Dual Summoner and the Darkling -Another tale- Pt. 5 Bedroom (18+)

I was pulled from my thoughts when I felt his hand on my shoulder as I looked at him seeing that he was looking in my eyes. "Amira..you ok?" He asked as I nod. Those thoughts about him made me want him more as I leaned in close. "I'm just fine." I assured him as I kissed him. He kissed me back as we started to get enthralled again as he kissed my neck again as I moaned softly.

This man..he has such an effect on me.. I thought

I knew too well that it was our soulmate connection but still, I knew what I wanted and clearly he did too as we both removed each others clothes before we let them fall to the floor. I may have been shorter than him but that didn't mean I couldn't outsmart him. I pushed him on my bed as he was surprised and then went over as I climbed on top of him.

"Amira.." Aleksander said as I knew too well he wanted this just as much as I did. Part of me knew this was just my desire to feel something I hadn't in awhile but then I stopped..could he have tumbled someone else in the time we'd been apart? That thought lingered in my mind for a few moments.

He put a hand on my cheek as if he could tell I had hesitations "Amira..I've been searching for you all this time." He said as I felt my hesitation slip as I kissed him and he kissed me. I felt him adjust me before he thrusted inside of me as I moaned in the kiss and he used it to his advantage as his tongue slipped into my mouth and I was surprised.

The pace between us was evident and I broke the kiss as I moaned and leaned my head back..I had a feeling that I shouldn't be enjoying this but I couldn't help it. We kept thing going as I tried talking while tumbling. "Have you tumbled other girls?" I asked as he seemed to only increase his pace as I gasped.

"Even if I had, none compares to you." He said as he kept thrusting up into me as I gasped..and moaned as I leaned my head back. Part of me started to scream in my head that I needed to stop but I was too much into this as I knew I hadn't in so long..but the idea that another grisha touched him sort of angered me..

"That was not a.." I moaned as he hit just right spot within me that made me tremble, it didn't seem to matter what I did..We were soulmates..We were betrothed..We belonged together. " Amira, eya fyela chi.." Aleksander said as I knew he had to be lying..he just told me he loved me and that couldn't be true. (Translation: eya fyela chi - I love you)

My mind started to have many thoughts while we continued like why did I even allow this? He was the only one..the only one that I allowed to be with me like this as we moaned before I felt my release hit me. I stopped thinking about Kaitlyn being there as we kept going till we both collapsed after we both reached our end.. he had his arm around me as we both caught our breaths.

He had me look at him as we looked at each other and he seemed satisfied like I felt. "Eye Fyela Chi" Aleksander said as I shook my head. "Stop saying that..you don't." I said as I knew this was a mistake..all of our hookups were mistakes yet I kept making this choice. I removed his arm and got up as I knew if I stayed there he'd just try to remind me more about what just happened.

Saints..I'm doomed to make this choice over and over with being his soulmate..soulmates always end up together..but this was.. I thought

I felt him come up behind me as he pulled me close to him, the skin contact didn't help my thoughts as he smirked. "DId you or did you not tumble other girls before finding me again?" I asked as I knew the answer..a man has needs. Women had needs too, I had to satisfy my own when I needed.

I felt him touch my side as his hand slid down it "Yes, I had. I searched everywhere for you..but you seemed to always be so many steps ahead of me..you're different." He said as I looked at him from the corner of my eye. Was I really different? I tumbled with him..how many girls had he manipulated to use them?

He turned me around to face him "I didn't force you into this. You wanted this just as much as I did Amira.." He said as I hated the truth in his words..I did. I could still feel his hands on me in places no one else had touched even though he was only touching my shoulders. "You're my soulmate..you didn't ask the most important question. What I was thinking about when I was with them.." He said as I wondered if I even wanted to know. "What were you thinking about?" I asked as I figured it couldn't be that bad.. He lifted one hand up to my cheek as he leaned in and kissed me..my mind didn't want to resist all the way as I kissed him back and when he pulled away he looked into my eyes. "You..I thought about how it felt with our on again off again hook ups...how you look so distracted in pleasure..the way you looked just a few minutes ago." He said

I looked at him in surprise knowing that I was always being a bit harsh. "I am used to not having you around..so forgive me if yo-" "Push you into desire..make you feel things that you know you shouldn't." He said as he moved his hand down and slid his fingers inside of me as I moaned in reaction. "Whatever you do to yourself, is nothing compared to what I do..that brings you pleasure." He said as he started to move his fingers as I trembled under his touch and closed my eyes.

He started to increase his pace as I moaned again "See, your needs need taken care of too..you just need to let someone take care of them." He said as he continued but he backed me up to the wall which gave him more space to probe as I tried keeping my thoughts cleared. "That's it Amira..just let me take care of you.." Dual Summoner and the Darkling -another tale- pt. 4

My mood was done for the night as I walked home and then I walked into the house as Kaitlyn was there. "You're home already..and you look pissed. What happened?" Kaitlyn asked as I sighed "He found me! He found where I work..he requested me..he's using his power to get close!" I said

She knew how I felt about things when it came to the General but I'd always been this way, she knew from the look in my eyes it was the same man from my last life as Kristina De La Rosa. Kaitlyn walked over and hugged me "It'll be ok..you'll get through this." She assured me as I hugged her back. I had friends that was what happened but the truth was Kaitlyn was not always easy to get along with. She cold be a bad influence on me but we seemed to work fine.

I went to bed not long after but the next morning I couldn't help but feel like I heard the sound of a horse outside. I woke up first as I was making breakfast for us, see there was a secret about Kailtyn..she hated authority. Despite how casual she chose to be about the General seeking me out she was against it completely still the door got my attention being the only one awake. I didn't answer the door just walked to it having an idea who was there. "Who is it?" I asked as I heard him laugh a bit "So I was right, this is your house.." he said

I don't remember holding my breath but I must have cause I let it go as I looked at the door. Before I'd even decided to open the door Kaitlyn came out..she smelled the breakfast I had made. Ove the years she'd developed a problem with authority people and that's exactly who the General was as she went and opened the door. keeping me behind it "General, it is impolite to be showing up uninvited to someone's home." Kaitlyn said as he seemed to look at her. "And you are?" He asked as I didn't move. "I live here..You think this will win her over it will not. She doesn't like you General." Kaitlyn said as I knew that wasn't entirely true.

I moved to stand by Kaitlyn as I looked at him "Let's settle this fairly..please come in." I said as he walked in. I closed the door and mouthed to Kaitlyn "Stop it..go get ready." then I led him to the kitchen "Want something to drink?" I asked as he seemed to be watching me. I knew what he wanted as he walked over and had me look at him. "Come to the little palace Amira..be my lieutenant General of 2nd army..you are my soulmate. Your hand was promised to me long ago you should take things into consideration." He said

My hand was what? I thought

I was born over a hundred years ago and I should have been told about such things...then I remembered grandma wanting me to go on a date with her friend's son..which was him. It was always supposed to be like that but she and I were close so she probably didn't want to pressure me. He leaned in close as I felt his breath "Tell me there is nothing between us..that you feel nothing." He said as I tried to keep my thoughts clear "I feel..I feel.." feeling his breath I remembered how in that moment of needing to survive the cold I'd given him my first kiss and my first time..I was a big believer you couldn't just tumble with some emotional attachment.

"Say it.." He said as I was trying to work through the Haze of my thoughts which only caused me to get aroused remembering what he did. It was a key to survival but as I opened my eyes seen he was so close. In my haze thoughts I leaned in and closed the gap between our lips, we were Grisha soulmates it was inevitable for me to resist. He realized what I did as he kissed me back and he had me pinned against my kitchen sink in fact he'd raised me up where I was sitting on the edge as we kissed. He broke the kiss to kiss down my neck and I'd completely forgotten about Kaitlyn as he did so..

Kaitlyn found us with him kissing my neck and me not even fighting him, in fact he'd stood right in the space between my legs as he was doing so. It felt like a trance I'd fallen under when Kaitlyn cleared her through. I opened my eyes as we pulled away but looked at her. "Look I don't like authority people but if you want to tumble with the General. Do it in your bedroom Amira." Kaitlyn said

I blushed a bit knowing she'd seen me but...Saints! I wanted him I knew it would send the wrong meddage..as I knew that this man was the heretic. He seemed to see it in my eyes though that I wanted it..I hadn't tumbled in years..I thought about it but in truth..there were times I'd crossed paths with him before after the first..times we didn't talk about..times I never told anyone except once. I literally had a pregnancy scare the last time as I'd been late only for it to come later. Only grandma knew about the time I thought I'd gotten pregnant.

Before I even moved he picked me up and took me down the hallway "I think we need to talk privately." He said as I looked at Kailtyn. She slyly smirked even though she hated him! "have fun" She mouth as I lightly glared. Kaitlyn and I put threads on our doors to know the difference so mine had gold and blue as he opened it and then set me down. I walked in and he followed seeing the room. Drawing after drawing of the stag on my wall, each dated the night I was woken up.

"Well look at that.." He said as he took it in as I leaned against the wall as I thought about our last encounter before the time I faked my death as he was examing my pictures.

-flashback-

My family and I had to split up for safety reasons the enemy had been too close and three sun summoners were just an eye sore. I had to let my sister deal with her own and I'd had to leave her and Kaitlyn. If fact I'd had a run in with one of the enemy when I was running as I had formed light in one hand and Tidemaker water in the other "Out of my way!" I yelled as I combined it and cut them down. I didn't let go but then I was surrounded by two more as they knocked me down. I'd crawled back and was trying to get enough distance to fight when I'd seen them cut in half.

A horse..black horse had came over and offered their hand to me "Kristina, you're a long way from home." He said as I had stood up and took his hand. He'd pulled me up and took me away from there as he had me ride up front. I'd always been lyrie of him but he seemed to be there when I needed backup. I questioned exactly how he kept finding me unless he had people watching me..only I didn't know how right that theory was.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked as he had the horse keep going but it was already clear he didn't take me to the little palace. He wasn't even heading that direction as he was quiet before we'd ended up in a house. It looked well kept but no one lived here that was clear as he got off and walked in with me. "You'll be safe here Kristina.." He said as I looked at him and I knew we were alone. "How do you keep finding me?" I asked back then as he walked over and he moved my hair as he gently touched my soulmate mark "I can feel when you're in danger and how close I am to you."

We both had been close in fact to the point I leaned in and so did he as we kissed, it was an influence of the marks that's what I thought back then..still do now. I'd had a cloak my family had given me then as he'd removed it from me before picking me up. My legs had wrapped around his waist pulling off that kefta he had back then as it'd fell on the floor before he'd laid me down. he'd kissed my neck just as he had done back in my kitchen and unbuttoned my shirt. At least that's how it started till we just undressed eachother. I hadn't thought about what entirely I was doing then as we both were just in a lustful mindset after that as we indulged in what we wanted.

Dual Summoner and The Darkling -Princess version- pt. 11 -Wedding-

I questioned everything in that moment, I was not supposed to kiss him..I was not supposed to give myself to him until the wedding. I hated it! I was not free from any of this yet and I had another year. Still when it was time for bed I tried to sleep but my heart was not calming down as we were in separate beds. When I finally did fall asleep I was able to sleep before I was awoken by a dream.

Aleksander was right by my side as he put a hand on my cheek and looked at me but it wasn't the first time I'd been woken up like this. "My book.." I said as he moved to my bag and got the sketchbook and pencil but before he handed it to me he opened it seeing the pages were filled with the stag. "You neglected to mention you've been seeing this." He said as he handed it to me and I took it as I made a new sketch out. I used a small bit of light to see as it was dark to get the details right as he went over and watched as the blank page started to show. "Your seeing this when you sleep." Aleksander said

"I always have, my own family members do too that are Sun Summoners." I said as I put it down when I finished and put my hand over my eyes. I hated this but it was the way of life as I saw him reach for it but I grabbed it wrapped my arm around it and I laid down to try to sleep. I knew he was watching me as I figured he hardly slept "You should sleep." I said as he seemed to be looking over the map.

This went on for the week and then for months we were back and forth arguing and sometimes he'd break his resistance to kiss me. I kissed him back but his resistance was what got to me as he managed to pull himself away before it ever went too far. Within the little palace no one ever really knew. I didn't have to attend any parties that I didn't want to with being here and I was under his watch.

Yet the night before the wedding came before I knew it after he'd set things up, my birth parents were there and I was sitting in my room in the little palace. Marie and Nadia who I had a chance to meet were to keep me company were able to keep me from my anxiety as they were playing with different hairstyles for my hair tomorrow.

"Are you nervous?" Marie asked as I smiled a little "I'm terrified..I've known the General since my presentation and I have not always seen eye to eye with him..and I'm terrified of people watching us after the vows." I admitted as the two stopped looking in the mirror. I wasn't even sure if I was ready, maybe I was but I didn't want to be losing what made me innocent infront of so many people.

"I didn't realize so many things were involved but then you're considered the Princess..different expectations." Nadia said but we played cards and since I'd been old enough to drink I had a cup of Kvas. I knew the princes drank this and Nikolai still was not back but I'd sent word of what was happening. So imagine my surprise when I got a letter and I opened it reading it.

"What is it?" Marie asked as I was shocked but then put it away as I knew this was the only way I could be free was to marry Aleksander. "Nikolai..he's coming home. He'll be at the wedding." I said shocking them both. After that we didn't have much else to say except that we knew it was not going to be easy.

When the next morning came I was getting prepared though I admit I wanted to see Aleksander. I'd come to enjoy his company and I'd been secretly sneaking in his room to get used to the idea of sharing a room. The temptation there the whole time but I knew it wasn't allowed so I had to go with what was going on. Marie and Nadia helped me in the dress that I was to wear for the wedding.

Since my grandmother and grandfather had came my grandmother came to my room and decided to help with my hair for the wedding. I was hesitant but still I missed her and was glad things could be good.

I could tell she was working on making it work as we were silent at first before she spoke. "Aleksander is your Grisha soulmate..your father said the King and Queen allowed it only because of this.." I didn't move but I smiled "I'm nervous..but I'm happy..sadly I am subjected to their ways.." I said as I hated it. Being subjected to the King and Queen's rules it wasn't fair but then I remembered she had brought some family things as she smiled.

My grandma looked in the mirror with me as I smiled seeing her smiling. "You're a beautiful bride Amira." Grandma said as I was still hesitant but this was my freedom. "One last thing you have to endure is this wedding and what the royals require..after that you're free." Grandma assured me as I nod in agreement.

I got up from where I was after grandma put the veil on me and pulled the part that went over my face. When we were done I heard the sound of my door as I looked seeing my birth father there. He offered his hand to me "Your future awaits my Princess." Father said as I figured the king allowed him this. After all biologically I was my birth father's daughter as I took a breath and took his hand as he led me out. "I hate this..you marrying him..knowing who he is." Father said softly as I knew it was true. "I can..change his mind." I assured him

When we made it to the room I got nervous with all the people looking at me and I was held with high expectations. Aleksander looked back at me as he seemed in shock with how I was dressed up. My heart squeezed in my chest as I wanted to deny this to say I wasn't in love with him..but I am in love with him. When my father and I made it to the end of the aisle he handed my hand to Aleksander yet I felt it in his grip he didn't want to.

It'll be ok dad..but you won't like what is next. I thought

We were grisha soulmates therebefore we went with a different direction as the priest brought forth wine and a cup as the priest filled it. I didn't pay attention to the first part of what he said as I looked at Aleks. I was to marry him, be the General's wife and give him claim to the Ravkan throne. Somehow it all felt like so much was happening at once when the priest got my attention.

"Princess Amira" he said as he offered me a ceremonial knife as I looked at it then at him as Aleksander whispered in my ear "You have to cut me lightly just enough for a few drops." He whispered as I looked at him. I realized I must have looked like a fool but I wasn't even sure as I took it and he held his hand over the cup.

I'm really doing this...our blood will mix in this cup and we'll drink. I'll be bound to him..to my Grisha soulmate..to the black heretic.. I thought

I knew that last thought about him being the black heretic was a bit harsh, he didn't really seem power hungry as they said. He'd told me and I'd accepted he probably was wanting to destroy the fold as I kept hold of the knife and then made the light cut seeing the blood drops go into the cup as I put the blade and got the cloth wrapping it around the cut. After that Aleksander took my hand as I was still hesitant as he took the ceremonial knife and made a slight cut as I flinched as drops of my blood dropped into the cup before he set the knife down and got the cloth wrapping it around my own.

I saw the look on my dad's face that I would be blood bound to him by this marriage but this was my freedom. The priest mixed it before us as a healer came over to tend to us then sat down before the priest handed me the cup. "Moya Tsarevna" the priest said getting my attention as I took the cup knowing the blood in it was a Dual Summoner's blood and a Shadow Summoner's blood who had used Merzost. "Repeat after me Moya Tsarevna. I, Princess Amira take you General Kirigan as my husband as I drink from the cup of our shared life to come." The Priest said as I looked at Aleksander "I, Princess Amira take you General Kirigan as my husband as I drink from the cup of our shared life to come." I said as I lifted the cup to my lips and drank half the wine mixed with our blood then I handed the cup to him.

The priest then looked at him "General, please repeat after me. I, General Kirigan take you Princess Amira as my wife as I drink from the cup of our shared life to come." The Priest said as Aleksander looked at me. Part of him wanted to say the truth and perhaps he would once we were away but for now he'd follow the priest. "I, General Kirigan take you Princess Amira as my wife as I drink from the cup of our shared life to come." He said as he put the wine to his lips and drank what was left. We truly did not need rings bound by what was already happening yet a servant brought them as we took the one for the other, he slid the one for me on my ring finger and I did the same for him.

"By the power vested in me by the saints, I now pronounce you husband and wife. General you may kiss your bride." The priest said as Aleksander claimed my lips in a kiss. I kissed him back and once that was done people headed over to the other room where the next part was going to be. We were left alone as no one else was there and Aleksander kneeled down before me as he looked at me. "I, Aleksander Morozova take you Amira Silina as my wife for as long as we both live." He said to me as we were eternal and I smiled. "Say it please Amira..the right way." Aleksander asked as I nod. "I, Amira Silina take you Aleksander Morozova as my husband for as long as both live." I said

Aleksander stood up and kissed me again as he held me close and I kissed him back but still to the people I was Princess Amira. "We need to go." I said as he nods and brushed a piece of hair out of my face. "I'll do what I can to protect you from being too exposed at the wedding night part for now, enjoy the next part the wedding dinner." Aleksander said as he led me to the other room.

Wedding part over..wedding dinner now..then the wedding night. I thought

Soulmates? pt. 26 Resistance until surrender

Aleks continued kissing my neck as his hand slipped inside and into my underwear as his fingers teased my folds as I bit down refusing to give him what he wanted. He moved them in and teased my slit as I shook my head refusing to give him the reaction he wanted before he slid them in and I gasped. "So wet for me already...you have been anticipating when I came for you." Aleksander said as he used his free hand to pull the pants and underwear down exposing my lower half to him. "W-Why would I be waiting for you? I have Nico..I could have been waiting for him to take me." I said as he stopped with my words.

I knew what I said crossed the line but I wondered just how much I could test the waters with him. He teased me with his fingers as I shook my head "Your saying that tracker caused this?" He said as I tried to nod but I couldn't because it was a lie. He kept teasing me and I felt that the arousal was getting worse. "Your practically drenched and my fingers are inside of you.." Aleksander whispered against my ear as he kept his movements. "What's to stop me from showing you that what you truly want is me taking you right here and then sneak into your bedroom after you invite me in the window to have my way with you." again he kept moving his fingers within me while he placed a kiss on my neck. "Keeping you quiet while your grandparents, your parents, your sibling and your tracker sleep. Watch you ride me or take me as you want to make sounds but know what will happen if you do."

I hated to admit it but he knew just what to say as he must have felt me clench around his fingers. "Oh you like that..the idea of almost being caught." Aleksander said as he moved his fingers. I gasped giving in to the moment as I closed my eyes. "Aleks please.." I finally begged as he stopped "please what?" He asked as if my begging wasn't enough. "Do it..please..I need you." I finally broke as he kissed my shoulder. "That's my girl. All you have to do was ask." Aleksander said as he quickly removed his fingers as I whined. The sound easy to tell of his Kefta coming off and his pants being undone. He wasted no time once he was able to get himself out did he thrust into me as I put a hand over my mouth and moaned. He made sure I was looking in the mirror as he made quick work of being hard and fast. "See Amira..you're mine. You could test things out with your tracker but it will never compare to what I do." Aleksander whispered in my ear.

Saints! He only makes me want him more! I thought

He knew Nico and my brother were out there that he couldn't be too rough with me. Yet he made quick work with what time he had to make the knot within Me build as I moaned softly. "Saints! Your already close. " Aleksander said as he smirked teasing. I wanted to yell and I almost did had he not decided to go even harder and faster. I knew as a vampire he could push me past my normal limits and before I knew it he adjusted me to sit on the counter as he kept going. Only to kiss me when we came undone together to make it less obvious.

I pulled away catching my breath as I knew that there wasn't much I could do. I leaned in and pulled him in as we kissed. "From now on. Every night I'm coming to your window, I want you in something nice and waiting." Aleksander said as I calmed my breathing. "We'll see." I said as I felt him remove himself from me easily getting himself cleaned up. I reached for a paper towel to clean up the evidence but he kneeled down infront of me and seemed to like what he was seeing as he started to clean up the excess that was comin out and I put my hand behind his head as something felt compelling having the most powerful Grisha on his knees. He was too quick cause he lifted me up from the table and pulled up my underwear and pants to help me get better. "See, I have concerns for your dignity." He said before he cleaned up the counter with the paper towel I had.

When he removed his shadows I went out there as I found my brother and Nico. I felt so used and at the same time wanting more but I'd left him in the bathroom to clean up because no one would say anything if he came out after me. "You ok? You were gone for awhile." Nico said as I nod. I could feel the thin layer of sweat from what happened. "I'm ok." I assured him as we played a few more before they finally took me home. Despite knowing he'd come I ran and got in the bath as I relaxed it was nice not to worry about the dreams.

When I walked out in a robe I noticed Nico sitting on the bed and I felt awkward about what happened. "He led you away, what did he do to you?" Nico asked as he walked over and put a hand under my chin as he checked my neck. I had no bite marks but he didn't know I'd given my virginity to Aleksander as he sighed. "I didn't win the bet but your still not a vampire." Nico said as I shrugged. "As I said I was buzzed and he had me lay down." I kept to that but he seemed to not be buying it. Nico tried to lean in close but I looked down "Nico..I won't lead you on." I said

I figured by me saying that he'd figure out what happened but instead he moved his hand from under my chin to my shoulder and he pulled me close. I was shocked because despite my feelings toward Aleksander, I still had feelings toward Nico. I felt horrible and knew I was not that kind of girl to be jumping between two men. "Mira, you can tell me anything..has he touched you?" Nico asked as I hesitated before I broke down crying. I couldn't hide it from him how much I'd practically begged for Aleksander to take me. "Yes Nico...I surrendered to him the night of the party." I said as I knew they'd made that stupid bet and now Aleksander was going to come to me every night. I figured I should have been disgusted by the idea but instead my body was delighted by the idea.

Nico had me look at him as he wiped my tears away "Don't cry Mira, he's your Grisha soulmate it would have happened eventually." Nico said as I looked at him. "But I'm so confused...I can't refuse him as much as I might try. Yet I always thought you and I would be a thing before I ever considered him." I said as Nico had no idea how deep I was in but what caught me off guard was when Nico kissed me. My eyes widened and yet for a minute I let myself indulge in what could be as Aleksander's words taunt me in my head. You could test things out with your tracker but it will never compare to what I do. Mentally I cursed that Aleksander had such an effect to ruin things for me to enjoy the moment.

Dual Summoner and the Darkling -Princess verison- pt. 9

After the fete a few days had passed, my days consisted of either walking around the little palace, horse riding or secretly planning to take me away from both palaces. Aleksander had gone today to talk to them about the whole marriage at seventeen talk. I was to be Ravka's savior but the General's wife as I walked to the chair and sat down brushing my hair. I started to see Amira not Princess Amira the longer I was here.

There was a knock as I looked at the door "Come in." I said as Genya walked in. "Saints, you're not going to be ready." Genya said as she went over and started to help me. I was wondering what she was talking about as we looked at each other in the mirror. "Wait for what?" I asked as she looked at me in the mirror. "The General has sealed the deal for your wedding to be next year and he asked to take you with him while he's gone for the week." Genya said as I was surprised. I thought about it knowing, unlike Genya I was pure in the eyes of the people, even if they didn't I hadn't done anything beforehand. "Genya..Do you think that perhaps.." I started

Genya looked at me, I think she knew what I was considering "You think General Kirigan will try to steal your first kiss?" Genya asked as I looked at her in the mirror while she did her tailor small science. "Is it impossible to be thinking such things? The idea of a first kiss at the wedding in front of everyone doesn't appeal to me." I admitted

For a while Genya seemed quiet at the idea of it, she couldn't say for sure what was going on. "I suppose it is possible, but he would probably try to put you both in a romantic setting away from prying eyes." Genya said as I smiled a little thinking about the idea. "I suppose that is fair but I don't really have a ring to even show for the marriage." I pointed out as she laughed a bit as she was finishing up. "He's got everything planned out, trust him Amira." Genya said

If we become the King and Queen of Ravka, I can make life better for Genya. I thought as one perk of having a right to the throne.

When Genya was done I smiled as she got my Kefta as she brought it over, then she started to pick up my necklace for the royals but I put my hand up. "No, I think it's time for a at home necklace." I said as I got in the drawer and I pulled out the family crest of my birth family putting it on. "I am a Silina, even if the others don't know. I'm not a Lanstov." I said as Genya noticed my confidence. She started to leave before coming back with a light bag of things for the trip. "The General wants you to pack light, he will take care of the rest and it's already taken care of ." Genya said

He had a good point, I'll never be free until this marriage happens..perhaps I shouldn't be so cruel to him. He is trying to fix the fold...fix his mistake. I thought

"What are my arrangements going to be while we're out?" I asked as I was making sure I didn't take anything of overly value to have stolen. "The General is going to insist you share a tent with him, he's got two bed cots prepared so that you're securely protected." Genya said as I looked at her wondering if she as joking but she didn't crack a smile once. I just had to take it in stride here.

After packing light, I was led out there to where everyone else was and I saw him waiting with his carriage. I had no use for formalities but Ivan opened the door and he offered his hand to me. I took it as he led me on and helped me with the light bag as we got in. I was going to sit across from him but when Ivan and Fedyor got in and sat across from me that's when I realized he was sitting by me.

"What an honor it is, but I notice you did not wear any of your royal jewels." Fedyor said as I smiled knowing why. I pulled out the necklace I did have "Because I am embracing who I truly am. I am a De La Rosa and Silina not really a Lanstov." I said as Fedyor looked surprised. "It is true, she is adopted. But that still makes her my Grisha soulmate Fedyor." Aleksander said as he adjusted me some and put his arm around me to hold me close.

It felt like hours before we made it as Fedyor and Ivan got out first then Aleksander let me go out. As I got out of the carriage and looked around I saw Grisha setting up his tent as he got out after me. Some of the Grisha there looked at us and I swear they wondered who I was. Without my jewels I was just Amira, an unknown Grisha. Yet as I was in my own thoughts I heard a familiar voice and my heard turned quickly. "Nico.." I said as I looked

Nicolas Stark, a connection to my past as a Grisha girl who had once lived in the village. Back then we were only kids but there was just this familiar sense of knowing. Despite hearing Aleks say to stay close I ended up marching right over ignoring Fedyor and Ivan as I had a goal. "Nicolas Stark" I said as he stopped talking with his fellow first army and looked at me. At first he seemed confused as if he didn't recognize me and I faltered infront of him.

"Do I know you Miss?" Nicolas asked as I felt hurt he didn't recognize me. "Amira..we used to run around in a field together as kids before...before I was...adopted" I said as he looked at me and listened intently to my words. The realization was a relief to me as I laughed a bit "Nico, I swear you didn't forget me. Did you?" I asked but before he could answer I felt the shadows coming.

"Soldier, I see Moya Tsarevna seems to know you." Aleksander said as I crossed my arms. "We're old friends, before I became Moya Tsarevna" I retorted as he looked at me. For the first time since the courting I thought I felt my heart skip a beat knowing he was my freedom still...this was freedom in some way. "Yes, General." Nicolas said

"Your name and rank?" General asked as I didn't know what he wanted from me and knowing about my friend. "Nicolas Stark, tracker." Nicolas said as Aleksander seemed interested in that. "Amira is to be kept a close eye on, she dislikes my right hand Grisha so perhaps you would keep an eye on her while she's with me." Aleksander said as Nico nod in agreement.

Aleksander left me with Nico as he showed me around, but people just saw me as a Grisha. "So what is with you and the General? You arrived with him in his carriage?" Nico asked while showing me around. "He's my Grisha soulmate and he's planning to marry me next year." I admitted as Nico got infront of me as he looked at me getting infront of me as he noticed I was not kidding. "So that's it..you'll be a General's wife." Nico said as I sighed as I walked away and he followed. "I have to or I will never be free. DO things like this." I told him

Nico showed me around but I could see it in his eyes even when he didn't look at me. Even when he wanted to look at me but did not because something was there. I had him stop and he looked at me for a second that it took me a minute to register it. I'd seen that look in Aleksander when I lashed out at him..when I'd wounded him verbally and now my best friend had that look in his eyes.

"No.." I said as I let him go and backed up "Not you too." I remember when Nico and I pretended to play house and things were normal. I was normal for a little while but now I was conflicted. I went to walk away but Nicolas ran to catch up and looked at me. "I'm sorry...I know I shouldn't but I've always hoped for the day you'd come back home not be Moya Tsarevna..and marrying the black General." Nicolas said

"You have no right to question my choices, I have to do this. If I don't marry my Grisha soulmate I get forced to marry a nobleman. One I do not love or care about, at least with the General I'm free. I can do whatever I want, my choices will reflect on him not the King." I said as he looked a me and he took my hands not seeing a ring on my hand. "No ring, you're not engaged yet." Nicolas said as I knew that was not an issue.

I didn't have anything to say but I walked away when it was dinner time heading back to the camp. Again all the Grisha looked at me wondering who I was when I approached Aleksander's tent. People let me in without hesitation as I walked in and saw the makeshift beds as I sighed. Aleksander was finishing a meeting when he noticed me so when he was done he walked over and got behind me as he held me close. "What is wrong?" He asked as I just shook my head.

I walked over to one of the beds as I sat there wanting to just be myself but I couldn't..people didn't know me. The only one..no two who knew me was the General and Nico. Aleksander walked over and sat by me as he put an arm around me before his freehand took mine.

"Did the tracker say anything?" Aleksander asked as his thumb rubbed the back of my hand. "He has his opinions...but you and I know that if I don't do this then I'll never truly be free." I said as I leaned into him. "He also mentioned I'm not wearing a ring."

Aleksander must of realized that it was probably time. We were technically engaged by him talking to the royal family about marriage next year. I saw Aleksander get in his Kefta before he took out a box. My mood wasn't the best but I noticed the box. When he opened it I gasped seeing the ring.

The ring was beautiful and I was speechless yet when I reached for it he smirked at me. He closed the box before I could take it as he took my hand and led me out there. 2nd army and first army were everywhere and I knew he was up to something. I only realized it once everyone of both armies were looking at us and he kneeled down.

No..you're doing this here. I thought as I noticed even Nico was watching.

"Amira, Moya Tsarevna as your Grisha soulmate and the one who has been courting you. I ask you" He brought the box out with the ring intended for me like it was the first time he'd done it even though I'd seen it in the tent. "Will you marry me?"

I looked at him knowing that he chose to do this here and not at another party, I wondered why unless it had to do with Nico. I hesitated maybe too long for most peoples comfort not that it mattered since the King had already approved marriage next year. I loathed him and at the same time..I loved him in some way. "Yes." I finally said able to bring a smile to my face as if I've been waiting for the day he proposed. He took the ring out and slid it on my finger as he kissed the top of my hand and I blushed.

Now that he'd proposed and called me Moya Tsarevna people were bowing showing respect to me but I didn't want it. Aleksander just led me back in his tent as he moved to give me space. I waited till he got far away but acted like I would kick him even though my foot only kicked the air behind him. I knew I wouldn't but I wanted to be Amira not Moya Tsarevna. I couldn't hold my tongue though as the words that came out.

"I'm a tool for your own use." I accused of him as he stopped and turned to me.

I gulped a little thinking I'd just done the wrong thing as he walked back to me and I backed up before my legs hit the makeshift bed. I was trapped between him walking towards me and the makeshift bed that when I even tried to move away from it I just fell on the bed. Yet I thought it would collapse but it didn't as I looked seeing the shadows holding me from hurting myself with the makeshift bed. His shadows were gentle with me, even when I still wounded him verbally.

"You are not a tool Amira." Aleksander said as he walked over and had the shadows lower me on the makeshift bed gently before they went away. "You are my Grisha soulmate, that has more meaning than your connections to the royals..or your claim on the throne." I looked at him knowing that I had to ask. "Is the throne your goal?" I asked as I didn't even want it but he smirked at me slightly before he touched my cheek. I felt something go through me from his touch and my heart twitch as he never touched anywhere but my hand as he kneeled down to where I didn't have to look up but sideways at him. "One day we will rule Ravka together..whether you want to or not and things will improve."

My heart was beating fast in my chest, as I wasn't used to having someone effect me so much. I knew I shouldn't with everything going on but my hand reached out and touched his cheek. He leaned into my hand but I saw him close his eyes as if he thought he won. He let himself be vulnerable with me as my hand left his cheek and made it's way behind his head as he started to open his eyes but I used my strength to pull him closer and before I even comprehended what I was doing I had my face close to his. "Amira.." He said surprised as I started to realize what I was doing but my mind was set. "Don't make me wait till the wedding to know what it's like to..." I blushed slightly knowing what I wanted but I hesitated. I think he was hesitant too but he leaned in closing the gap I'd left as his lips met mine.

For just the moment I kissed him back as I climbed out of the makeshift bed and got on my knees. Aleksander seemed to know what he was doing but after a few minutes he pulled away and then got up walking away. "Hey!" I said as he stopped and looked back "You should watch what you ask for..if I didn't walk away things would have gone in another direction." Aleksander said as I realized that right now we still had to watch. "But what they don't know..won't hurt them.." I said trying to make it seem better

Aleksander looked back at me as he realized I didn't know what was coming. He sighed "You'd think genya would have warned you.." He said as I was confused and he motioned for me to follow since it was time to eat. I followed but I guess he was going to prepare me for something..was it the wedding.

Grisha set the food on the table as we sat down but then they left us and we ate in silence for some time. I questioned about everything as he looked at me. "Amira..the night of the wedding..since you're the adopted princess. You're not going to like the way things have to go for the wedding night." Aleksander said as I put a bite in my mouth and just looked at him. What was he meaning? I waited till I swallowed before I asked "W-What?" I asked as he seemed to be contemplating his words. "A group of nobles will be standing to witness the consummation of the wedding..you have to remain as you are until next year so despite every desire to have you before then to keep your dignity in society you have to watch your choices." Aleksander finally said

People...are going to watch us... I thought as I dropped the fork and covered my face feeling it heat up and knew it was probably a thing in royal society to which I had to undergo. My mind raced with many things but that was the one thing I never expected.

Best Friends to Eternal lovers - Baghra's POV and Alina's POV

Having to fill in for my son to bring forth a girl who could not summon at will was absurd...but it was technically his wedding night since he and his bride chose to go get the girl instead of running off to their wedding night early. So I did as asked and when it was time, brought Alina before the King. The King and I hardly had much interaction to say the least.

"Moi Tsar, this is Alina Starkov. The Sun Summoner." I said as he looked at her, had my son been here there would probably be more finess, he knew how to charm the royals. Something I taught him but then he was my son. "Well let's see what she can do." He said as I nod to a Grisha who helped make the room go dark so the King could not see.

I didn't have a choice but to amplify the girl so she could see for herself that she was sunlight and even the royals were impressed. When it was over, then the King stood up. "Amazing, when can she start?" The King asked as I kept my cool despite my annoyance with being here in my sons place. "That will have to be taken up with General Kirigan, when he returns from his honey moon with his newly wife." I said

The King realized then he had no way of finding out the details he wanted with his General on a honeymoon with being newly wed. It was rare to even see a General get time and to see the two were off, I almost half expected Amira to come back pregnant with his child..the idea of my first grandchild seemed odd.

"Well get her training started, the faster we can become one nation the faster we can end the talk of this united Ravka." The King said as we both bowed. I walked Alina back to her room where she was hugged by the other Grisha and it seemed they all accepted her except one..the one who wanted my son's attention but lost it to his wife. After that we made it ot her room and she seemed to have questions.

"So you are?" Alina asked as I was still annoyed about this entire situation. "Baghra, I train the Grisha. I also help out when he needs it which is rare but then he doesn't get married everyday." I said as she must have picked up the idea that I was annoyed with his choices but it was his choices. "You don't like his wife? She seems nice, she said she's a hundred and eighteen years old.." Alina said as she must have noticed my annoyance.

-Alina's Pov-

Baghra was annoyed, I wondered why but she didn't seem to right out answer. "Yes, they are older than they both appear. The stronger the grisha, the longer the life." Baghra said though I got the feeling there was so much more than she was letting on. Baghra then looked like she wanted to tell me something but then she saw a fabrikator come and they talked over a few things.

"You're going to do practice starting tomorrow and you'll do combat practice. You will come and do lessons with me after that." Baghra said as I nod but had a feeling she would tell me in time.

As I went to my room I laid down, one thing I saw when we were walking was grisha girls upset..I wondered what that was all about but figured that I would find out in time.4

-Baghra pov-

Walking back to my hut I wondered how far this was going to go, who would Aleksander give the stag to if he was truly going after the stag. Though, I knew the truth or I could guess who he would give it to...Amira.

The whole reason I wanted to keep Amira from Aleksander was in case he got power hungry..especially after Merzost but it wasn't working. No matter how much time I kept them apart, they found each other over and over again. Aleksander had become obsessed with his grandfather's study and now he had not one but two Sun Summoners to do his bidding..I could only hope that Amira will make wise choices.

I thought about warning Alina about Aleksander, how he might turn Amira into his own benefit. Warn her that he might try to find a way to split the amplifier between them to trigger both of their power..but it wasn't heard of..

He would never break the laws and try to give the stag to both..would he? The more I thought about it the more I thought he might try to figure out how to do just that. Have both of them bound to his power, but where Amira would be free as his lover..he would turn Alina into a slave. I knew I had to prepare her for whatever would come.

My Son will not win..

Pairing: Aleksander Morozova x Amira Silina Warning: Temptation, unprotected sex, first time Author’s note: Still working on writing these, takes longer than most chapters Aleksander had a good hold of me as we were making out while I was in his arms, when we reached his door. I felt him adjusting me but I reached behind me to open the door and he knocked it open before he used his foot to kick it close. In that moment I forgot about him being a vampire or the heretic as I reached up and started remove his Kefta.

"Amira.." Aleksander said in a husky voice that made a shiver go through my spine. I felt my arousal build and I knew I had to of been wet for him. He set me on my feet as his mouth never left mine but let me remove his Kefta. It dropped on the floor easily as I worked on his General coat next. I was impatient but I'd lost my resistance to him as I felt him set me on his desk as he moved the only part of my dress keeping it on me. So when he lifted me off it slid off with ease.

"Just like I thought you'd be..in that dream but this won't be that easy." Aleksander said as he claimed my lips in a kiss. I kissed him back as I wrapped my legs around him. When he climbed on his bed with me as I removed. "It's a full moon." I said as he smirked and kissed my neck making me want him even more. "It's a myth Sun Summoners can conceive on the nights of the full moon." Aleks said as he kissed my neck and I knew spite his condition being due to Merzost he was clearly capable of doing so. "Shut up." I said as I kissed him then switched us where he was beneath me then I removed his shirt exposing his chest to me.

"Look at you..think of what your tracker would think or your father that you'd be with me." Aleks said as I looked at him "What they don't know is not going to hurt them." I said as I kissed him again. What I didn't expect was him to pull me down and him already be hard as I was surprised. "This is what you cause waiting for you to be this compliant." Aleks rocked himself against me. I felt my face get flushed as I knew that he was telling the truth. "A-Aleks.." I stuttered

When he was done torchering me he moved me off as he reached up and removed the panties smoothly. He knew he could not rip them off this time since I had to go back home after this. I noticed he smirked. "That's what I like to see..how I effect you." Aleks said

I blushed but then he had me underneath him as I looked at him. His lips met mine as his touch was soft as I kissed him back. I was distracted by his kisses before I felt him teasing my slit. I shivered from the touch but then the moment his finger slipped inside my entrance I gasped. "Just relax.." Aleks whispered against my lips "It'll be just like the dream once I really get started."

I tried to relax as he moved ever so slowly before adding another finger and keeping his pace as I whined. He knew exactly what he was doing as he knew just how to get me where he wanted witnessing his dream he put me in. So when he hit the right spot I moaned. I heard him chuckle as he kept going. Aleks teased and I about wanted to yell at him that he was teasing when I felt him remove his fingers and whined from the loss of contact.

"Such a needy soulmate.." Aleks said as he smirked but I watched him as he started to remove his clothes for the party. I felt like I was watching something I shouldn't but yet part of me felt like this was a dream again. Yet when he returned hovering over me I knew it wasn't as he looked at me before he had me sit up where my skin touched his while he messed with my bra. "Tonight Amira, you're mine." Aleks said as he claimed my lips in a kiss.

I kissed him back as he had me lay down, I already knew it would hurt at first as he reached down slipping his hands guiding my legs to part for him. I wasn't paying attention as he lined up with my entrance and slowly thrust in as I clinged to him. I felt it as he slowly but surely pushed in inch by inch until his hips met mine as I pulled away from the kiss. I flinched being so full of him that I leaned my head against his shoulder. "Shh, relax..you're doing so well. Taking me completely.." He whispered in my ear as I felt his smirk. "Your made for me Amira. But you already knew that having my initials."

I relaxed while I got used to him, with the dream it was easy since he could manipulate it but this was reality. When I felt I was ready I moved my hips to test it only to moan which let him know I was ready. Aleksander started his a slow pace as he pulled me into another kiss. The sounds coming from me were muffled but after so long he switched our positions as I felt slightly nervous but he helped me as he guided my movements. I had to pull away when a moan was ripped from me. "Faster..harder.." I said

Before I could think of anything I felt him moving faster and harder until he decided to get rough with me and felt him hit my cervix opening form within me. "Aleks!" I yelled as I heard him laugh a bit "Right there, right where you knew I hit in the dreams. such a good girl!" He said as he kept going and I felt it building within me as my breathing increased and the knot felt like it would come undone any minute. Aleks seemed to realize too cause he started moving even faster and harder as I groaned and moaned. "That's it..hold on just a little longer and we'll cum together." He assured me as I did the best to do as he asked. Before too long we both came undone together as my release went over me. Once I came down my mind registered that we didn't use any protection.

Having her be the Sun Summoner meant that I was safe, Aleks wouldn't have to worry about me being exposed but push came to shove then I would use my power against the druskelle. Aleks had the grisha soldiers take Alina to the carriage that we had arrived in and get her to the little palace. When we were alone I looked at Aleks "You know that druskelle will come looking for her. We have to follow the carriage and you owe me a wedding night still." I said as he nod and got a cloak from where it was hanging as he pulled it over me and pulled it over my head.

"Druskelle show up, you take them down with your Sunlight..you let no Druskelle live if you do.." Aleksander said as I nod in agreement to what he wanted. As we went and got on horses we prepared to go and headed off following to the carriage..but then I heard someone call for me and I looked back seeing Nicolas Stark but I had to go.

Sorry, not able to stop and chat.. I thought

Heading off with the Aleksander on horses we made good distance but then he slowed down his horse to let me go ahead. I knew why, it had to look like he didn't know or that I was him so that no one suspected at first. As I made it, I saw druskelle fighting Grisha and one getting near the carriage as I formed sunlight blades and cut down the druskelle present keeping my head covered as that got their attention and they came running at me as I jumped off the horse. I knew my identity was to remain secret and I got a lot of the druskelle but then one got really close only to be cut in half by Aleks and get the cloak covered in blood and then we heard Alina yell as he cut that one in half and seen it was clear.

"More than likely their allies heard their screams and seen the light so they retreated." Aleksander said

Ivan approached showing respect as I walked over to Alina and helped her up keeping the cloak over my head. Ivan spoke up "who is this? This Sun Summoner.." Ivan asked as Aleksander ignored him and went over to us. "Now that we're here the druskelle will be wanting to come. So we need to make haste in traveling." He said as Alina nods and then looked at me, she didn't know it was me just that it was someone.

"General.." Ivan said but Aleksander got annoyed with his pestering and he sighed. "This stays confidential between those present." He said as he removed the hood of the cloak and revealed my face which made everyone gasp.

"You're a Sun Summoner.." Alina said as I smiled at her. "Much more than that..I'm a tidemaker too" I admitted as I looked around. Ivan approached and opened his mouth to say something but I cut him off. "Don't let my appearance fool you Ivan. I'm older than you, my husband and I are close in age." I said which made him shut up.

We started to move on from there and then had to set up camp at a certain spot. Alina walked over to me and sat down. "So people say the General is over a hundred years old..and you said you're close in age with him.." Alina said as I looked at her and nod. "He's a year or two older than me..we were childhood friends." I admitted as she was shocked.

"So you're.." I didn't let Alina finish as I smiled. "A hundred and eighteen years old..or so." I said knowing Aleksander was telling people he was a hundred and twenty years old or so...not the truth. That he's much older and stronger than he appears. "Sun Summoners and Shadow Summoners live long lives..I have loved him since I was sixteen and I have had to let him go and survive all this time to get here.." I admitted

Alina was processing what I said knowing that I loved one man my entire eternity and I would only love that one man. My Aleks, my grisha soulmate, my everything..I got the whole story of the fold. The threat on the Grisha, the threat on Baghra..Luda's death.

Aleks motioned for me to come to him as I got up and walked over to him. I loved the fact he was able to be there for me and I was able to be there for him.

"I'll have to talk to the King of her arrival..tell him we saw the light just as we were going to start our wedding night." Aleksander said as I knew camping out in the woods not what I wanted. "Once I arrange things with the King, he's sending us to somewhere private." He said

I was glad and shocked at the same time but happy to know that he was going to be alone with me for some time. Alina seemed to notice how close we were and I didn't mind that as I kissed him.

After that we headed off to bed and in the morning finished traveling back to the little palace. Once there, I went to bathe and Alina was showed to a room.

I waited a little bit before Aleks returned to me and he nods. "The King wishes to see her. Baghra will present her.." he said and then pulled me close. "And as for me, I am all yours for the next few days.." Aleksander said as he kissed me and I kissed him back. I loved this so much having him all to myself.

We walked together happy talking with people and just having a good time when Baghra walked over and approached us. I knew she didn't like me, she probably never would but I was her daughter-in-law now..and I was his Grisha soulmate. "Mother.." Aleksander said as I kept hold of his arm. "Congratulations Aleksander." Baghra said as I spoke up. "So, Should I call you mo-" but Baghra caught me off "No." She said

I rolled my eyes knowing that she would never accept me for what I meant to Aleks..that was fine. "Mother, she's my wife now. She's going to be the mother of your grandchildren someday." He said as we had talked about it..having kids together. We were always planning for this day.

After that we went and talked with guests, my parents hugged us and congratulated us so that was the nice thing. Most Grisha were happy about the wedding accepting that I was now their General's wife I was happy but Zoya walked over. She put on a fake smile and looked at me "Congratulations.." She said

I merely smiled and then we went out, Aleks was never one for dancing but we did have a small dance together which was fine. I was glad to be his wife and know that he would be with me forever. "So do you want kids?" Aleksander asked as we danced and I nod. He looked at me as we slow danced together and he kissed my cheek then whispered in his ear. "then we'll start tonight.." He said

I knew that he was offering me something I wanted for so long, something that I would have had probably all those years ago..after all we would find each other and sleep together during those four hundred years..and yeah, I never mentioned it but I had a few pregnancy scares in the past thinking I was pregnant with his child only to find out it was a false alarm.

"I can't wait.." I whispered as we both smiled at each other and then took our time to enjoy. After the dance then we headed for the table as we enjoyed our time. "You are a beautiful bride my wife" Aleksander said as he kissed my cheek.

After so long we were together that was all that mattered to me right now as he led me to the bed chambers where we were alone. Aleksander cupped my cheeks in his hands as he looked at me, the subtle makeup on my face was from Genya but it would fade over time. "So beautiful, my Amira." Aleksander said as he smirked. We kissed making out with our wedding attire on when we saw a light in the distance in the fold.

"Well the saints have blessed our wedding with a solution.." He said as I nod but knew this was not the day I wanted to find another Sun Summoner. Still, I would be nice and tolerate the occasion as we got changed and headed out to the carriage. All the way there, we could hardly keep our hands off each other now that we were officially married..it made the travel time seem so little as I wanted my wedding night..but I would have to wait with this discovery.

Aleksander seemed to get the idea of what I wanted as he ran his hand over my kefta as he opened it. "Aleks.." I said as he smirked knowing he had me completely. "Yes, my wife..I know this is not what you wanted for a Sun Summoner to show up on our special day." He said as I nod in knowing that was true. "Don't worry, I'll make it quick and make it up to you.." He assured me as he kissed my neck and I enjoyed every minute of it that he was mine.

When the carriage stop I had to make myself decent as he'd messed with my kefta and clothes a little too much so when the door opened we looked presentable. Walking to his tent, he kissed me infront of everyone as I kissed him back and then we went about business..i was standing beside him as she was brought in...

Aleksander and I exchanged looks as we were not sure what to expect and I could tell she was a soldier. Looking forward I noticed she seemed surprised that I was there. "Come closer." Aleksander said as I watched her come closer but not much. "Closer." He said as she did again. Then she started talking about what happened, she knew that he was not here.. Aleks raised his hand and looked at her. "What are you?" Aleksander asked, wanting to make sure we had the right girl but she seemed confused by the question. "Alina Starkov, A map maker." Alina said

"May I?" I asked him as he looked over at me and nod as I approached close to her and she seemed to be watching. "You've gotta be more than a map maker..we saw the light.." I said but she didn't answer me. "Answer the General's wife." One of the grisha in the tent said which caught her off guard. "General's wife??" Alina asked confused and Amira wasn't surprised most didn't know that they had wed. "Today is our wedding day, we had just gotten married when we saw the light and came here.." I said but Alina wasn't even answering.

Aleks walked over "when were you tested?" He asked as Alina didn't answer. "You don't remember?" He asked as she was quiet so then Aleks walked over with his ring and used it to test her. Watching, we saw the light coming from the cut he made on her arm and I knew that we'd found the solution to the problem we wanted...the saints truly had given a gift and maybe..just maybe this was a decendant of my great aunt's bloodline.

Could she be my distant cousin? It would explain the Sun Summoning..but it's hard to tell..only time will tell.. I thought

Amira's pov:

Aleks comforted me and I was glad that for once I'd won against Baghra knowing this was not going to be easy. The fete was still going on but I didn't want to go back and seemed he didn't either as he kissed me. Kissing him back as I knew we were soulmates and that was the part that Baghra seemed to not understand.

When Aleksander pulled away he put a hand on my cheek as he knew the hardships we had to go through to get here...four hundred years of finding each other and losing each other..it was undeniably a hard time for the two of us and now I just wanted our life. "We should have ran.." I said as I knew we'd talked about it..tears fell from my eyes of all the pain inside I'd ignored. Aleks looked at me as he kept his hand on my cheek and wiped my tears away. "I wouldn't be as strong as I am now to protect you..to give you the life you deserve Amira. You are stronger than once were back then.. We'd have always been on the run..moving place to place. Never truly being ourselves." Aleksander said

I knew he was right but that didn't change how I felt as he smiled kissing my forehead as he calmed me down. "But things would be different..the fold would have never become a thing..and Grisha.." I stopped knowing Grisha would not be as important as they are now. "Grisha have a better purpose now than they did back then, but you..you would not have had to gone to extreme lengths i-" he cut me off with a kiss surprising me knowing that it was clear on one thing as I kissed him back.

Aleks pulled away as he looked into my eyes, his dark ones pulling me in like a distraction that I wanted. "You did not need to be there..You could have been killed. Things would not have changed and we have to keep moving forward. Focus on the importance of the wedding." He said as I smiled. I knew the truth of the fact that he'd lost the girl, his healer that day but he was always meant to reunite with me as I nod.

For the next two months we were finishing up plans, the king had become involved to give us the ballroom to have for the wedding though it was a small private affair but 2nd army was not small in any way so it worked. Last we decided on was the cake which we'd tried and I was glad that we could all agree..

So you can imagine the night before I hardly slept, this day I'd wanted for so long had finally come the next morning. All the things I needed was in the room and we'd agreed to have the youngest Prince and Anna there as Aleks insisted with the King having Nikolai under his care. I didn't mind, the two seemed to be getting along fine. Sometime I fell asleep that in the morning I got myself ready.

Everything in me wanted to run out and see him, hug him but this was our wedding day. I heard a knock on my door and I walked to it but stopped sensing his shadows. "Aleks.." I said as he must have been struggling too. "Four hundred years...that's how long we've waited for this day..and soon it'll be official." Aleksander said as I knew he was right and smiled. "Just a little longer..my love." I said

When he walked away I smiled and soon it was time, my dad walked me down the aisle and my family was present. Since my colors were kept secret it didn't matter what I was as people gasped at me. "my she does look beautiful." One of the guests said as I was grisha but I looked the part of the bride.

Making it to Aleks my dad let him have my hand as we both smiled a little before looking at the priest who married us. We changed one of the lines from till death do us part to live our lives together as long as we both shall live. The priest looked at me first "Amira Silina, do you take General Kirigan as your husband?" He asked as I smiled "I do" I said as I would always. When he turned to Aleks before he asked Aleksander answered. "I do." He said as we exchanged rings and the priest announced us as husband and wife as we kissed.

At the little after party the king set up the wedding cake was shown and we were to feed each other cake which we did. Only we did with forks as we didn't want to ruin what the other was wearing. I loved it and then I noticed Baghra in the crowd despite everything and the horror and bad she'd put me through the fact she came amazed me.

it's official...I'm Amira Morozova now..to the people here Amira Kirigan. I thought but either way I was happy about it

Best Friends to Eternal Lovers - The Fete

When Genya was done she had an accessory for me which was black to wear in my hair but she went to put it up and I had her stop. "A half up, half down Genya." I said as she nod and did just that as she finished up. Just in time too since Aleks came in and got me as he nod his approval before Genya left and then he smiled as he pulled me close and kissed me and we smiled.

"I love you Aleks." I said as he offered his arm to me and I took it and he held my hand and kissed the top of my hand. Leading me to the ball room as I realized I was going into something I'd been wanting to attend with him for awhile and hadn't been able to with Anna and Nikolai needing someone to help..I love the fact that things were working out but the King. Aleks looked at me and I looked at him seeing he was in his usual behavior infront of 2nd army. "When we walk in the King will see us and he will wish to speak with you..since you were unable to make it to the fetes the previous years."

I nod knowing that it was going to work out one way or another so that we worked things out no matter what and I knew that this was good. Keeping hold of his arm I was able to remain calm as we entered. Nobles turned to look at us as for the first time in five year Aleks enters the fete with a woman on his arm and not just any woman but his fiancé.

So many people staring at us..or are they looking at my soon to be husband? I thought

Aleks adjusted my hold on his arm to get my attention as I looked at him "Seems the King has spotted us." He said as he looked at me "And if I have not said it you look lovely in my color Amira." His compliment made me smiled as he looked serious. "Now the Tsar is motioning us over." I nod as he led me over and we showed respect. "Moi Tsar." Aleksander said to the King

"General, is this her? The woman we spoke of who owns the Grisha Orphanage." The King asked as Aleksander held some admiration as he spoke. "She is, allow me to introduce my fiancé Amira Silina." Aleksander said as I kept my tone respectful "Moi Tsar, a pleasure to make your acquaintance." I said as he looked at the two of us.

I wondered how people saw us with both of us in his color and my secret small science just that a secret. "Well, I was hoping our meeting would have been sooner. I hear you have a Grisha Orphanage." The King said as I knew that was going to come up and I knew that there wouldn't be anything. "I do..I..well more my family now bring Grisha kids into their gifts and we teach them to survive" I said as the King looked surprised by my words.

"Your family are Grisha?" He asked as it was clear not many must have had a full Grisha bloodline. "Yes, Tsar." I said as the King nod then looked interested. "How many of the children join 2nd army General?" He asked as Aleksander had kept a record between the last five years. "Numbers have increased in the last five years, her orphanage has found some of the hard to find Grisha." Aleksander complimented me as he kept hold. "I see, well that is something. And I hope the adjustment these past five years has been easy for you." The King asked

"Yes, I maintain contact with the family members in charge and my fiancé has helped my work to be able to be delivered easily to me." I said as the King nod. "I wish to offer more funding for your orphanage so things will be easier. A monthly contribution." The King said but Aleks knew I let the kids decide whether they came here or not and the King would expect all of them to come. "That is Generous of you Moi Tsar." I said as I saw Aleks give a look to me that said I should accept so I didn't refuse.

After that we were able to socialize with people but Aleks had to work still and talk with Nobles. So when he left me alone I went and got a drink from the table but I heard the sound of the cane before she'd talked. "Amira..let's talk" Baghra said as I looked at her. Baghra was always the grisha that brought up all my pain and suffering..so why now? What did she want to talk about?

I decided to humor her as we walked outside of the room to talk as she turned. "You've had five years, you have distracted him and now you need to go. Leave." Baghra said as I was shocked she'd say that but I clenched my fist. 400 years...four hundred years I'd waited to be with him and again she tried to get in the way. "I will not!" I said as she looked at me and I knew it was now or never. "You cannot and will not separate us again. We're getting married Baghra, get over it."

Then I walked away and went in despite everything I got another cup as my current one was empty and had some of it. Aleks finished with his work and went over as he put a hand on my shoulder as I turned to look at him and I must of been on the verge of tears cause he wiped my eyes. "Come on" He said as he used his shadows to take me out of there and once we were alone in his war room he held me close "Now what happened?" I told him everything about what Baghra did and said as I felt his anger rise and he was pissed. I couldn't blame him but he left the war room leaving me there for a minute as I had the drink. Aleks's pov: How many times would she continue to do this? Amira is the love of my life, my soulmate and now she's upset cause of that insufferable woman. When I found her she was in her hut and I burst in. "What is the meaning of this?" Baghra asked as I was pissed. "When are you going to stay out of my relationship?! First, you leave me with her to prove we can handle it then you made sure I went out and slap her. Then everytime I have found her, you've made sure something has happened I had to let her go! Well not this time!" I yelled in anger as she looked at me unfazed at my anger.

"She's a distraction, she probably wants children which you don't have the time for." Baghra said, she was insufferable! I did want them and I knew Amira probably did too she'd waited for the chance to be with me all this time. "I can make the time, I have made the time for her and you don't get a say. Stay out of my relationship! She's going to be my wife and she is my soulmate!" I yelled at her which seemed to surprise her but I didn't care as I went back after calming down then hugged Amira.

I will never let her go again..Mother will never come between us ever again. I thought

Best Friends to Eternal lovers - soulmate mark and preparing for the fete

Aleksander led me away as if he wasn't even bothered and I knew that the fete was important. I had yet to make the chance to talk with the King in the five years I'd been there. So for the next several weeks Aleks prepared me for the fete instead of our usual practices but as soon as that was done we'd done what we wanted.

Weeks went by as I was glad that things were fine but Baghra was almost like at every corner when I turned around. While I can avoid her thanks to 2nd army there was the matter at which Baghra and I would butt heads and that would be Anna's training. Aleksander already told everyone but her in 2nd army she was the only tidemaker not to be taken to Baghra. So, I took care of her training in a secure location.

The day of the fete Aleksander held me close as we kissed and he picked me up taking me over to his bed as we made out. I knew the matter of our wedding was just within planning as this was the task at hand this fete before the count down to the day I became his wife officially. He opened my kefta to remove it and I let him as I moved kissing his neck and made a hickey on him as he soon returned the gesture on me.

He always made me feel desire, love and want knowing that it was just us. It was after he removed my kefta that I heard him gasp and look as he looked at me in surprise. "What is it, Aleks?" I asked as he looked at me. He removed his own kefta as he looked at his wrist seeing something there and I was confused before he smiled.

"Aleks?" I asked as he hadn't showed me and he pulled me even closer as we kissed. "Mine, my love, my soulmate." He said which shocked me and I took hold of the wrist he had and looked seeing my markings as I was in shock. I sudden feeling went over me that the love of my life was indeed as I said the one for me after all. I kissed him as I climbed on top of him and had him on his back as I pulled away and looked at him. "I always said you are the only one for me. That stands true forever." I said as he pulled me close and we were going to kiss again when there was a knock on the door.

"Yes?" Aleksander said as he moved his head towards the door holding me close as I knew we still had to get ready. "Pardon General, but the lady's attire is done and ready. We wanted to deliver hers first." A man said as Aleksander moved me off standing up as he readjusted his attire and fixed his hair from our rolling around on the bed as he walked to the door and opened it as we saw the servants bring in a couple boxes then bowed before leaving us.

Aleks ran a hand through his hair as he sighed and looked at the time "We have time." He said as he gestured for me to open them. I got on my knees as I opened the boxes seeing the kefta that looked like a dress in his color as I smiled and when I opened the other box I noticed something else shoes that I could wear to the fete.

Everything is in his color as it should be. I thought

"Come now put them on." Aleksander said as if it was important I changed then and I went to figure out how to put it on. Of course I could not do it alone so Aleksander had to help not that he didn't take his own amusement in kissing my exposed skin as he could and zipped it up. before putting the kefta part on me then he turned me around as he smiled adjusting the collar of the kefta to show off my soulmate mark. "I'm going to request Genya to come do your hair. So all I want is to keep my eyes on you." Aleks said as he held me close.

I smiled as I was just blessed that there would not be any fight, except one..Baghra. Tonight she could ruin possibly just my mood all together but I didn't want that. Aleksander kissed me as I kissed him back and he twirled me in his arms as I laughed knowing soon it would never be any different. "I love you Aleks." I said as he looked at me and I smiled with love in my eyes. "I love you too Sunshine, I have since you were sixteen and I will always love you." Aleksander said

Yet I worry your attention may go somewhere else if a Sun Summoner..another one show up. I thought

I surely shook that thought off but then he kissed me as he sighed. "I have to prepare. Genya will come then we'll go to the fete together with you on my arm and that is where you'll remain the entire night." Aleksander said as I nod. I knew that he'd never swayed i his feelings even as we were eternal and he'd have me for the rest of my life.

Aleksander kissed the top of my hand and then left as he left me to prepare myself the rest of the way. I went to the vanity and started to prepare but then the door opened as I looked seeing a red haired girl in a white Kefta. "You must be Genya." I said as this was my official first fete with Aleks.

Genya walked over as she looked me over and smiled "I am, you are the General's fiancé." Genya said as I laughed a bit and nod. "Please just Amira. He said you'd help me." I said as she nod and then started to prepare as I watched in the mirror seeing her do my hair and knew I'd be getting ready for the biggest event of my life.

Hopefully this goes well.. I thought

Best Friends to Eternal Lovers- Five years, Anna starts training

When we arrived I was tired but also hungry as he got down and helped me down as he led me in. I knew that it wasn't like I did much with not using my small science knowing it wasn't in the cards right now. So when people came to him asking about for the fete he handled it but never let me go.

You'll never let me go again..will you? I thought

His hand tightened around me as if he heard what I thought but I knew that was impossible. Yet as time went on I had to miss the first fete cause Anna and Nikolai both came down ill and someone had to take care of them. I didn't mind since there was plenty of opportunities to meet the king and I just had to wait but we'd decided on doing a long engagement so it didn't give the wrong impression.

So for five years this was our life, everytime Baghra tried to get close to me something came up that I was detoured away. I think she was starting to get the idea. Anna turned seven and Nikolai was nine, they'd ended up becoming friends with Anna under my care and Nikolai seeming to always be under his and by engagement mine.

Now Anna was old enough to go train with the kids her age as I was doing some paperwork that morning and I felt Aleks come up behind me kissing my neck on a hickey he'd gave me. "Amira, you should take Anna to the kids training grounds. As her guardian, you would be the best fit for this job and if anything happens to her you may come to me immediately." Aleksander said as I looked up and closed the file. "You're right.." I said as I stood up

I put my kefta on and finished up as I was about to leave when he pulled me close and kissed me. I kissed him back as I was completely in love with him and he was with me as I couldn't wait till the day I was his wife. "In a few months Amira, we'll do the wedding. After things calm down from this years fete and you can finally go now that Anna will be able to figure things out with kids her own age." Aleksander promised

I nod as I smiled and went to get Anna as Aleks had kept her in his hallway with her being my charge as I went to get her as we'd already all ate and knocked on her door. Anna opened the door as she looked up and smiled. "Anna, you get to socialize with the kids here your age." I said as I held my hand out to her and she took it as I led her there. Aleks had shown me all the places there and I was glad that he did so I knew the little palace like the back of my hand.

Anna:

When we made it there I was able to relax knowing she'd be fine and we made it. The teacher of the kids approached me and showed respect as most respected me here. "You are the General's fiancé." The teacher said knowing most of them didn't even socialize with me. "Yes, but please call me Amira. This is Anna, she's in my care but she's finally old enough to start training with the other kids." I said as the teacher nod and looked at Anna. "Nice to meet you Anna."

Anna was still shy so she kept close but I had her come around me as I made sure she stayed infront of me and I kneeled down to her height. "I'll be back to get you after your training unless I have to go with Aleks by the fold. If that happens your friend will come get you and bring you back." I said as she nod and then went with the teacher.

Nikolai and Anna are such good friends..kinda reminds me of me and Aleks at that age. I thought

I walked away to get back to Aleks when Baghra was out of her hut and she'd used her cane to cut me off from walking as I stopped. "You're quite lazy, aren't you?" Baghra said as I looked at her like she was crazy. "I am not, I work with him. I'm constantly doing things to help when he needs me even if you don't see me." I said as I was going to walk around when she went to swing her cane at me and again I grabbed the cane in mid air. "If you're coming at me because I am not Ravka's savior to fix the problem. Tough. He doesn't want me risking my life for the problem and if you keep this up I think my grandmother may have something to say." I said

Despite it pissing her off I didn't care and I knew that Aleks and I had been in talks about the future. We were debating if we wanted kids of our won but I'd never tell her that. I was going to do everything in my power to keep her from messing this up for us. Once I got away I went to speak with the Fabrikators about the details of the wedding things..like my dress. They then told me about this piece that would go under my dress on my leg called a garter normally done in grisha colors but mine were secret so they didn't know how to do it.

What do I do? It's classified.. I thought

I heard someone walk in and Aleksander just seemed to show up at the right time as he handed them a paper. "Read this, then destroy it for that part. She's to be protected at all costs." Aleksander said as he put a hand on my head and I blushed a bit knowing he could just affect me in ways and I'd become used to this after five years of it. "General, what about her fete attire?" One of them asked as Aleksander thought about it "Her fete attire in my color only. We must keep my fiancé away from this mess even though she's partially involved as my 2nd in command." Aleks answered them.

This must be doing with the Apparat..I crossed paths with him once but since I am just in Aleks's color he paid no mind to me. Not only that people would think I'm a saint.. I thought

Best Friends to Eternal Lovers - Heading back to the little palace

Aleks lifted me up on his table where his maps were so we were eye to eye as he seemed to be admiring my surprise look. I blushed and looked away knowing he was the only one in my life to make me feel like this. Since the tent was closed up for privacy I felt Aleks unbutton the kefta I had on as I felt him move my hair out of the way.

"Aleks what are yo-" before I could finish I felt his lips on my neck making my blush even darker as he'd been using our time wisely since reuniting. So when I gasped at feeling him bite at a spot on my neck above my kefta collar he covered my mouth when it almost turned into a moan. He always made me feel things that others couldn't as he kept up making the hickey on my neck.

You always mark me..to show I'm yours..and I don't mind. I thought

When he pulled away he had me look at him and smirked as I looked at him and pulled him close kissing him. He smirked as he pulled my legs where he could stand between them as we kissed. When I pulled away he just held me close but I was working my own plan as I moved his kefta and kissed his neck as I made my own hickey on him.

After a few minutes I pulled away and smiled at my work seeing the way things were we were even. He was mine and I was his but we didn't have our soulmate marks to prove this was for us..it hurt me to think he would be meant for someone else. I felt him touch under my chin as he had me look at him. "What is on your mind? You have that look in your eyes Sunshine." He said using my nickname he'd given me to use when we're alone. "I..We haven't gotten our soulmate marks..what if we get married and.." before I finished he cut me off with a kiss.

I kissed him back my arms wrapping around his neck as we made out like this, I wouldn't allow him to do anything else. When he pulled away he made sure I was still looking at him. "No one is better for me than you Sunshine. So if the saints think otherwise they'd be mistaken..it's as we said you're the only one for me." Aleks said as he looked at me and I smiled "And you're the only one for me. My love, My equal." I said

After awhile he took me out of the tent as we walked around and knew that it wasn't going to be that easy. He held my hand as we walked and he took care of things he needed to as we were able to take care of things. My thoughts were everywhere between my new responsibilities, Anna, and the orphanage but I really didn't have a lot of work here as Aleks's 2nd.

I don't train with them..at least not for now. They probably think I just lay around and don't do much. I thought

We were both in black since he was keeping my small science secret but I looked at it..the fold. His mistake but he wanted to keep me out of it even though my power could be a symbol of hope and yet..the stag. "We'll find it." He said as if he knew what I was thinking about. In truth we both knew that I could stay hidden for so long before I became apart of this so he'd been taking measures to find the best solutions.

"Hey Amira.." I heard a familiar voice say as I looked seeing one of the boys who'd volunteered at my orphanage..but the problem was this one had been the reason I stopped letting humans volunteer there as my grip tightened a little on Aleks's hand. He stopped and noticed as he looked seeing the first army boy and then he held me close.

He motioned for Ivan and Fedyor to come over as he told them to keep the boy away and led me with him. I never opened up about the past in the orphanage but once we were alone he looked at me. "So you want to tell me what that was about? I've never felt you scared before.." He said his tone of slight anger that a human could do that to me clear. "I..I don't want to talk about it right now.." I said as I went with him

We finished up the business there then he led me to the carriage as he got in and had the heartrenders go with us for now. Having me there by him he wrapped his arm around me as he rubbed my back knowing it wasn't going to be easy. I closed up when it was bad and he knew that since I hardly talked about the time in the orphanage. Yet the ride would be long before too long I took a deep breath.

"I'll tell you.." I said as he looked at me but knew that I couldn't speak too freely with the others there and people were following in aid as he knocked on the top to get the carriage to stop. "Can you two join the others outside the carriage for now? I'd like to talk with her alone." Aleksander said as he knew I was clearly having a hard time with it.

Ivan and Fedyor got out without hesitating as he knocked on the top again as we started moving again. "Alright, go ahead and talk Amira." Aleks said as he put an arm around me so I'd be comfortable. "That boy his name is Peter..he used to volunteer with the orphanage when I allowed humans. I wasn't paying attention to his flirting and advances with all my work." I said

I tensed at the memory as I covered my mouth and tears started to fall, it wasn't even really that bad but somehow I just couldn't shake it and be ok. Aleks held me close as he let me get it out knowing a human caused this. "I should have been paying attention and he pinned me..he tried to kiss me even after I told him I was with someone..my dad kicked him out before he could try anything else.." I said as he rubbed my back.

I calmed down as I wiped my eyes feeling silly now "Seeing him brought it all back and now that he knows I'm at the little palace.." I said but felt him put a hand under my chin and had me look at him. "He would think twice before he tries to approach you. You're under my protection with your small science secret..I'm strong enough to protect you now."

Aleks..you're so strong but you've been hurting too..from our separations. From losing your healer..but I'm here now. I can heal those wounds..maybe. I thought

Aleks held me as I closed my eyes relaxing with his arm around me as I dozed off on the way back. With him, I could let my guard down and know everything would be alright but going back meant I had to deal with Baghra again. "She's going to try to hit me again Aleks..she tried to hit me with her cane." I said as I knew Baghra just seemed to hate me. Hate me with him, despite how much we'd gotten close..Aleks ran his fingers through my hair to calm me down. "Know I won't let that happen..and she's never liked anyone I'd been with. I figured she'd be more lenient with you being the granddaughter of her best friend." Aleks said

The carriage suddenly stopped as we both looked at each other when my eyes opened and I knew something was up. He knew I couldn't do anything like this, his hatred was clear as I realized something. Without me, he was a man consumed with vengeance for those he lost but he took me and got out seeing the grisha handling the enemy but then he used the cut on one of them which made the others run.

Aleks went over taking one of the horses and saddling it for us as he looked at Ivan and Fedyor "I'm taking her ahead. We can't afford to lose anyone so finish them off and meet back at the little palace." Aleksander told them as they nod and he had me get on as he got on ahead of me and we rode off.

The enemy..I train the kids to take them down and if I was able to use my small science willingly instead of keeping it secret we'd have an advantage..but I'd always have a target on my back. I do anyway, an invisible target for just being Grisha..like we all do. To Aleks though, it's a bigger target being his fiancé..after all Luda died but it wasn't for being with him. I thought

Best Friends to Eternal Lovers - 2nd army by the fold

Ivan and I didn't see eye to eye as he'd been the problem the past month as he didn't like not knowing a Grisha's small science but he wouldn't argue with Aleks. "So, how long have you known the General?" Fedyor asked as he was curious as I looked at him. I knew the real truth was easier, why Aleks knew I could do this was he knew I was trained to lead just like him. "Since we were kids..he's not just my fiancé..he's my best friend." I said

Fedyor probably didn't expect that but it was true and Ivan scoffed a bit as he annoyed me but I kept my mouth shut. Grandma always told me that if I didn't have something nice to say don't say anything. So I read over the letter I had from first army. I knew the boy I was friends with had gone into first army and he seemed to be doing well.

When the carriage stopped, Fedyor opened the door and motioned for me to get out as I did putting the letter away. All the Grisha looked at me seeing I'd gotten out of a black carriage which I figured was one of Aleks's carriages when he walked out of his tent and walked over. "Hello love, you made it safely" Aleksander said as he offered his hand to me and I took it without hesitation as he led me back to his tent.

I saw all the other Grisha looking and whispering wondering who I was and what I was doing here. Clearly that was why I was here for them to know but he seemed to have another idea right now as once we were in his tent he dismissed people in there. Once we were alone he turned and kissed me as I kissed him back and we both smiled knowing this was not entirely the life we asked for but it's the life we're getting together. "So you want 2nd army here to meet me?" I asked as he looked at me seriously now "Why wouldn't I want them to know my 2nd in command who can lead just as well as I can?" He asked as I knew that he was being serious.

He let me get comfortable in his tent before he called a meeting in his tent which was huge so everyone came. "You called for everyone General?" They asked as he nod being his usual serious self with them as he nod. "I did, as you've heard I have a second in command now in the little palace. She's been in the little palace for a month now and she's more than qualified to be my lieutenant General." Aleksander said to them as he made a motion for me to come up.

I was sitting in the darkest part of his tent so when I walked out people gasped as I walked over to him and people just starred as it was clear I was Grisha but they probably thought I was a Shadow Summoner like he was. He led me where I stood before them and looked at them with the same serious tone he'd started this meeting. "This is my lieutenant General, Amira Silina. She's also my fiancé and since she's endured the same training I underwent with her own family she is helping with our cause." Aleks told them.

I saw the women there take my appearance in seeing the ring on my hand and my necklace but the fact I was done up in his color was enough to claim his words true. One of the grisha spoke up "What..is she?" I knew that question was off limits to anyone who wanted to know. "That is none of your concern. For now just know she's a strong fighter and she helps with the combat practice back in the little palace so we can have good fighters."

I figured they would argue with him with saying that but they accepted it none the less about what was going on. While he looked at me or at least that's what I could tell from the corner of my eye I could tell that there was more going on maybe he overlooked. The scowls on their faces from the girls showed they didn't like me.

That's ok..I don't need to be liked to be helpful in this war. I thought

When I looked at him he seemed to be admiring my features but then he cleared his throat and looked at his warriors knowing that he had to be professional. "That is all for now. Meeting adjourned." He said as they all left. Yet I knew this had some risks with all the women seeing me.

Once alone I looked at him and knew he put me in quite a predicament with 2nd army girls and I knew the truth. My fiancé is a hot powerful Grisha so of course people were jealous of me but I didn't care at the moment. I was broken out of my thoughts when I felt his lips on mine as we kissed and I knew that people would think twice before getting on his bad side. "Well that went well, don't you think?" He asked as I looked at him in the eyes and got serious. "Come on Aleks. You showed me off tot he others and now some of them are pissed if not jealous that you're soon to be married." I said

Aleksander smirked a bit as I realized something was off, the timing of him bringing me to 2nd army camp here after the run in with Baghra..he did it on purpose. "You've had the room be watched." I said as he nod. "I wondered if when I was gone mother would try to make a move to do something on you. I mean I am making the time to train you on the cut, not her. Fedyor was under orders to bring you here if anything like that happened." Aleksander explained

He's one step ahead of Baghra.. I thought
