered cock, “Yeah, I think you’re right,” breaking the gummy covering, Phil now was just sucking on skin.
"Yes," Dan hissed.
Phil dug his tongue into the hole he had created, taking more of the panties into his mouth and exposing more of Dan’s skin.
“Please, more,” Dan moaned.
Phil used his hands to free Dan the rest of the way from the panties, he didn't think he could eat any more of them. He maneuvered his red-stained tongue up to Dan's stomach, circling his belly button, traveled up his treasure trail onto one nipple, then the next, licking them clean. “Mm, tasty boy.”
"God, that feels good," Dan moaned, "Phil, I want you to fuck me on this breakfast bar. I've always wanted to do that. I don't want to move out until we have, please,”
Phil laughed, "I'm not opposed to this idea, especially since you've laid out a feast for me, we're gonna have to improvise, "
"Okay?" Dan watched Phil walk to the other side of the kitchen, he started to rifle through the cupboards, pulling out various items and leaving them on the counter.  His face lit up as if he had an idea, and went to the fridge. He pulled out the carton of eggs, cracking the last two and pouring the egg whites into a bowl.
"Get on your hands and knees,"
Dan complied, "Are we using egg whites as lube, Phil?"
"I saw it online once, that they work," Phil started to trace Dan's entrance,
"Holy shit, that's cold!" Dan shrieked, recoiling.
"Sorry, all of the lube is packed," applying some to himself he gasped at the temperature change. As he entered Dan, the coldness quickly faded. "Not so cold anymore.” He gasped,
“No, it’s not, fuck me, Phil,
“I'm so glad we did this,"
"Me too, even if we are all sticky." Phil sped up his pace, thrusting into Dan, kissing the back of his neck. “Close,”
“Me too, harder, please,”
After they had finished, they cleaned up the breakfast bar and showered, then they continued to pack the kitchen.
“I’m going to miss this breakfast bar,” Dan said,
“You are so sentimental, Dan,” Phil smiled.
“Shut up, I just showed you how amazing it could be, didn’t I?”
“Yes, you did. I will miss this apartment too, we have so many "firsts" here,”
“Yes, we do." Dan shook his head, this was bittersweet. "We’re never going to miss it if we don’t move out, we need to keep packing,”
“Right you are,”
Dan opened one of the cupboards, “Phil!" Look! We had olive oil!  Why the fuck did we have to use the freezing cold egg whites?"
Phil shrugged, "eggs needed to be used anyway,”
Dan threw the empty carton at his head, “You idiot,”
“But you love me,”
“Yeah, I do.”

Think Before you Speak!
I was sent a prompt by the lovely @mairenyaf as follows:
‘I have a prompt (even tho you're not asking for any I just really want you to write this cause I love your writing) established relationship au where they do a joint live show because Phil has laryngitis so he texts Dan all he wants to say so Dan reads it to the audience and Phil sends Dan some sappy message and Dan reads it without noticing so that's how they come out, very fluffy and a kiss at end of the live show so i can live my dreams through fiction (you can add all you'd like Ily).’
I truly hope you like this, my lovely. I did my best with the prompt. Enjoy!
***
Phil had woken up that morning with laryngitis. His throat had been feeling a little scratchy since his return from America just over a week ago, but he thought nothing was actually going to come of it this time, as usually the virus would break a few days after getting home. He’d been trying to shout up their connecting staircase to Dan that he’d made coffee, and when no sound had come out, Phil had slumped at the kitchen table with his head in his hands. So when he awoke to find his voice was totally gone, he was less than happy - especially as it was the first Thursday since getting back to the UK and he’d been looking forward to doing a liveshow, the first in a few weeks. When Dan had woken he found his boyfriend curled up beside him in bed looking thoroughly fed-up and miserable.
“Morning, love,” said Dan sleepily.
But got no reply from Phil.
“Okay, what have I done?” sighed Dan.
Phil motioned to his throat.
“What? I don’t understand what you’re trying to tell me. Just talk to me Phil.”
For a moment Phil looked very frustrated before he extended an arm across to his nightstand and grabbed his phone. Phil opened his memo page and began to type.
‘I’ve lost my voice!’ :(
It took Dan a little while to process what exactly Phil had written, but when it did sink in, Dan let go a small laugh, causing Phil to glance at Dan balefully.
‘It’s not funny, Dan! I’ve got calls to make, plus a liveshow to do later.’  Typed Phil.
“Yes it is! It’s too funny. So I’m finally going to get a few days of peace at long last,” said Dan jokingly.
This caused Phil to pout.
‘I hate you!’
“No you don’t,” laughed Dan before pulling his boyfriend into his arms to give him a good morning cuddle.
***
All day Phil had been alternating between texting Dan and using his memo pad on his phone to communicate.
At around four o’clock Phil text Dan:
To: Danny Boy 16:00
Dan, I’ve just fallen over in the bathroom and now my ankle hurts! Help!
Dan came barging his way into the bathroom to find Phil sat on the floor holding his ankle, a sad expression on his face.
“What did you do? No, you know what, never mind, let’s get you onto the bed.”
Dan bent forward and helped pull Phil to his good foot. Phil wound his arms around Dan’s neck and buried his face in the crook - it was the place he loved the most and just held Dan close.
“Honestly Phil, you’re a nightmare,” said Dan softly before drawing back a little and planting a soft kiss to Phil’s forehead. “Come on, let’s get you out of here.”
Phil kept one arm wound around Dan’s neck, the other he held out to the side to try and balance himself as he hopped along the landing. A few times Phil nearly fell taking Dan with him, but thankfully, Dan managed to stay manfully upright.
Once Dan had managed to get Phil on to the bed, Dan collapsed across the end of the bed.
“Jesus Christ, Phil, you nearly had us both over,” complained Dan as he rubbed his arms.
Phil chucked his phone at Dan.
‘I’m so sorry, my foot went from under me and I just went down. It hurts so much.’
Dan sighed and sat up. “You had better let me check that.”
Gently, Dan pulled the sock off of Phil’s foot, and indeed there was a slight swelling.
“Right grab a couple of the spare pillows underneath my top one whilst I go and grab an ice pack from the freezer,” ordered Dan.
Doing as he was told, Phil grabbed the spares, and put them under his ankle to elevate it. Dan was back in minutes with an ice pack wrapped in a tea-towel and gently placed it on Phil’s ankle. This action caused Phil to wince a little at the cold contact to his skin, but this soon melted away.
“Okay?” asked Dan.
Phil just nodded miserably.
***
‘Dan, I want to still do a liveshow tonight? Will you be my voice?’ asked Phil via his memo pad a couple of hours later.
“Really Phil? Can’t you just put a tweet out explaining that you’ve lost your voice, and you’ll do one next week?” asked Dan with a frown.
‘No! It’s been a few weeks as it is, and I want to see everyone’s lovely words!’ typed Phil stubbornly.
“You mean get attention, you tart,” said Dan good-naturedly.
Phil had the good grace to blush at that statement.
‘So you’ll do it? Pls? Ily!’
Phil gave Dan his most loving smile, the smile that made Dan feel like agreeing to anything.
“Okay, okay, I’ll do it,” grumbled Dan. “I hate you!”
But Phil just winked.
***
Phil put out a tweet:
Phil Lester
Hey guys! So I am doing a liveshow tonight, but I’ve lost my voice, so Dan has agreed to be my voice tonight. See you at 7pm.
***
The liveshow was a few minutes late starting due to Dan mucking about in the kitchen making drinks for them both.
When Dan had sat down, Phil hit the ‘Go Live’ button and the show began. Dan knew the routine of saying hello to some of Phil’s followers as they arrived. Once sufficient amount of people had been greeted, Dan turned to Phil, and hastily, Phil began to text. The phone in Dan’s pocket pinged.
Dan let out an inaudible sigh and pulled his phone out of his pocket to read Phil’s message aloud.
‘Hey guys, so thanks for joining us tonight. As you can see I have lost my voice so I have Dan acting as my voice for this evening.’
Phil began scanning the chat for questions whilst Dan made some small talk. A moment later, Dan’s phone pinged again.
‘Mary asks: How was Vidcon? It was good. Got to see lots of our friends again, and to meet a lot of you guys, which is always nice. Though whoever it was that sneezed on me is in my bad books lol.’
Dan read the text aloud again.
“Would you like me to read the premium messages?” asked Dan of Phil.
Phil gave a nod of approval.
“Phangirl33 says: thx for doing the show tonight,” read Dan.
Ping.
“Phil said: Thanks for being here,” read Dan.
The longer the liveshow went on, the more irritated Dan seemed to be getting. He wasn’t even really paying attention to what was even being said anymore. Which in the end caused Dan to make a huge mistake!
Dan read aloud the text that Phil had just sent him.
‘Dan, I know you’re not enjoying this very much, but I really do appreciate you doing this for me. You know if it was the other way around I would do the same for you, right? I love you so very, very much, Dan, always have and I always will.’
Dan’s eyes widen when he realised what exactly it was he’d done. He hadn’t meant to have read that message aloud, Dan looked at Phil in complete horror. Phil looked as if he was ready to pass out, Dan didn’t dare look at the chat has he knew full well what was likely being said. For a moment the guys just stared at each other before Phil began to silently laugh at the whole damn situation. It wasn’t long before Dan started laughing his head off too.
“I can’t believe I’ve just royally fucked up like that,” spluttered Dan. Red faced and wet cheeked, and totally forgetting about the liveshow for a moment. It wasn’t until Phil started pointing at the laptop did Dan remember. Dan gave Phil an enquiring look, and when Phil nodded Dan began to speak.
“Okay, so we hadn’t intended to come out that way, fuck, we never intended to come out at all, we were going to leave to your imaginations. But now that I’ve gone and screwed things up, this is it,” said Dan nervously.
Dan dared glance at the chat, it was speeding along at a hundred miles per hour by now, and was full of ‘OMG!’ ‘I’m crafting’ ‘Kiss’ ‘ASDFGHJKL WHAT?’ ‘WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?’ Dan glanced back at Phil before wrapping a large hand around the side of Phil’s neck and pulling him in for a kiss.
When they broke apart, they found the stream had completely crashed. The servers had been broken and they were just facing a black screen.
“Oops!” muttered Dan. Right now, his worries about the backlash they were going to likely face over the next few days sat heavily on his shoulders, but at the same time Dan felt so free.
‘I can’t believe you did that, Dan! But I’m so glad you did. I love you, and at long last I feel so... free... what abt you?’
“Me too, Phil, me too.”

ok but like,,, what is it with 2017 and its changes? dan and phil moved. (either missing the old place or being happy for them) fall out boy came out with a lit af song but it's nothing like their other songs. (everyone freaking out and hating each other) paramore came out with songs that are lit af as well, but also not like before. (slightly less ppl freaking out) all time low is coming out with new songs and a new album in a month, which is also very different. (have you heard weightless and life of the party right after each other? im not saying these two must be compared but it came on shuffle like this and my heart is sobbing) (noone really has time to freak out) dan changed his channel's name. (rip Dan Is Not On Fire) (either ''finally'' or ''oh no rip im crafting'') dan is also ''giving people what they want'' aka throwing phan shit at us, dropping hints about them buying a house together in the future (phan 2022 is happening) welcomebackmychemicalromance trend on twitter ffs people what is up with you (fake but thanks for the heartattack) and it's only the 3rd of may!!!!! there's 8 more months of this year. any bets on what will happen?
